Nicole Murphy , 51, appeared on The Wendy Williams Show today to tell her story behind the smooch that ran Lela Rochon off the internet temporarily. As far as her having a full-on affair, Murphy says “trust me, I wish it didn’t happen. It was a moment where I should’ve thought more through the situation. Make better judgments. Last month, Kathryn Dennis and Thomas Ravenel wrapped up their custody war with more or less of a draw. That may change, however, and not just because of Thomas’ guilty plea to assault and battery. Kathryn has new evidence that the court may want to consider, starting with a video of Thomas doing drugs. According to court documents obtained by The Daily Mail , Thomas Ravenel may be in hot water with Charleston family court. In a new video submitted to the court, he appears to be taking hallucinogenic mushrooms at a party. “I’ve never tried this in my life,” Thomas says in the reported video. He takes out a baggie, filled with what are implied to be psychotropic fungi. “Just one,” he then says. “Just one.” “You’re gonna do that right now?” a woman’s incredulous voice can be heard saying. “Thomas, no!” the wise voice admonishes. “No, you’re, like, gonna geek out right now!” If one were to partake in hallucinogens, particularly those they have never taken before, they would want to do so with a sober babysitter to make sure that they do not have a bad reaction. Experimenting with drugs in a crowd can be … dangerous. Even if you don’t have a health crisis, you might strip off your clothes or soil yourself. “I wouldn’t want to do it,” the woman advises him. “I don’t want to hallucinate.” As someone who once had an allergic reaction that plagued him with days of hallucinations, I’d have to agree. Thomas, however, sounded indifferent over the potential use of the alleged substance during the video. “It’s just mushrooms,” he tells the woman dismissively. Interestingly, this is not the first time that Thomas and “magic mushrooms” have come up recently. In an affidavit, Thomas was accused of having advised a friend that said fungus, despite its properties, will not show up in urine tests. Kathryn was clearly concerned that Thomas might find ways to bypass court-ordered urine tests designed to keep Kensie and Saint safe. Kathryn’s affidavit also accused Thomas of having sent her a video in which he calls his child by the wrong name and slurs his words. The implication is that he must have been under the influence, in defiance of court orders. “The time that we had a pool party,” Kathryn recalls of their personal history. “And,” she narrates. “Thomas was so drunk while holding Kensie that he fell into the pool with her as a baby.” Kathryn continues: “and I had to jump in to grab Kensie:” She also cites “the Christmas where Thomas flew into a range [sic] and threw the Christmas tree that I had decorated across the room.” “The time he put my fake fur coat in a tub full of water…” Kathryn recalls. She makes reference to “the time he threw a lamp at me and glass shattered everywhere;” “And,” Kathryn’s written recollection mentions. “The time he threw an astray [sic] in my face.” These are horrifying accusations, and it seems that Kathryn wishes to connect Thomas’ alleged drug use with his abhorrent behavior. There is another disgusting incident mentioned in court documents. “And the time …when he masturbated on my back while I was asleep,” Kathryn writes. She says that he did this “because he was mad at me for rejecting his advances for sex (because I was exhausted and pregnant).” “I also discovered that he had been watching muscleman porn that night,” she concludes. For the record, I don’t know exactly what muscleman porn is even after looking it up (yes, I put that in my search history; I’m so brave). The important part of that accusation is ejaculating upon someone without her consent in order to feel in control and powerful. The hit caused the elderly man to fall and hit his head on the ground, which is when he claims he went unconscious for a brief amount of time. Paramedics along with Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies quickly responded to the scene at the time of the accident and and Ali cooperated with law enforcement, so she was not arrested. In court documents obtained by TMZ, Robert Ise (the man Ali hit) says he suffered a left orbital blowout fracture, a concussion, and lacerations and contusions across his body. Ise claims he still suffers from pain and emotional distress due to Ali’s negligence while driving, and now, he wants her to pay for all past and future medical expenses. A road manager for the Bronx rapper, Yasin Touray, was caught on video throwing punches and struck at least two women with brutal blows. The Blast reports : The violent attack, from May 25, was all caught on tape by a witness, Sayyora Badalbaeva, who also starred in “Bad Girls Club.” In the video, obtained by The Blast, an argument can be seen between Yasin Touray and several women in a hotel room. The argument escalated to physical violence, and Touray could be seen throwing a haymaker punch that connects with one of the women in the face and sends her crumpling to the ground. Another woman in the room tried to intervene, but Touray grabbed her and leveled multiple menacing punches into her face. The attack is so brutal, one of the victims could even be seen checking her teeth in the mirror to see if any had been knocked out. Touray was detained and arrested on the spot and now the women who were punched, Instagram models Ally Stone and Karina Djalilova, are bringing a lawsuit against Touray and A Boogie, naming the rapper because their side says he was the road manager’s employer and thus responsible for his actions. Touray’s criminal charges are still pending. Video of the incident can be seen below but we must warn viewers that the acts depicted are violent so proceed with caution. Actress Leah Remini shared a heartbreaking post to her Instagram on Sunday, revealing that she had “no idea” her father, George Anthony Remini, had passed away a month ago. According to Remini, she and her family knew nothing about his illness leading up to his death, saying, “A funeral came and went and none of us knew anything about it.” The thought of this is devastating, but Leah is using this opportunity to let people know that the Church of Scientology is completely to blame for this tragic outcome . The King of Queens star dreamed of the day she would get to restore her relationship with her father, but thanks to the most controversial religious movements of our time , that opportunity never came. “On Friday, I