Vanessa Bryant’s mom told the Los Angeles Times that the couple did not sign a prenuptial agreement when they wed – entitling Vanessa to half of their assets. Estimates put Kobe Bryant’s net worth at $150 million. The NBA’s highest-paid player, he earned $24.8 million last season, part of an extension worth $83.5 million. Forbes magazine estimates that with endorsement deals, Kobe last year earned $53 million before taxes and agent fees. So basically, Vanessa is sitting pretty. The fact the marriage lasted 10 years also gives Vanessa big advantages under California law, as she is allowed to maintain her standard of living after the split. In the petition filed Friday, Vanessa cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the divorce. The couple says the terms have already been settled privately. The NBA star was caught cheating with multiple women by his wife, according to sources, with good old-fashioned gossip among basketball spouses to blame. The absurd Tupac sex tape unearthed earlier this year has been sold, but only to a private collector who has no plans to make the 1991 footage public. According to reports, the former owner of the tape decided not to sell to any corporate sex companies, describing them as “parasites.” How virtuous. It is unknown how much the 2Pac video sold for, but it was reported that two rival porn agencies were ready to pay $150,000 or more for the Tupac sex tape. Tupac’s family have made it clear they do not want the X-rated flick to be distributed and have insisted that they “will sue anyone who tries to sell a Tupac tape.” According to an official spokesman for Tupac’s estate, only his family can authorize the use of Tupac’s image for commercial use and they would not permit this. The rapper’s mother Afeni Shakur has also reportedly told her representatives: “Get the legal team ready because we will not allow someone to put it out.” Looks like a moot point now. The footage of Tupac getting serviced orally by some girl at a house party while smoking, drinking and dancing to his own music will be enjoyed by a private collector for personal use only. It’s been a hard month for Michelle Duggar. Not only did she suffer a miscarriage with her 20th child, she is also in the position of having to comfort her younger kids. Fortunately, she’s been able to receive comfort from her offspring, as well. Michelle says Jackson, 7, asked about baby sister Jubilee Shalom. She soothed him and explained the loss of the child that the family never got to know. She likely left out the part about them Tweeting a pic of the miscarried fetus . “I told him there is going to be a day when we’re going to be together again,” she says . “As the days go on, I know we will have time to talk through all this. I have been trying to hold my composure and do what I needed to do, and then be able to grieve.” It’s not just the young ones who need solace. Jill, 20, who’s studying to be a midwife and had been charting the baby’s growth and heartbeat, is devastated. “She was crying and weeping last night,” Michelle said at the memorial service for Jubilee. “I hugged her and said, ‘I am holding on, and I am going to let the tears go. We can pray, cry and grieve together in the weeks and days we walk through this.'” But Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar lean on their children, too. “My older girls have been precious to make Momma take care of Momma right now, and Jim Bob has been busy taking care of everything,” she says. Despite their loss, the family plans to celebrate all their December birthdays: Josie (2), Jordyn (3), Jinger (18) and twins Jedidiah and Jeremiah (13). Should they try for a 20th baby again?

Sunday morning two people were bound while Yung Joc’s recording studio studio was robbed. The AJC reported the robbery happened around 5:30am Sunday morning. Two caretakers who help run the studio got out of their car and were forced into the studio and then duct taped and bound. The robbers allegedly stole about $50k in studio equipment and cash. The two care takers eventually broke free and ran for help to a nearby neighbor.
