Watch the viral video of her version, which has become a sensation a la Sophia Grace Brownlee , below. Bet Adele never tried this on the kitchen counter … Two-Year-Old Makena Sings Adele
Twilight Saga fans need only wait a couple more days to watch the first full-length trailer for Breaking Dawn Part 2, as it will premiere prior to showings of The Hunger Games on March 26. But how about just a little taste of what’s to come? In the following teaser, we get a VERY quick look at Bella’s newfound vampire speed, while we also see both Jacob and Edward react to this newly-turned blood sucker. I didn’t expect you to be so you , the former says, while the latter touches his wife and comments on her temperature. Check out the recently-released still of Bella as a vampire now and then enjoy the 13 seconds of awesomeness below: Breaking Dawn Part 2 Teaser Trailer
Now that we’ve seen the 10-second teaser, here’s our wish list for the trailer, in ‘Twilight’ Tuesday. By Kara Warner Taylor Lautner in “Breaking Dawn – Part 2” Photo: Summit Entertainment All right, “Twilight” fans: Now that we’ve had our curiosity piqued and our hearts made all aflutter via the release of the brand-new “Breaking Dawn – Part 2” trailer sneak peek, it’s time to take a break from re-watching it 20 more times and think about what didn’t make the 10-second spot that we hope we see in the full-length trailer debuting in front of “The Hunger Games” later this week. This week’s “Twilight” Tuesday is dedicated to our “Breaking Dawn – Part 2” trailer wish list, featuring thoughtful commentary from one of our favorite experts, Kallie Mathews, webmistress of TwilightSeriesTheories.com . Arm Wrestling and Other Bella-as-a-Vampire Scenes So Bella is a vampire now. Hopefully that doesn’t surprise anyone at this point, since everyone who saw “Breaking Dawn – Part 1” got a little sneak peek of those freaky-colored eyes of hers. As such, we should see a whole new side of Bella in this movie, my favorite scene being the one between her and Emmett and their arm wrestling. “I am ‘hoping’ to see some vampire action in the full trailer,” Mathews said. “There are some great training scenes from the book I hope they include, as well as some great cottage scenes with Bella and Edward! I ‘expect’ to see lots of Bella as a vampire, and I’m OK with that!” A Lee Pace Sighting I’ve mentioned my enthusiasm for the new castmembers before, particularly my affection for Lee Pace , but it is worth repeating until more people appreciate him. Pace, whom you might recognize from his excellent work on the short-lived TV series “Pushing Daisies” or Tarsem’s “The Fall,” plays American nomadic vamp Garrett in “Breaking Dawn – Part 2,” and although he isn’t one of the major players in the film, his character still has a nice arc and I’m dying to see more of him. Mackenzie Foy as Renesmee Cullen Remember when Edward and Bella had a baby? Of course you do; how can anyone forget that graphic scene? Anyway, baby Renesmee grows up really fast in the second film, and she’s being played by beautiful young actress Mackenzie Foy , who has already told us a few adorable things about working with Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner . I would very much like to see her in action in the trailer. A Shirtless Pattinson or Lautner I’m sure there is a highbrow, intellectual approach to take here, but instead, I’m going to channel my inner-teenage girl and hope that we get to see some shirtlessness from Pattinson and Lautner. Trailers are all about enticing audiences to come see the movie, so why not serve up some gratuitous shots of the film’s very handsome men for the very dedicated fans? “I have a feeling we will see tight close-ups of the Cullens, a shirtless werewolf and lots of trees,” Mathews predicted. “Plus, you know there will be some great one-liners!” Appropriately Angsty Background Music In addition to the fanfare that surrounds the film’s stars and the actual movie itself, there is plenty of enthusiasm for the various “Twilight” soundtracks that have been released over the years, so much so that certain bands have been rediscovered by making the cut. I’d like to hear either a familiar favorite, like Sleeping at Last’s “Turning Page,” or a brand-new and soon-to-be hit song over which we can swoon for a few months. What would you like to see in the new trailer? Let us know in the comments below, or tweet me @karawarner! Earlier this week, the first photo from Breaking Dawn Part 2 hit the Internet. And it may have been a close-up of Robert Pattinson as Edward Cullen , but let’s be honest: It wasn’t really all that revealing. Fortunately, a new image is here to rectify that. Taken from a feature on the special DVD handed out last month during a Twilight Saga-related event at Target, we’ve now gotten our first glimpse at Bella Swan as a vampire. Check it out below: “It’s strange,” the red-eyed, pale-skinned Bella tells her husband in the clip from which this shot is taken. “Physically I feel like I could demolish a tank. March 23 release tops first-day advance-sales record set by ‘Eclipse.’ By Jocelyn Vena Josh Hutcherson in “The Hunger Games” Photo: Lionsgate Fans of “The Hunger Games” are hungry to get their hands on tickets to the film. Presales for the flick have surpassed a record previously held by the third film in the “Twilight Saga” phenomenon, “Eclipse.” Fandango reports that the first day of presales for the film , which kicked off Wednesday, had already led to hundreds of sold-out showtimes in advance of the flick’s March 23 opening day. “Eclipse” broke the first-day advance-sales record back in May 14, 2010. In the wake of the overwhelming interest in “Games,” many theater owners have added more showtimes to keep up with the pace. ” ‘The Hunger Games’ is off to a fantastic start,” said Rick Butler, executive vice president and general manager of Fandango. “Yesterday, we saw the biggest first-day advance-ticketing sales in our company’s nearly 12-year history — which is especially impressive for a March release and a non-sequel.” With so much anticipation building, two new TV spots were released Wednesday. They feature lots of the film’s leading lady, Jennifer Lawrence, as well as some more sneak peeks into how the rest of cast will look in the Gary Ross-directed big-screen adaptation. The 30-second clips also include glimpses at the action, heartbreak and strength of Lawrence’s Katniss character. Of course, there’s also some hot-guy eye candy, with quick glances at Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson. Before the film hits theaters, the three leads — Lawrence, Hutcherson and Hemsworth — as well as much of the supporting cast will embark on a U.S. mall tour . It will hit eight cities, kicking off March 3 in Los Angeles and wrapping up March 10 in Seattle. First day advance ticket sales (i.e. sales on the first day tickets are made available) for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse had held the number one spot in Fandango history until this week, when the YA adaptation The Hunger Games took the crown . You hear that? It’s the sound of Lionsgate execs exhaling a month ahead of their franchise-starter’s March 23 debut. The Hunger Games could still drop off considerably after its first week of release, but this is a great early sign for Katniss & Co. [ Deadline ]

“It was creepy … in a good way,” special effects supervisor tells MTV News of creating the Kristen Stewart look-alike. By Kara Warner Kristen Stewart in “Breaking Dawn – Part 1” Photo: Summit Entertainment For all the “Twilight” fans familiar with “Breaking Dawn,” via both Stephenie Meyer’s source material as well as the movie “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1,” you know that the much-discussed, heavily hyped birth scene is one of the more graphic and disturbing scenes in all of Meyer’s mostly PG-rated world. It’s safe to say that curiosity was fully piqued when it came to seeing how director Bill Condon decided to adapt it in the film. In a nutshell, the scene is pretty graphic and cringe-worthy. For those who have seen the “Making Of” documentary with the recently released DVD/Blu-Ray or happened to catch the sneak peek MTV News got ahead of time last week, you’ve been introduced to the Bella doll that the filmmaking team used in place of Kristen Stewart for a few scenes. This week’s Twilight Tuesday brings you a few fun details about the making of the doll, to which I affectionately refer as “Robot Bella” (even though it/she is clearly not a robot). According to John Rosengrant, the film’s animatronics and special makeup effects supervisor, the idea behind the creation of the Bella replica doll was to make the birthing/near-death scene appear as real as possible and to show Bella in her very emaciated form that Meyer describes in the book. “It’s very hybrid, the approach,” he told MTV News. “We tried to shape the whole Bella, what she looks like emaciated and all that, but it’s also digitally augmented, and that was from the get-go, this was going to be a hybrid-type effect.” If you look closely at the features of the doll, especially when Robert Pattinson is shown acting out that very emotional scene with it, there is a creepy element involved. “It was creepy when we created the look of her, in a good way,” Rosengrant said. “I was actually shocked that that was the edict and I think that is maybe [credit] to Bill Condon as the director, wanting to make something like that real because the previous movies didn’t strike me that they would embrace something like this.” What are you looking forward to most in “Breaking Dawn Part 2”?
