Grammy winning singer Usher is refusing to fork $50,000 over to his wife so she can pay legal fees she’s accumulated by fighting the R&B star for custody of their two sons. Usher finds Tameka Foster’s request ridiculous and counters that his ex-wife constantly defies court orders and files pointless motions, including one where she wanted Usher to be forced to take a drug test. The “Climax” singer says he’s already given Tamkea Raymond $25,000 for lawyers fees and has paid most of her legal bills, despite him being the defendant. Usher also feels her actions “directly harm the best interests of the minor children. Usher Fires Back At Ex-Wife Tameka Foster!

Usher is firing back at ex-wife Tameka Foster’s claims that he is a bad father to their two children. As we previously reported, Tameka asked a Georgia court last month for full custody of their two sons, claiming that Usher has not lived up to their joint custody agreement. Tameka claims that the Grammy Award-winning Atlanta singer failed to get her permission to travel with their kids and hired nannies without her approval. She also wants Usher to submit to a drug test. Usher has filed his own response to Tameka’s claims, asking a judge to reject Tameka’s request for full custody, on grounds her allegations are false. Usher also claims that he never canceled his ex-wife’s Saks 5th Avenue credit card as she has alleged. Usher and Tameka currently share joint physical custody of their kids. A trial date has been set for February 27. Read more at TMZ . Finally able to move on after the sentencing of Dr. Conrad Murray, Michael Jackson’s family members took in the performances last night on Fox’s The X Factor . The seven contestants paid tribute to MJ Wednesday. With renditions that ranged from stripped down ( Drew Ryniewicz ) to completely unique improvisations ( Astro ), did the aspiring singers impress Michael’s progeny? Michael Jackson’s kids watch the X Factor action … and look mostly happy . Treated as both props but also royalty, Paris Jackson, Prince Michael Jackson I and II and their grandmother / guardian Katherine Jackson had front row seats. So who was Paris’ favorite of all the singers channeling MJ? “Honestly,” she Tweeted, “They were all really talented! Good answer. Who do you think was the best/worst?
