“Fox love the kids…” Fox News Show Uses Little Girls To Fuel Beef With President Obama Fox News may have just reached an all-time low … “Fox and Friends” still has beef with President Obama’s comments about small businesses. On Tuesday, the show turned to the ultimate source to prove its point: two little girls who run a lemonade stand. Earlier this month, Obama said that businesses needed infrastructure investment to succeed. “If you’ve got a business, you didn’t build that, somebody else made that happen,” he said. Mitt Romney took the line out of context, and used it to attack the president for being anti-business. On Tuesday, “Fox and Friends” co-host Brian Kilmeade turned to four-year old Eliza and seven-year old Clara Sutton to ask if they had government help when they founded their lemonade stand. “Who helped you start this business?” Kilmeade wanted to know. Later, he asked, “Clara, how do you feel about the President saying that you needed help to start this business? And just speak from, speak from within.” When Eliza yawned, he turned to Clara. “I would say that’s rude because we worked very hard to build this business,” she replied. “But we did have help.” “And your help came from?” “Our help came from our investors, our dad and stepmom, along with other friends and family.” Smh….these guys know NO limits. Producers may be selling the new 3D version as ” the ultimate Titanic viewing experience”, but if you’re anything like Skin Central, then nothing will ever beat the original full-screen VHS. This country’s public education system has been in dire need of a boost for years — just look at the evidence collected by the diligent folks at Next Movie ; they’ve created a PSA from all your favorite movie student/slackers (because not all of America’s bright young stars of tomorrow can argue their way from a C+ to an A-). Ah, the classroom movie. So ripe a setting for tales of crap teachers learning to lead and crap students learning to learn. For some reason the ultimate movie about teaching and teachers is absent from the above honor roll — yes, I speak of 1995’s Dangerous Minds , the movie that taught us the most important lesson of all: That even a two-hit wonder like Coolio could make one of the best (according to Billboard ) ditties of all time. Nadya “Octomom” Suleman said she’s “ashamed” of going on welfare to take care of her 14 children, but she will still never stoop so low as to do porn. “I still am working as hard as I possibly can to support them,’’ Suleman told Today’s Matt Lauer, adding that she made the welfare decision “reluctantly.” Suleman said she was not just humbled, but afraid to take public assistance, as she’s received death threats for receiving the aid (up to $2,000 a month). Nadya Suleman on Today “I feel ashamed, but who cares how I feel? It’s 100 percent about my children,” she asked and answered, saying she hopes to be off public assistance soon. “They deserve everything, they deserve the best.” Including dignity. That’s why, even though we’ve already seen Octomom nude , Suleman will NEVER do full-on porn, even if the offer was $100 million. “I won’t touch other human flesh,’’ Suleman said. “The only flesh I’m touching is my own.” Interestingly, this was also true of her children’s conception. She got pregnant with all 14 of them through IVF! Anyway, she adds, “I would never, never accept anything. I will not lose my grip of my deeply indoctrinated morals and values. Every choice we as parents make is going to significantly affect our children for the rest of our lives.” “I have to be the ultimate positive role model.’’ Asked if she’s concerned public officials will try to take her children from her, Suleman said, “That will never happen and I can guarantee you on that.” “Hundreds of people, random people, call [social services] on a daily basis, and it’s sick. [It’s] unbelievably fascinating in regard to humanity how many people are foaming at the mouth for my children to be taken away from me.” “The saddest part is 15 years from now, when they’re 18 and legal and in college, people will still be foaming at their mouth for them to be taken.’’ Hopefully in 15 years, we’ll have moved on … or she’ll have at least gotten off welfare and given people no reason to care.
