The superstar has been everywhere this holiday season, and not solely because some moron named Mariah Yeater sued him for paternity of her son. Bieber has released a Christmas CD and has spent weeks promoting it via talk shows, live performances and official video releases. The latest example of the latter? This duet with Mariah Carey . I got six kids and my old lady depending on my hustle. I can’t make one single mistake. Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster is taking taking him to court for sole custody of their two sons. Tameka has filed court papers asking for him to lose joint physical custody of their children. According to TMZ , Tameka filed court papers in Georgia, asking a judge to strip Usher of joint physical custody of their children ASAP. She’s claiming that Usher has broken several agreements they have in place. A number of allegations are made against Usher in the legal documents. Tameka claims Usher should seek her permission before taking their kids out of the state, but has consistently failed to do that. She also alleges they are supposed to agree before hiring a nanny, but he has not approached her before doing so. Usher is apparently meant to ask her to care for the boys if he is ‘away for more than eight’ hours, with Tameka claiming that hasn’t always happened. Tameka also claims Usher closed her Saks 5th Avenue credit card – which he specifically said he wouldn’t do – and now she can no longer take advantage of the ‘special benefits’ the card offers.’ According to the docs, Usher also promised to pay $5k per month so Tameka could hire her own nanny for the kids – but he hasn’t paid in months, and now owes $34,000 worth of payments.’ She is also alleging Usher’s income has increased after their split, meaning she should get more child support from him. A court hearing is scheduled to take place tomorrow. Usher just can’t get this woman off his back! I’m hearing that the children are with him more than they are with Tameka! Taking a handicapped parking spot can cause a woman to go into attack mode, as Usher learned recently in Atlanta. Usher was at this weekend’s Halloween parade in Little Five Points when a woman apparently took issue with the ATL singer parking in a a handicapped spot. I dont have bieber fever. I first heard the Usher version of this song and had it on repeat for at least a week, so i had to cover it. This song is on Justin Bieber’s album but I like the usher version better..
