Fox Sports anchor and Dancing With the Stars co-host Erin Andrews just scored a major legal victory in her highly-publicized lawsuit against the Marriott International hotel chain. Back in October, Andrews sued Marriott for $75 million, alleging that the company allowed peeping tom Michael barrett to request the room next to hers without informing her of the potential danger. The result was a nude video of Andrews that went viral online in 2009. The veteran sports journalist and TV personality says she was severely traumatized by the incident, and was nearly forced to abandon her career due to feelings of shame and humiliation. Andrews stated in court testimony that she believes the Marriott corporation and Barrett are both directly responsible for her years of suffering, and today, the jury agreed with her. It was reported moments ago that Andrews has been awarded $55 million in her lawsuit. The damages were divided equally between the two defendants, with Barrett ordered to pay $28 million, and the Marriott the remaining $27 million. Barrett already pled guilty in a criminal case and spent two years behind bars. Andrews – who had previously given highly emotional testimony – reportedly broke down in tears as the ruling was announced.
On The Bachelor Season 20 Episode 10, Ben Higgins had to face the music from all the women he has cut loose thus far here in 2016. In the aftermath of the overnight dates, The Bachelor Season 20 Episode 10 saw Mr. Higgins and other familiar faces in the hot seat. If you watch The Bachelor online , you know how this annual prelude to the finale goes, but that doesn’t mean there weren’t highlights. Yes, season after season, the filler is mundane, but at least we know Rachel is still Unemployed, and Tiara is still a Chicken Enthusiast. We also got to revisit Jubilee, a.k.a. Jubs, who became a fan favorite with many viewers, but not a favorite among the girls in the house. Jami and Amber claimed Jubilee called herself “the real black girl,” and saying things like “you’re not black enough” to Jami and Amber. Lace, a.k.a. the Crazy Girl from earlier this season, and Olivia Caridi, who claimed her insane title and then some, both made appearances. In Olivia’s case, she didn’t come across as sympathetic as she’d (probably) hoped, but she did get a chance to apologize to her co-stars. There was at least a little self-awareness there, no? Also, Becca Tilley forgot which season she was on and referred to The Bachelor as Chris (Soules) in a blooper shown to the audience. Just imagine when Nick Viall returns for a third season and woos Caila Quinn The Bachelorette this summer. He’s destined to do this. And finally, Ben Higgins is engaged !! To someone! We don’t know who, of course, but he flat out said that he would marry the person he chose tomorrow if he could. So it’s going well. Or he’s putting on a good front. One or the other. Paula Patton Talks Dating After Robin Thicke Split While on a promo run for her new film “The Perfect Match,” Paula Patton took to Facebook to talk hopping back on the horse after heartbreak. “You need to know that it’s worth it. At the end of the day, having a partner in crime for life is so amazing and special when it’s real and genuine, that it’s worth taking the risk. And you are going to get hurt, trust me, I know! I’ve been hurt a couple times—maybe more than a couple times. But you gotta pick yourself back up, and give it another chance. As the war of words between Kesha and famed songwriter/producer Dr. Luke rages on, the list of celebrities and music industry insiders to publicly join the #FreeKesha movement continues to grow. This morning Kelly Clarkson publicly declared her support for her fellow singer, slamming Luke as a bad person during an interview for Australian radio: “He's just not a good person,” Clarkson responded, when asked about her professional relationship. “We've clashed. But I can't really say anything other than that. “I wasn't there…But I can remark on his character. Unfortunately, when you have that poor of character, like, so many artists don't like you, don't like working with you, and that's not normal. “He's just not a good guy…He's just lied a lot, and I've run into a couple of bad situations. He'll just lie to people…And h's difficult to work with, kind of demeaning.” Luke co-wrote Clarkson's 2004 hit “Since U Been Gone,” which remains one of her signature songs. Even so, she claims that she only worked with him on her most recent album because she was “literally blackmailed” by her label. Kesha claims she was repeatedly sexually assaulted by Dr. Luke , but a court recently denied her request to be released from her contract with Sony and Luke.

This effing FAMILY! Earlier this week, Courtney Stodden accused her mom Krista Keller of trying to steal her husband Doug Hutchison. Keller has denied the accusation and now claims that the 55-year-old actor is the one who came on to her, and even said he dreamed of a good old fashioned mother-daughter three-way. “He was asking me to stay there with him and saying that he’s had fantasies of having both Courtney and me ,” Keller told Us Weekly . Sorry, we should’ve warned you to have a barf bag at the ready. As we know, Stodden married Hutchison, who is 34 years her senior, at the tender age of 16 – and Keller approved. Many have pegged Keller as a fame-hungry stage mom who encouraged the union in order to secure a place in the spotlight. Keller reveals that three months after the wedding, Stodden wanted out of the marriage. “She goes, ‘He’s mean, he’s crabby, he’s old, he’s disgusting,” Keller said of Stodden. “‘And I want to be with people my own age.'” “And this was a hard time for Doug, so Doug was reaching out to me because I was right next door, and I was there for him emotionally,” she continued. “You know, it looked like every time [there were issues with Courtney], Doug wanted to talk with me — I don’t know if Courtney much liked it, but I was there for him when she wasn’t.” Keller admits that while she and the former Lost actor “bonded emotionally,” she decided to take a step back when he brought up the threesome. “I thought, ‘Oh, my God — this is headed in not a good direction,'” she said. “So I’m the one that actually decided to step away and encourage Doug to find help somewhere else.” Incredibly, Stodden recently said that her marriage was going strong , but we wonder if she’ll change her mind after hearing her mom’s new accusations.