received a message from my sister Nicole, who had been contacted by a stranger passing on his condolences for the passing of our father,” Remini wrote, alongside throwback photos with her father. “We had no idea that he died a month ago.” Unfortunately, Leah is dealing with the emotions of what could’ve been and wishes he sought forgiveness before his passing. “He was not able to redeem himself, to ask for forgiveness for his failures and hurts, to become a better man to those of us who couldn’t help but love him,” Remini continued. “If you read my book, you’ll know my father and I had a difficult relationship, but I always forgave him with a daughter’s painfully endless love and hope.” Although Remini didn’t agree or support her father’s beliefs, she “hoped he would one day acknowledge what he did to his children,” she said. “That alone would have been healing in its own way. We never got that, yet I can’t help but grieve. I am angry at myself for crying for someone who didn’t ever cry for me.” “I am angry that I still wanted this man’s love,” she added. “I’m angry that the last chapter in our relationship was dictated by Scientology.” Because of Leah’s successful A&E series Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath , the Church often released videos featuring George Remini, who claimed his daughter did not care about her own family and that she refused to help pay for his cancer treatments. Leah easily blames their later estrangement on the church, saying, “Scientology took my dad in as a pawn against me and likely robbed him of any last ounce of heart that might have been left in him.” “I’m angry that Scientology found his personal weak spots and got him on board not with their beliefs but with their smear campaign against me.” “That was his last presence in my life,” she wrote. And while Remini and her sisters will never be able to forgive Scientology , they would’ve open-heartedly forgiven their father…If he just would have tried. “I would have forgiven him as I always did,” she added. “The little girls inside of my sisters and me will never forgive scientology for taking our last chance to have the one thing we always wanted from our father… And that was for him to say ‘I’m sorry and I loved you.'” Remini’s relationship with her father was so broken that on Father’s Day, in 2018, her message praised her husband for being the “daddy [she] wish [she] had.” Leah, 49, was a member of the church for 35 years before finally removing herself publicly in 2013. Since leaving, she has been one of the most outspoken critics of the organization by writing books and creating her popular docuseries. The Scientology community long tried to discredit Remini’s Emmy-winning series and even tried to stop it from airing. However, the show ended on Remini’s terms, with the two-hour finale airing in August. For Leah’s sake, we’re glad that door has closed. Hopefully, she can put that evil energy behind her and move forward with a positive, happy, and healthy lifestyle. We wish the best for her and her family members who are grieving at this time. Aron Eisenberg, who played the fan-favorite role of Nog in “Star Trek: Deep Space Nine,” has died at the age of 50 . According to E! News , the actor’s wife, Malissa Longo, shared early Saturday morning that Eisenberg was hospitalized in critical condition, without further explanation. Later that night she shared the tragic news to Facebook that he had passed away. “It is with extreme regret and sadness to announce that my love and best friend, Aron Eisenberg, passed away earlier today,” she began her post. “He was an intelligent, humble, funny, emphatic soul. He sought to live his life with integrity and truth.” “He was so driven to put the best he had into whatever work was put before him,” the post continued. “He lived his life with such vigor and passion. He was like a breath of fresh air, because I knew I would always hear the truth from him. Even if I didn’t want to hear it and even if the truth was inconvenient.” Longo then went on to explain in detail just how much of an impact her husband had on her life. “He made me (and still makes me) want to be the best human I can possibly be, because he always strove to be the best human he could be,” she explained. “His resilience and willingness to learn was and is an inspiration.” Eisenberg and Longo got engaged back in 2016, and it was in her heartfelt message that she reveled they had eloped back in December after the holidays. “We were hoping to have a big shindig in celebration of our nuptials, but had to wait to save up the money,” she wrote. “While, our marriage, on paper, was a short one. Our hearts had been married for far longer.” “I will forever be thankful for the time we had to love each other. Five years felt like a lifetime, in the best possible ways,” she shared. “There will never be another light like Aron’s. The beauty that he was and the legacy he leaves behind is beyond words. I love him dearly and will him eternally.” “At the moment I’m not sure how to do life without him… He is and always will be My California,” Longo concluded her beautiful message. Eisenberg had battled some serious health issues throughout his life, including the fact that he was born with one defective kidney which stunted his growth. He was on dialysis until age 13 and underwent a kidney transplant at 17, he also underwent another transplant in 2015. Besides his unfortunate health conditions, Eisenberg went on to play the role of Nog, the first Ferengi to join Starfleet, on the series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine , which aired from 1993-1999. He later played Kazon on Star Trek: Voyager and he also appeared on shows such as The Wonder Years , Parker Lewis Can’t Lose and Tales From the Crypt. In recent years, however, he spent his time working as a professional photographer. Many of his co-stars and friends mourned his loss, including Armin Shimerman, who played Eisenberg’s character’s uncle Quark on the Star Trek series. “He was a man of conviction and enormous sensitivity and the best of humanity. [My wife] Kitty and I grieve for Aron, his boys, and Malissa. Flight of angels my friend… you will be missed. There are no words…” he wrote. Garrett Wang, who played Harry Kim on Star Trek: Voyager , posted a video of Eisenberg at a fan convention where he also promoted a link to a GoFundMe page, created to help raise money to cover funeral costs. Aron is survived by his wife and his two sons, Christopher Eisenberg and Nicholas Eisenberg. We send our condolences to his friends, fans, and loved ones. May he rest in peace.
