The Vampire Diaries Season 6 Episode 3 Recap: The Secrets are Out

The secrets came flooding out on The Vampire Diaries Season 6 Episode 3 . Let’s start with Bonnie and Damon : They are not alone in 1994. Some dude named Kai is there and he nearly killed Damon inside a liquor store, only for Bonnie to save the day by suddenly rediscovering her magic. After taking Kai hostage, he tells the trapped twosome that he wasn’t really kill Damon… he just needed to bring Bonnie to the brink so that she would be able to use magic again. Why? Because magic is the key to them getting the heck out of there. Outside Mystic Falls, meanwhile, a party was raging at the swimming hole. But after Caroline (who decided to move back to college in the end) compelled an attendee to get ice, and then that attendee told Jeremy she lost the desire to get said ice once she hit Mystic Falls, Jeremy came to a realization: Sarah knows! She didn’t actually forget Elena taking a bite out of her neck on The Vampire Diaries Season 6 Episode 1 because all compulsion ends in Mystic Falls and she’s been getting it on with Jeremy there ever since. So she apparently knows exactly who Elena is and exactly what Elena did and now we’re left to wonder: Who is she? What does she want? Stefan , meanwhile, returned to town in order to get revenge against Enzo. But just as he was about to kill his enemy, one of the guys in Matt’s weird group came upon them with a crossbow. Enzo killed him first, but not before Matt learned that he’s been training with a group of vampire hunters. Oops! His bad! Tyler called Liv in to help with the body and the kegs and she admitted she has feelings for him. We’re totally down with Lyler , aren’t you? (Or should we refer to them as Tiv ?) Finally, Enzo went for a piece of pie at the diner and ended up sitting next to Tripp . He knew Enzo was a vampire because Enzo has been killing waitresses left and right. Tripp injected Enzo with vervain, but Enzo was able to fight it off and was about to kill Tripp… when Stefan walked in and shot him twice with that crossbow. He introduced himself to Tripp as another Founding Family member and was about to put another stake through Enzo when Tripp said he likes to kill vampires in his own way. So Stefan told him to go ahead and do so. As long as he makes it painful. Lots of forward momentum this week, lots of revelations and a few major questions regarding the idenities of Sarah and Kai. The Vampire Diaries Season 6 Episode 2 Recap: When Are They?

Say this about the year 1994: it featured some winning music! I note this, of course, because The Vampire Diaries Season 6 Episode 2 answered the question this week of where Bonnie and Damon are located, only it turned the inquiry on its head a bit and instead revealed WHEN they are: The aforementioned year. 1994. Damon and Bonnie are repeating May 10, 1994 in an empty Mystic Falls for some reason, with Damon spending the day drinking and making pancakes and Bonnie trying to re-find her magic in order to get them back home to present day. Except, as we learned in the closing scene when Bonnie’s missing crossword puzzle got filled in by neither Bonnie nor Damon… they aren’t actually alone after all. Someone else is somehow there. Elsewhere on a strong installment of The Vampire Diaries Season 6 : Elena finally admitted to herself that she fell in love with Damon while she was with Stefan, enabling Alaric to successful access that memory, erase it and set off a domino chain of events within Elena’s head that made her forget she ever loved Damon. Jeremy and Matt learned that Sarah, the girl who Elena fed off last week, stole a car from her old boss and is in town… for some reason. But Jeremy is still taken and went to crash with her at the Salvatore mansion. Tripp told Matt that he was a descendent of the Founding Fell Family (meaning he’d be related to Meredith somehow) But Matt appeared to have some doubts. We later saw Tripp drive some vampires INTO Mystic Falls and unleash sunlight on them, killing them all. Caroline and Enzo found Stefan in Savannah. He broke Caroline’s heart by basically saying he had to move on by completely ignoring her and his past in Mystic Falls. And then Enzo broke Ivy’s neck to get back at Stefan for having given up on his Damon search. Overall, it was a solid episode that focused more on character development than heavy plot movement. But producers have said that’s the goal early in Season 6 because they acknowledge the mythology has grown too complicated and dense. What did everyone else think of this installment? Are you dreading the day that Damon returns, Elena doesn’t know who he is and then we go through a whole amnesia-type deal? Yeah, so are we. The Vampire Diaries Season 6 Episode 1 Recap: Who Wants Pancakes?

