Over in Great Britain this week, residents are fixated on Meghan Markle, Prince Harry and their brand new son, Archie. Plenty of tea, crumpets and Yorkshire pudding are being devoured in celebration. Earlier this week, we reported on the news that Hayden Panettiere’s boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, had been arrested for domestic violence . Despite the fact that he’s been with Hayden for several months now, very little is known about Hickerson — and the more fans find out, the more they don’t like him. Details of Hickerson’s arrest have been hard to come by, but we know that Hayden was involved in the altercation. We also know that it was not the first such incident for Hickerson. In October of 2018, Hickerson was arrested after allegedly assaulting his father. Hayden was on hand for that incident, too — and friends encouraged her to leave the relationship before she became his next victim. Sadly, it appears that’s exactly what happened when Hickerson allegedly attacked Panettiere on Friday night. Now, police reports from the night of the incident confirm fans’ worst fears, as it looks as though an altercation between Hayden and Brian became violent, and Hayden was the victim. One of the LAPD officers who arrived on the scene says neighbors dialed 911 when noises from the next house made it clear a couple was involved “in both [a] physical and verbal argument.” The report indicates that one person was heard clearly yelling “ouch.” It’s unclear at this time if Panettiere and Hickerson are still involved romantically — but it is clear that Hayden’s family is hoping she’ll end the relationship. “I knew he had an incident with his father and he has a tendency to do that [physical violence],” Hayden’s mother, Lesley Vogl, tells Radar Online. “Never had I thought it would be against Hayden or I would have addressed it sooner. I have addressed many things,” This is far from the first indication that Hayden and Brian’s relationship is highly dysfunctional. Judge Naomi Buchwald said the social media star had a chance to show her integrity when her alleged victim passed out during what the feds called a “prostitution date” with her. But the judge said that instead of calling 911 or notifying someone, she stole his debit card info and went on a $20,000 shopping spree. “When faced with a real test of character, she close to leave (the victim’s) apartment with his debit card information without calling 911,” Judge Buchwald told Clermont. “No foundation, established after her arrest, can account for that lack of character.” The judge told the courtroom – which was packed with Clermont’s relatives on one side and her victim’s family on the other – that Clermont became “enamored with surface values” and questioned whether she didn’t call authorities about her victim’s unconscious state because she didn’t want to have contact with law enforcement while working as a prostitute. Clermont pled guilty to one count of wire fraud late last year. After she serves her time, she’ll have to complete three years of probation. Her family members cried after the judge handed down the sentence, and one relative was doubled over. Clermont, who matched her sister in a blonde wig, blazer and cigarette pants, cried as she asked for mercy from the judge, saying she wasn’t in the right “mental space” when she stole from the man. “I made a terrible, selfish decision,” Clermont said through tears. “I feel like I’m in a recurring nightmare that’s happening…I can’t pretend to be perfect because I wouldn’t be there. Source: S3studio / Getty Man Gets Arrested For Throwing Coffee In Employee’s Face A man could potentially serve a 16-year prison sentence for throwing hot coffee on a McDonald’s employee, simply because she asked to see his receipt. 54-year-old Joseph Deluca of Cleveland, Ohio was arrested on March 5th for injuring the restaurant worker in back in February. According to reports from Fox 8 , Deluca pulled up to the restaurant’s drive-thru window at 12:30 p.m. and ordered one cup of coffee. The employee accidentally handed him two cups and when she re-checked his order, she asked to see Deluca’s receipt. The customer reportedly laughed and said he ordered both cups, but after the employee asked for his receipt again, Deluca threw the tray of hot coffee in her face before driving off. The store’s security cameras caught the excruciating injury that ended up hospitalizing the employee at MetroHealth Medical Center for both neck and shoulder pain. When Deluca was pulled over by Newburgh Heights police officers, he even ended up confessing to the wrong crime. “I know, I beat somebody up,” Deluca sheepishly told officers, his confession recorded on body cameras. “I beat somebody up, family member or something…he put his hands on my girlfriend and I punched him, and it turned out to be felonious I guess.” Erin Stone of the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Office said, “What is troubling with a case like this is you have someone who is going to work just to do her job. She asks to see his receipt and this angers him immensely and he throws two cups of hot coffee in her face.” According to Yahoo Lifestyle, the prosecutor’s office says that the victim had first-degree burns on her face, neck, and shoulder. Deluca was indicted on two counts of second-degree felonious assault, each of which carries a maximum sentence of eight years in prison.

In a letter to the judge, Assistant U.S. Attorney Sagar Ravi pushed for the Yeezy model to serve 12 to 18 months behind bars because of the seriousness of her fraud and identity theft, noting that the prison term will send a message to others not to do the same thing. Ravi also said the public needs to be protected from her. “Plain and simple, this was a crime of opportunity – a crime the defendant committed out of greed to maintain the image she sought to portray on social media,” Ravi’s letter to the judge – which was obtained by BOSSIP – states. Yesterday, we revealed that Clermont’s lawyer had begged the judge for mercy for his client, claiming that she stole only because of extreme financial hardship and even started a foundation to help people struggling with mental illness. The federal attorney also pointed out that Clermont started the foundation only after she pled guilty and was facing sentencing. Last November, Clermont pled guilty to one count of wire fraud, admitting she’d stolen the debit card information of a man was paid to spend time with who later died, racking up more than $22,000 in fraudulent charges. She also admitted that she later stole her victim’s identity in order to try to wire $1,000 to herself. Ravi also revealed details of the night of what he called her “prostitution date” with the unnamed victim. Using the name “Audrey,” Ravi said Clermont spent three hours with the man, who was found dead the next morning alongside a broken used condom, baggies of coke and a fentanyl pill. Clermont has maintained that her victim just passed out on the bed and she stole his card details and left. Clermont is scheduled to be sentenced next week in Manhattan Federal Court.
