That’s because Bieber has unveiled a 15-second teaser for that same track’s upcoming music video… and it features him getting down and quite dirty with Playboy model Xenia Deli. Yes, the same Xenia Deli with whom Bieber was recently spotted out at a bar in Los Angeles. It appears as if Bieber will be going the short film route with the video, and that it will also star John Leguizamo. But we have a feeling supporters will be far more focused on Deli than Leguizamo. The “What Do You Mean?” video will drop at 11 p.m. EST, not long after Bieber performs the single live at the MTV Video Music Awards.
