Kevin Spacey recently got mocked for one video. But he may soon go to jail for another. As previously reported in disturbing detail, Spacey has been charged with felony sexual assault . Yes, felony sexual assault. This development has taken place just over a year since Netflix fired the Oscar winner from House of Cards due to other complaints it had received about his behavior on set, along with an accusation of sexual misconduct against Spacey from several years ago. This new charge, however, stems from an alleged incident in 2016 during which an 18-year old aspiring actor says Spacey groped him at a Nantucket bar. The victim was working as a busboy at the Club Car establishment at the time and told Spacey he was 23 and studying business at Wake Forest, according to a criminal complaint filed in Nantucket District Court. A short while after meeting, he says Spacey bought him a number of alcoholic drinks. He also says Spacey bragged to him about the size of his penis — and then attempted to get the busboy to go back to his house afterward. Later this same evening, standing near a piano together, the teenager details how Spacey unzipped his pants and rubbed his penis for about three minutes. TMZ reports that Spacey’s lawyers are arguing that prosecutors should be barred from pursing charges because the busboy did not report the incident to authorities the night it happened. The attorneys say he wasn’t interviewed in person for more than a year. Spacey’s legal team also states that the victim was drunk and may have blacked out and didn’t object during the three minutes of groping. “That’s an incredibly long time to have a strange man’s hands in your pants, correct?” one of the actor’s lawyers said to a judge in court last week. Per his legal complaint, though, the victim says he was afraid to report the incident because he was underage and had been drinking. He also says he did try to shift his body away from Spacey, inside of a very crowded bar… but the actor continued to reach down his pants. The updated part of this story is that the alleged victim sent his girlfriend a Snapchat video during the encounter. However, Spacey’s attorney says all it shows is someone’s hand touching another person’s shirt, not any sort of illegal or unwanted groping. After this touching took place, Spacey got up to go to the bathroom; the busboy left the bar. While on his way home, Spacey texted him, “I think we lost each other,” and the busboy did not respond, the complaint reads. For the record, and for whatever it is worth, allegations in the complaint match those of Heather Unruh, a former TV news anchor in Boston who said at a press conference last year that her son had been sexually assaulted by the star. Spacey faces a charge of indecent assault and battery, Cape & Islands District Attorney Michael O’Keefe said on Monday. He is scheduled to be arraigned on January 7. No matter the outcome, his career is very much over.

Now, a new report explains that fans can look forward to more good news in the very near future. Miley and Liam are said to be working on having their first child. RadarOnline reports that Miley and Liam may already be in the process of growing their family. According to their insider, Miley is “trying to get pregnant.” They already have a brood of pets, but now they’re looking to add a human baby to their collection. According to sources close to Miley, her surprise wedding means that she is “planning to get pregnant, or she is pregnant.” What makes them so sure? Insiders say that Miley “was adamant that she would never wed until she was ready to settle down or if she was pregnant.” As the photos that both Miley and Liam shared on social media on Thursday reveal, they looked incredible for their surprise nuptials. Miley wore a Vivienne Westwood gown. It was a little understated and absolutely breathtaking. Their Malibu mansion burned to the ground just weeks ago, but they still got married at home. They tied the knot in their house in Franklin, Tennessee. We cannot tell you how many dubious reports we read about secret weddings over the years. This time, though neither Miley nor Liam actually said the word “wedding” or “married,” their photos say it all. Billy Ray Cyrus, Miley’s one-hit-wonder of a dad, was not actually able to make it to his own daughter’s wedding. He apparently skipped the ceremony for “personal reasons,” whatever that means. But Miley wasn’t ghosted by her entire family. Her sisters, Noah and Brandi, were there. Her mother, Tish, was also in attendance. Liam’s more famous and less famous brothers, Chris and Luke respectively, were also present for the sweet ceremony. After all of these years of off-and-on dating and engagement, we would certainly hope so. The insider adds: “Both families love each other and get along very well.” Just like all of those reports about Miley and Liam’s past “secret weddings,” this is unconfirmed. There’s no rush for this couple to pop out a baby, no matter how much fans would like to see the little cutie. We will say that a pregnancy or plans for a pregnancy would definitely explain what looks from the outside to