Many questions were just begging to be answered on The Vampire Diaries Season 6 Episode 1 : Where are Bonnie and Damon? How are Elena, Stefan, Caroline and company coping with their presumed deaths? What is Alaric up to now that he’s back in the land of the living? Will Matt Donovan actually be giving anything interesting to do this fall? And what division of football is Whitmore College in? Okay, the final one may not have been a pressing issue for most viewers, but we couldn’t help but wonder considering the high school-like atmosphere of that tailgate. Chaperones? Really?!? The Vampire Diaries Season 6 Premiere Pictures 1. Tyler Attacks! Whoa there! Rage much, Tyler! This character is back in full force on The Vampire Diaries season premiere. Good luck with that, Luke. As for the answers to the other inquiries, let’s go ahead and tackle them one by one: BONNIE AND DAMON are… happily eating pancakes together every morning?!? We got a very, very quick glimpse at the pair to close the premiere and they seem to be living a normal life somewhere. They were reading the newspaper. They were acting almost like a couple. They came across as anything but two people who were sucked away when The Other Side evaporated to close The Vampire Diaries Season 5. Intriguing. CAROLINE is reacting to their presumed death by maintaining hope. She’s reading every book she can get her hands on to figure out a way to bring her friends back. JEREMY is drinking a lot, playing video games and hooking up with random girls. What a life! Umm… we mean, he’s clearly having some issues. MATT has joined some kind of Mystic Falls protection group that is led by someone named Tripp. He seems VERY interested in the supernatural. STEFAN has gone off to Savannah and is barely speaking to anyone anymore. He’s hooking up with some girl named Ivy, but appears to be using her as a means to an important end: determining a way to get Damon back. He tells Elena on the phone at one point that he’s given up hope and has said goodbye and she should do the same. But we don’t buy it. TYLER is dealing with major rage issues, barely able to contain his temper now that he’s human again, with the werewolf curse still inside of him. ALARIC “hates everything” about being a vampire. He’s having trouble dealing with the blood lust. And he’s lost his “game.” Elena’s new medical professor person tried hitting on him and Alaric totally stumbled. Ah, yes, ELENA. She’s been taking some witchy drug cooked up for her by Luke all summer because it makes her hallucinate Damon. But it also makes her really thirsty and it’s led to her attacking some humans. She realizes she has to let go. But she can’t. So she asks Alaric to compel her to forget Damon forever toward the end of the premiere. Think she’ll go through wit it? Overall, a very solid opening to The Vampire Diaries Season 6 . We caught up with every single character and we saw the effect the loss of their friends has had on them. French Montana on Trina: She Cheated Too! She’s Trying to Use Khloe Kardashian to Get Famous!

The seemingly amicable Khloe Kardashian-French Montana breakup is officially getting ugly. First, French claimed he felt “great,” after being dumped by Khloe, thus providing further evidence that he never cared about her in the first place (as just about everyone suspected). Then, French’s ex, Trina, dissed Khloe in song form , referring to the reality star as a “bitch” in the ominously-titled single “F-ck Love.” If you thought that would be the end of the weird love-triangle beef between a bunch of people who aren’t even sleeping together anymore, well then you don’t know how desperately French and Trina want to get famous. Sources close to French say the D-list rapper wants the world to know that Trina is a hypocrite for bashing Khloe as a cheater, as Trina totally started sleeping with him while he was still married. He also claims that Trina is simply trying to start a feud so that she can use Khloe’s fame to help boost her practically non-existent music career. You know…just like French did! We’re sure being roped into weird drama like this only makes Khloe more certain than ever that she made the right decision by cutting Montana out of her life. Unfortunately, it looks like she may have waited too her long to end her alliance with French. Now she’s stuck in the middle of a war she wants no part in.

Wesley’s big break came in daytime TV as the second incarnation of Max Nickerson on Guiding Light , after Jesse Lee Soffer vacated the role. He later went on to play Tommy Callahan on Everwood and had a thing for characters named Tommy, as that was the name of his football player character on American Dreams .
