Trump (@realDonaldTrump) April 12, 2019 Trump was triggered into the bigoted tweet in response to the way Congresswoman Omar phrased a reference to the attack as “some people did something”. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi immediately took the petulant Trump to task for being the dips#!t that he is according to The Washington Post : “The memory of 9/11 is sacred ground, and any discussion of it must be done with reverence,” Pelosi said. “The President shouldn’t use the painful images of 9/11 for a political attack. “As we visit our troops in Stuttgart to thank them and be briefed by them, we honor our first responsibility as leaders to protect and defend the American people,” the statement continued. “It is wrong for the President, as Commander-in-Chief, to fan the flames to make anyone less safe.”
Source: Theo Wargo/Gregg DeGuire / Getty 3LW Beef: Kiely Williams Denies KFC Fight As Told By Naturi Naughton Kiely Williams is PISSED off after peeping a promo of “ Uncensored ” feating ex-girl group member Naturi Naughton. In the clip, Naughton describes having a huge blow out with Kiely involving chicken and mashed potatoes back in the day, when the girls were teens. Naturi says the girls drove off, and “left in the parking lot” in Atlanta after the KFC fight. Subsequently, she quit 3LW. In the early 2000’s rumors swirled that Naturi was “kicked out” their girl group because of colorism, although she didn’t detail that as the reason on the “Uncensored” clip. Now Kiely has responded, saying Naturi’s recollection is a complete LIE. Kiely, in her caption, calls Naturi a “b-tch” for telling everyone she’s a bully. Why do you need this? @naturi4real EDIT: The bully that calls out your success and your bullshit is not a bully. That’s a real person, b-tch. In the video, Kiely further explains why she thinks Naturi needs to quit playing “victim”. She calls out Naturi’s “old lies”, referring to her colorism claims. “Why would you need to make up new lies? Were the old ones not working anymore?… I’m not in the entertainment industry anymore. I’m a mom. I’m over here. You are on a hit television show. Why do you need this?” Hit play to hear Kiely’s whole rant! Source: Scott Dudelson / Getty Wiz Khalifa Has A New Series Coming To Apple Music Wiz Khalifa is set to launch his very own docuseries, “Wiz Khalifa: Behind the Cam,” on April 17 via Apple Music. According to the announcement obtained by Variety , the series “will go into the most intimate aspects of Wiz’s life,” containing archival footage from throughout his decade-plus-long career. The series is going to feature interviews with his family and closest friends. Wiz Khalifa: Behind the Cam is set to debut on April 17 — which lands right between the rapper’s performances at both Coachella weekends — with all five episodes becoming available worldwide on Apple Music. The trailer takes a different approach to that of most music documentaries, showing footage of a teen Wiz at an in-store meet-and-greet attended by one person, and rapping for a handful of people at a basketball court. His mother and longtime associates talk about his early drive and dedication, even when he was performing for hardly anyone — and of course the trailer ends with him rapping the same song later in his career for thousands of people. “Taylor Gang has been with me since the start, so I wanted to make something to show just how far we’ve come,” Wiz says, talking about his fanbase and creative crew featured throughout the limited series. Executive producer Michael Strahan spoke about the project, saying, “Wiz and I both share a passion for family, friendship and hard work, and that’s exactly what you’ll see from him in this series. We’re excited to team up with Apple Music and give the world an intimate look into the rise of an entertainment icon.” Check out the trailer for Wiz Khalifa: Behind the Cam below:
If we’ve learned anything from live television over the years, it’s to always be mindful that people are always watching and the mics are always hot. New York City meteorologist Chris Cimino apparently didn’t realize his mic was still on when “Today” show host Al Roker cut to him for Thursday’s forecast. Cimino was heard saying: “It’s just a weird f—ing thing, it’s just strange. Um, but I think if I didn’t do that, I wouldn’t have allowed myself.” His mic was abruptly cut off and the sound went silent for the next 20 seconds before the screen cut back to Roker at the roundtable. Cimino has yet to speak out about the blunder, but an NBC spokesperson said of the slip up, “[It] was inappropriate, unacceptable and has been addressed. We apologize to our viewers.” Whew, Channel 4. Check it out in the clip above.