be a sudden change in direction. Just this summer, we were all hearing that they were comfortable being engaged and didn’t feel a need to get married. Baby fever could explain their change in tune … but a reaction to losing their home and seeing their Malibu neighborhood destroyed could explain it, too. News reports that Khloe and Tristan spent their holiday apart for a very practical reason. According to the insider, Tristan “doesn’t have a lot of flexibility” with his basketball schedule. Basketball players may not face the chronic brain injuries of football players, but they are still bound to someone else’s schedule. All of that money for their athleticism means that they can’t always choose where they live or even when they vacation. But for Khloe, who had Thanksgiving away from home, there was no question of where she wanted to be. “Khloe wanted to be in L.A. with her family for Christmas,” a source explains. “There was nothing more special than seeing True with her cousins on Christmas morning,” the insider characterizes. The Kardashians are all about family — and so is Christmas for those who celebrate. True might not be old enough to consciously remember this Christmas — but she might retain a little of it. According to the source: “That was all she wanted.” In some ways, things with Tristan continue to be complicated. It’s not just that Khloe is condemned to live in Cleveland for most of the year. There are still some very realistic trust issues between Khloe and her cheating baby daddy. “Khloe takes one day at a time,” the insider shares. “And,” the source continues, Khloe “focuses on True and giving her everything that she can.” That sounds like a very healthy coping mechanism. Khloe took to social media to affirm pretty much everything that the inside sources had to sya. “I have always looked forward to our annual Christmas Eve party,” Khloe begins. Just days after Khloe Kardashian affirmed her love for her brother , Rob Kardashian has resurfaced. Christmas morning is a big deal in the Kardashian family, and he and Dream were there to participate. His sister Kim caught it all on film — including her brother. Take a look: Tuesday morning was Christmas for those who celebrate, and nobody celebrates like the Kardashians. Generations of the famous family flocked to Momager Kris' house to reap their family's bounty. That means that all of the young cousins, three of whom are babies born just this year, were present. One of the young cousins was Dream Kardashian, who's really more of a toddler at this point. And she didn't come alone. In a video thta Kim shared to her Instagram Stories, we see sweet little Dream being carried and kissed by her father, Rob. In part of Kim's video, she gives Rob a little head's up before she films Dream. “I'm just going to get little Dream,” Kim says. She repeats: “Rob, I'm just going to get little Dream. Merry Christmas, Dreamy Dream!” Dream is looking as cute as a button, but also a bit overwhelmed and perhaps a little sleepy, in the video. Rob encourages his daughter. “Say Merry Christmas!” Rob encourages from off-camera. “You can say Merry Christmas!” Dream was clearly feeling a little too contemplative to speak. Rob does appear in the video — just his lips and nose — as he kisses his baby girl on her cheek. So cute! Some of Dream's other cousins were feeling a bit more sociable. We also see this precious, filtered photo of North West, who is growing up so quickly. In her arms is none other than her eight-month-old cousin, True Thompson. In a short video that we've made into a gif for your viewing convenience, Penelope rides on a functional unicorn toy. The timing of everything in the gif, especially when Kourtney's daughter turns her head, is absolutely golden. The video makes it very clear that there are other wheeled unicorn toys in the house. There may not be one for every grandchild, but even the Kardashians can share — if they have to. We also see array after array of gifts for the children as well as for the adults. Sometimes, families in which everyone — or almost everyone — is financially successful can enter a lull where they don't know what to buy each other. What do you buy for Kim Kardashian that she cannot purchase for herself? But once grandchildren enter the picture, gift-giving can become a lot more exciting. And we have a sneaking suspicion that Kris has always gone out of her way to make sure that Krismas morning is enjoyable for everyone. It's sweet that Rob made an appearance with Dream. Some might cynically suggest that he was half-motivated by presents, and also that he had no choice because he's broke and lives with his mom anyway. But what really stood out to us was how respectful Kim was of Rob's boundaries. He is very camera-shy, in part because of his weight , and Kim made sure to give him fair warning that she was going to film Dream. That is absolutely the right way to act around someone who doesn't want to be photographed or filmed. Of course … we wish that Rob had shown the same level of respect in July of 2017. Maybe then he wouldn't have plastered Blac Chyna's nudes all over the internet.

