In a recent interview following the Teen Mom OG reunion brawl, Farrah Abraham bafflingly went after Kailyn Lowry and Chelsea Houska. Neither of whom are on that show. According to Farrah, both of the aforementioned Teen Mom 2 stars got pregnant a second time to boost their profiles and become more famous. Kailyn responded to the comment , pointing out that both she and Chelsea got pregnant with their second children when they were in their 20s. And in committed relationships … and already starring on a reality show. Of course, Farrah doesn’t “do” facts and logic, as we know. So instead of replying with a reasonable counter-argument, she called Kailyn a “puppet” of the company that produces Teen Mom and Teen Mom 2 . In the early stages of the feud, Chelsea Houska, who is expecting her second child and first with Cole De Boer, remained silent. No longer. Last night, she acknowledged it for the first time, but in keeping with her reputation as the most emotionally stable mom in the franchise. Chelsea stopped short of fully jumping into the fray and indulging in some hardcore Farrah-bashing of her own. Asked on Twitter if she had seen what Abraham was saying in the wake of the reunion, Chelsea replied simply: “Kail just showed me hahaha.” Obviously, the laugh is in reference to the absurdity of Farrah, but its worth noting that Chelsea refrained from taking any real jabs of her own. You didn’t think you’d get out of 2016 without one last Duggar sex scandal, did you? Ha! This dumpster fire of a year hasn’t given us any breaks for the past 11 months, and it looks like it has no intention of starting now. Unfortunately, while we’re maintaining hope that 2017 will contain fewer unexpected celebrity deaths, it’s hard to be even a little optimistic when it comes to the Duggars’ future. The family first fell from grace back in May of 2015, when the world learned that Josh Duggar molested several young girls , including four of his sisters, while he was a teenager. The Duggars’ reputation was further damaged by the revelation that Josh’s parents helped him hide his crimes from the authorities. Not long thereafter, it was revealed that Josh had an account with Ashley Madison , a website designed to help married people find cheating partners. It was hard to imagine that things could get any worse for a family who had risen to fame by holding themselves up as paragons of family values and Christian virtue. Remarkably, however, enough fans were willing to forgive the family that they were given a second shot at reality stardom with Counting On , a spin-off focusing on the Duggar children, with occasional cameos from parents Jim Bob and Michelle (and no mention of Josh). The show has maintained mediocre ratings throughout a four-episode trial run and two full seasons, even as the Duggars endured scandals that would have sunk reality stars with less loyal fan bases. While Jim Bob and Michelle’s 18 younger kids have thus far managed to avoid any major controversies, several members of the family’s inner circle have been felled by scandal, including the Duggars’ former minister Bill Gothard. Gothard resigned in disgrace after more than a dozen women, many of them former employees, came forward to accuse the evangelist of various acts of sexual impropriety. Now, another high-profile minister with ties to the Duggars has been embroiled in a sex scandal, and it looks as though he too will step away from his profession as a result. Clayton Jennings is a popular youth preacher, whose self-produced faith-based film Strayland performed better than expected when it was released in 2010, earning Jennings a modicum of fame among Southern evangelicals. According to a blog entitled the Polemics Report, Jennings has stepped away from his ministry following the revelation that he used his position of authority to coerce young women into sex. (The journalist who first exposed Jennings says the 28-year-old pastor sent him “a large sum of money” to stop investigating the matter.) Bana Alabed, a 7-year-old girl who used Twitter to chronicle the horrors of the civil war in Syria, appears to have been captured by forces loyal to the regime of Bashar Al-Assad. With the help of her mother, Fatemah, Bana updated her hundreds of thousands of followers with heartbreaking tweets about the escalating humanitarian crisis in the city of Aleppo. In the past 24 hours, Fatemah posted two tweets that have led to concerns that the family has been removed from their home: “We are sure the army is capturing us now. We will see each other another day dear world. Bye,” reads a tweet posted late Sunday night. Shortly thereafter, Bana’s account was shut down. It re-appeared this morning, and just hours ago, her mother posted the following tweet: “We are sure the army is capturing us now. We will see each other another day dear world. Bye.” The location of Bana and her family is currently unknown, but the BBC is reporting that all members “are safe.” Many remain skeptical and will continue to fear for the Alabeds until they are able to offer an update themselves. Bana first gained international attention several months ago, when multiple media outlets reported on her shocking and eye-opening tweets about the horrors of life in Aleppo. Her family’s situation has become increasingly dire, and she’s continued to offer updates that help to put a face on the daily tragedies taking place in one of Syria’s largest cities. On November 27, she reported that her family’s home had been destroyed by bombing: “Tonight we have no house, it’s bombed and I got in rubble. I saw deaths and I almost died,” Bana tweeted. Along with the Aleppo boy who became a symbol of the city’s nightmarish conditions after he was photographed being pulled from the rubble of a bombed building, Bana gave a voice to the thousands of Syrian children displaced by war. Her tweets have gained the attention of celebrities like J.K. Last night on a gripping Love & Hip Hop Season 7 Episode 3 on VH1, Bianca’s career came to a screeching halt in light of recent events. How did Drewski decide to handle that? Meanwhile, Snoop and J questioned their future together, which, if you watch Love & Hip Hop online , you know was already suspect. Let’s run down all of the crazy events that took place on the hour… DJ Drewski was definitely playing with fire as he continued to flirt with Bianca. This resulted in an argument between Drewski and his current girlfriend, Sky. The pair were out looking at space for an event, when Bianca started calling Drewski. Sky ordered him to answer the phone. She was obviously curious what the heck the chick wanted and was worrying about her relationship, so she did what she felt was right. What did Bianca want? She wanted to let Drewski know she recorded a song titled “I Miss You” and it apparently reminded her of Drewski. As you can probably expect, Sky was even more worried about her relationship. “I don’t feel respected,” she said. “Check her, or I’m going to check her for you.” Preach it, girl. Sky decided to get back at Bianca in her own way and it was definitely one of the more hilarious moments of the night. Sky met up with Mariahlynn and gave her “Make It Official.” Yeah, that’s the song Drewski was giving to Bianca. After that, Bianca made it clear to Drewski she would be doing whatever she wanted until Drewski married Sky. Things are only going to get worse. Elsewhere, Snoop was confused after her big blowout with Jade, so she turned to Juelz for some advice about what to do to save the relationship. When Juelz got wind of Snoop flirting with the radio host, he admitted that Snoop was the one who went too far. Jade went to Kimbella for advice of her own and revealed she was away for her son and didn’t feel like she was being respected by Snoop. J ade does have a point, but she was the one who chose to leave her son. That’s something she can’t get away from. Things weren’t much better for the women in Mendeeces life. Yandy, Erika, Samantha and Kim Wallace got engaged in a war of words over who was looking after the kids better. It was pathetic and the scene ended rather abruptly when Kim was apparently taking a heart attack and was taken away in an ambulance. That’s one way to leave a tedious situation. Finally, at a lavish party, Sky addressed Bianca as “the woman that wants my man.” The pair then had it out, with Sky threatening to end Bianca’s career by forbidding Drewski from playing her music on the radio.
