“We are four months along. So balancing career and family is becoming increasingly challenging for me,” Davidson, who stars on Army Wives, tells E! Online. “And in five months we are going to have three kids under the age of 2. We are in happy shock about it.” Mary Stuart Masterson is expanding her family – by two. The actress, 44, and husband Jeremy Davidson are expecting twins this summer. The couple are already parents to a 17-month-old son.

Jennifer Riojas, 26-year-old teacherat Carter-Riverside High School, Fort Worth, Texas,has been arrested for allegedly engaging in sex with a 16-year-old male student. Riojas was arrested on a felony charge of sexual assault of a child under the age of 17. She resigned from the Fort Worth Independent School District on Oct. 22 after she was accused of having sex with two male students. Man found guilty of aggravated rape

A man who was a minor himself when the incident occurred was convicted this week of raping another child. A jury found Tony Keith Straub Jr., who is now 23 years old, guilty of aggravated rape. According to the report filed by the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office, Straub was arrested in July 2008 and was indicted on the aggravated rape charge the next month. However, it is believed the actual rape occurred sometime between 2002 and 2004. George Bonnett, spokesman for the Sheriff’s Office, said according to the report, Straub was an acquaintance of the victim’s family and he was taking the small girl door-to-door to sell items as part of a school fund-raiser when he brought her into the woods near her home and raped her. The little girl did not tell her parents about the rape until several years later in 2008. While the exact date of the rape was not determined, it is believed that the victim was 6 years old at the time. Obama Drug Policy calls for drugged driving charges for unimpaired marijuana users

Therefore, few drivers are identified, prosecuted, or convicted for DUID. Law enforcement personnel usually cite individuals with the easier to prove driving while intoxicated (DWI) alcohol charges. Unclear laws provide vague signals both to drivers and to law enforcement, thereby minimizing the possible preventive benefit of DUID statutes. Fifteen states have passed laws clarifying that the presence of any illegal drug in a driver's body is per se evidence of impaired driving. ONDCP will work to expand the use of this standard to other states and explore other ways to increase the enforcement of existing DUID laws. Here are the states President Obama would like the others to emulate: 1. Arizona: Zero tolerance for cannabis metabolites, mandatory 24 hours jail, up to 6 months upon conviction. 2. Delaware: Zero tolerance for cannabis metabolites. 3. Georgia: Zero tolerance for cannabis metabolites, mandatory 24 hours jail, up to 12 months upon conviction. 4. Illinois: Zero tolerance for cannabis metabolites, up to 12 months upon conviction. 5. Indiana: Zero tolerance for cannabis metabolites, up to 60 days upon conviction. 6. Michigan: Zero tolerance for cannabis metabolites, up to 93 days upon conviction, vehicle immobilization for up to 180 days. 7. Nevada: 15 ng/ml for cannabis metabolites. 8. Ohio: 15 ng/ml for cannabis metabolites, mandatory 72 hours in jail, up to 6 months upon conviction, 6 month to 3 year license suspension. 9. Pennsylvania: DUID for cannabis metabolites, amount unclear. 10. South Dakota: Zero tolerance for cannabis metabolites for persons under the age of 21. 11. Sandra Bullock was seen sans wedding ring this week, prompting speculation that it’s only a matter of time until she divorces the cheating Jesse James. Now a friend of the couple says she has a “master plan” to end the marriage. “[The infidelity scandal has] broken her heart, and they will divorce,” the source said “She is trying to pick her way through the mess and all the stress.” That stress includes not only what Michelle “Bombshell” McGee and his other mistresses inflicted upon her, but what her leaving will do to his three kids. “They will be hurt no matter what happens. The kids are what is holding her back from filing for the divorce immediately,” said the close Bullock source. With Jesse in rehab, Sandra is trying to tread lightly. “Sandra is doing this on her own timeline and refuses to budge or give in to people who say she should divorce him immediately,” the source explained. “[ Jesse James’ kids ] are her family. She is not ready to scrap it as fast as possible. They will talk, but a divorce will happen. She has a master plan.” Bullock has reportedly come to grips with who James really is. “Sandra got to be with a side of Jesse James that he rarely gave to anyone else and now she’s seeing what everyone else always saw,” the pal said. “They were truly from different worlds. Jesse lived a double life. She’s so level-headed and grounded, that is what is getting her through this.” Here’s hoping she gets through it sooner rather than later. If PETA can get its animal-loving panties in a bunch over a Tweeted photo of Kim Kardashian clutching a cat , surely there’s an organization that can do something about human rights abuse when it comes to this social networking site. We’re referring to the damage CoCo has done to eyes. Earlier today, Ice T’s wife took a picture of herself naked, immediately following a Brazilian wax. The following pic is not safe for work, children under the age of 14, or anyone that’s eaten in the last 48 hours. Tweetphoto.com has removed this picture. But, unfortunately, it’s forever seared into our brains.

As annoying as hipster dufus Katy Perry is, I have to admit that I kinda like looking at her ass in these spandex leggings she’s got on. To be fair, I kinda like looking at pretty much any chick’s ass in a nice pair of spandex leggings. I do have regulations though. She has to be under the age of let’s say forty five, cougars are people too you know, and of course she has to be height/weight proportionate. I can’t stand the sound of micro-fibers screaming while being stretched to death by a fat ass. It’s just cruel.