Being as wonderful as she is beautiful, Rihanna passed on the Super Bowl Halftime Show in solidarity with Colin Kaepernick. Travis Scott cannot say the same, and has reportedly agreed to perform with Maroon 5. Everyone is pissed, including Al Sharpton, who calls out Travis for selling out. TMZ caught up with famed and controversial civil rights advocate Al Shaprton and got his opinion on Travis Scott's potential Halftime gig. “I think anyone that goes into the halftime show is in effect directly violating,” Al Sharpton begins. He continues: “those that want to raise the question that the NFL should come to terms with what they have done and continue to do to Colin Kaepernick” “And,” Sharpton continues, it would put them in opposition with “those that protest on criminal justice issues.” In other words, if you put on a show at the behest of an organziation that penalizes and punishes civil rights advocates, you're not the good guy. “You can't tell people to stand for those that take a knee and don't go to the games,” Sharpton continues. He says: “And then say 'but somebody ought to perform there and entertain.'” That's pretty fair. “You're drawing TV viewers, you're bringing supporters,” he points out. Performing at the Halftime show in 2019 would be an endorsement of NFL. Who wants that on their conscience? “And,” Sharpton reasons. “I think that you can't have it both ways,” The TMZ interviewer, hoping for a little more words from Sharpton, then poses some complicated questions. For instance, could Travis potentially take the gig, but use the platform to Famously, Beyonce took charge of the Halftime show in 2016 for exactly that purpose. But that was when Kaepernick was still part of the NFL. Now, he claims that the NFL colluded to force him out. “You can’t help people market something,” Sharpton says. “And then turn around and say you agree with the people protesting.” Sharpton has some advice for Travis Scott. “I think he should do what a lot of other major artists have done,” he suggests. Sharpton recommends that Travis “say 'I'm not going to participate.’” Travis is a father now, and has to decide what sort of man he wants to be and what sort of world he wants to help make for baby Stormi. “You can't fight against Jim Crow and then go sit in the back of the bus,” Sharpton explains. He makes a lot of statements, but to be fair, the guy made his case very well for a man who's standing in the rain. Travis Scott came under fire over the weekend after an old interview resurfaced. In 2014, long before he was Kylie's famous baby daddy, he gave a radio interview about the infamous murder of Michael Brown in Ferguson. “I'm kind of angry,” Travis said at the time. “So many black people are acting like fake activists.” “I'm not saying that he deserved to get killed,” Travis clarified. “But,” Travis continued. “I'm not saying he didn't deserve to pay for consequences he probably inflicted.” In that same old interview, Travis continued, referring to “the problem with black people.” He disliked the disruption in Ferguson that followed Brown's murder. “And I know we're like 'fed up' … with whatever is going on in the culture,” Travis said. “But at the same time,” Travis continued. “You gotta just stop putting yourself in positions where you're continuously having this situation go down.” Many of his fans felt betrayed reading those words. Don't do crimes is a fine message in general, but not an acceptable response when a man is extrajudicially executed in the street. Now, Travis made these comments more than four years ago. A lot of people's ideas change over time. Ferguson was a huge catalyst for changing the nation's understanding of the shootings of unarmed black people. But Travis accepting the Halftime show after everything may mean that he still hasn't changed his mind — or hasn't changed it enough. Maybe he'll surprise us all. But reports say that Jay-Z is personally trying to persuade Travis to turn down the offer.
