90 Day Fiance alum Anfisa Nava has been a little quieter than usual lately. Part of that is because she's no longer on the show after her negotiations fell through. Email Submit Kelis is going to trial after pleading not guilty to violating her custody agreement with her ex-husband, rapper Nas. According to The Blast , Nas alleges that Kelis violated thier custody agreement 17 times since January 2018 and has refused to let him see their nine-year-old son, Knight, numerous times. Since she pleaded not guilty to 20 counts of contempt, she is going to trial on June 20th and could face fines and/or jail time. In court documents, the “Bye Baby” rapper claims that Kelis took Knight to Colombia in December 2018 without his consent. He said she also violated their agreement regarding custody during the holidays. Kelis has their son during Christmas while he would have him for New Year’s, however it didn’t work out that way this year. “On Christmas, Petitioner informed me by text message that although her ‘plan’ had been to bring the minor child back to me in Los Angeles for New Year’s, the plan had changed. She then stated that the new plan was to come back on January 4, 2019,” read the court documents. Not only was he allegedly unable to reach his son while they were in Colombia, Kelis didn’t return to the U.S until January 14th after saying she would be back on January 4th. Nas and Kelis have been divorced since 2010. Last year, she alleged that the Nas physically abused her during their marriage and was also unfaithful. “He was angry, and he was dark, and he’s always been that way,” she told Hollywood Unlocked . Muhlaysia Booker’s family identified her as a woman seen in a video being pummeled by a man after a minor traffic accident. The Dallas News reports that Edward Thomas, 29, was arrested Sunday in connection with the assault that was recorded on video. He faces a charge of aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury. Authorities say Muhlaysia accidentally backed into another vehicle Saturday and the other driver, who is named as a suspect in the arrest-warrant affidavit but who has not been arrested, ran her off the road to keep her from fleeing. The woman says the other driver pointed a gun at her and refused to let her leave unless she paid for the damage, according to the affidavit. A crowd that included Edward Thomas then gathered and “a voice on the video” offered Thomas $200 to beat Muhlaysia. The suspect then put on gloves to accept the offer and punched Muhlaysia several times while people watched. Another suspect jumped in and stomped on the woman. Muhlaysia was transported to a local hospital. She suffered facial fractures and a broken wrist. UPDATE: Muhlaysia Booker’s family tells me she’s home from the hospital continuing to recover. They say she’s got a broken wrist and several facial fractures. I am extremely angry about what appears to be mob violence against this woman. I am in contact with the chief and she assured me that the Dallas Police Department is fully investigating, including the possibility that this was a hate crime. Those who did this do not represent how Dallasites feel about our thriving LGBTQ community. We will not stand for this kind of behavior.” Thomas remains in the Dallas County jail with his bail set at $75,000. We sincerely hope Muhlaysia and her family get the justice they deserve. It’s obvious that several other people need to be arrested for their involvement.

The Murda Ink rapper turned Fyre Festival promoter has been left on the look for more than $2 million in back federal taxes on liens stretching back more than 10 years, BOSSIP has learned. The IRS issued Ja’s latest lien late last month for $443,442 for income he earned in 2016 – some of it likely coming from his work behind the failed Fyre Festival. But on March 4, the IRS issued a separate updated lien for back taxes from 2005 through 2008: $830,717 for 2005, $353,536 for 2006, $231,775 for 2007 and $172,282 for 2008. In total, the IRS says Ja owes $2,031,753, according to the new liens. His wife, Aisha, is also named on the liens, which were obtained by BOSSIP. It’s not the first time that Ja Rule has struggled with paying back taxes. We exclusively revealed that the feds accused him of owing $363,269 for income he earned in 2014 and 2015. Uncle Sam doesn’t play around when it comes to collecting taxes, and Ja is well aware of this. In 2011, a judge sentenced him to 28 months in federal prison after he pled guilty to tax evasion for failing to pay taxes on $3 million in income. Ja Rule hadn’t responded to the liens as of April 15, according to public records.
