Allen Tyler, a man claiming to be Devyn Holmes’ dad says the wounded man was responding to command and breathing on his own after reportedly being on life support. Hey. got some positive vibes for you he was alert ,responding to command physically and breathing more on his own then yesterday. Now that’s some news you can repost.my lil mans a gentleman, scholar and a warrior keep your prayers coming… Holmes’ older brother, Kendric, also took to Facebook to say that Devyn’s health was improving. So far no reports yet on how Devyn is expected to recover. His alleged shooter Cassandra Damper was booked by Houston Police Department Southeast Jail on April 1, 2018. Her charges include homicide related tampering with evidence.
Blac Chyna went out to spend Easter Sunday with her children, Dream and King. They were accompanied by their nanny, their entourage, and by Chyna's hot 18-year-old boyfriend . Unfortunately, as a viral fan video shows, Chyna got into a violent-looking altercation with someone else in the park. See that explosive video, and Chyna's statement about the fight, below. Blac Chyna celebrated this past holiday weekend by taking her young children, King and Dream, to California’s Six Flags Magic Mountain. It's a great place to go … unless you get greyouts from roller coasters. Unfortunately, as a fan video revealed, Chyna got into some sort of altercation while at the park. After reportedly being slapped by a woman, Blac Chyna is shown trying to wield her daughter's pink car toy as a weapon, seeming to try to throw it at the woman with whom she had a beef. She's not very effective at it and, after a while, the people around her try to stop her, but her fury seems very evident. There is no sign that either Dream or King was around to see any of this. It is difficult to verify details, but a woman claiming to have been involved explained that she was at the park and, not knowing who Dream was and seeing her little car being pushed by a white woman — her nanny — she complimented how beautiful the baby was. (Dream really is too cute for words) The nanny thanked her and this woman says that she interpreted that the nanny had given her permission to touch the baby. It sounds like she booped Dream's nose or cheek or something like that, and walked on. She was then confronted by Chyna, she says, who then departed in a fury. She says that she then heard that Chyna was ranting about wanting to beat up this woman for having touched her baby. According to this woman's statement — which, again, cannot be verified — she tried to talk things out with Chyna, who reportedly started taking off extra things that she was wearing. As one might do if one is about to “throw down.” This woman says that her response to this apparent act of aggression was to slap Chyna. You know who's loving this story? Rob Kardashian. He's back on Instagram, where he re-posted the video clip of Blac Chyna's fury, which you can see below. In the captions, he wrote: “Just gonna leave this here.” Though reportedly the two are getting along better than they had in the past — in fact, one report even claims that Rob wants Chyna back — it sounds like he can't resist to urge to boost an embarrassing video of her. At least it's not revenge porn, this time. Here sits Dream in the stroller-slash-car as it's used for its intended purpose. Blac Chyna spoke out about the incident on her Instagram story, saying: “Being famous is hard enough dealing with scrutiny but when someone feels comfortable to come and touch your child it’s a whole other story.” Honestly, do not touch someone's baby without their permission. Though, in this case, there may have been a misunderstanding. Chyna continues: “I do not condone violence nor am I a violent person but shout out to all of the amazing mothers out there that will protect their children at all cost.” That's the first obligation of any parent. “Love, King and Dream's mommy.” This altercation might have been prevented with better communication. Though obviously no responsible nanny is going to announce: “Yes, this is a celebrity's baby!” And perhaps this unnamed other woman could use some better boundaries. It looks like Chyna needs to find a healthier way to express her anger, but we'd point out that it doesn't appear that anyone was hurt. It also sounds like Chyna's heart was in the right place — she was trying to set boundaries to protect her children. We just hope that they did not see their mother go off like that in the park. Getty Images Woman In Florida Confuses Contractions For Food Poisoning 29-year-old Crystal Gail Amerson woke up at 4am with intense pain in her stomach. She assumed that searing pain had to do with the Chinese food they’d eaten the night before, but her and her fiancé, Brian Westerfield were in for a huge surprise when they found out the real reason for her discomfort. When hours passed and the pain continued, Amerson realized that she didn’t have food poisoning…these were labor contractions. This was the first moment she realized she was pregnant. Her fiancé called an ambulance and shortly after they arrived at the hospital, she gave birth to a 5-pound, 18-inch baby boy. At the hospital, doctors informed Amerson that she had been 37 weeks pregnant — which means that without realizing it, she’d carried a baby to full term. “When the shock initially wore off, I was just relieved that everyone was okay,” Amerson wrote on Facebook. “It was a rough time, but it ended better than it could have.” As with her first son, says she didn’t gain much weight and didn’t experience the morning sickness that many women do. Amerson had also been on birth control in the past that had eliminated her period, so although she didn’t get her period. Commonly referred to as a “cryptic pregnancy,” a pregnancy that goes unnoticed for as long as 37-weeks happens 1 out of every 7,225 births, according to a study from 2010.
Dennis O’Clair Ebony Magazine Paying Freelancers $80,000 After being sued by freelancers who say there were never paid for their work, EBONY Magazine is paying up. The Chicago Tribune reports that the historic publication settled a lawsuit with dozens of freelancers nearly $80,000 to settle a lawsuit over unpaid work stretching back more than two years. Ebony Media and its owner CVG Group, will pay out the full amount in quarterly installments over the course of the year. Depending on which tabloids you believe, Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle are either bitter rivals or the best of friends. According to Entertainment Tonight , Kate has been advising Meghan on royal fashion protocol, which we’re taking to mean she’s going through her the actress’ closet and tossing anything she deems offensively fug. “Like Kate, expect Meghan to make the occasional nod to her husband’s fashion icon mother,” a royal source tells ET. “Both Kate and Meghan will no doubt honor Princess Diana with designs that reflect her likes and style.” The insider says Kate “has also been advising Meghan about royal fashion, what protocol is expected and how she may have to adapt in the future,” adding: “She has provided Meghan with names of some of the favorite U.K. go-to designers on everything from dresses, coats and the all-important British hat,” Ah, the Brits love their hats, do they not? File this under the Welp, We've Never See THAT Before category… A couple in Louisiana gathered together many friends and family members this week in order to reveal the gender of their unborn child. But they didn't use any balloons or cakes to surprise everyone (themselves included) with this piece of information. They used an alligator. Seriously. Mike “T-Mike” Kliebert and Rebecca Miller are both trained alligator handlers and they took full advantage of their skills in this unique area by inviting one of their favorite reptiles to their party. In the following footage, which has been viewed over 7 million times on Facebook, Mike feeds the alligator a small watermelon. You can see the creator's mouth snap shut, prior to blueberry Jell-O pouring out forth, thereby indicating that Mike and Miller are having a little boy. Hooray, right?!? Family and friends are seen cheering along with the husband and wife. The clip has gone viral because, well… you did read that a man used an alligator to reveal his baby's sex, right? Among those who commented on the video was Chrissy Teigen, who has never met a social media moment she did not fully embrace. “aaah yes the classic jello watermelon alligator snap gender reveal, who could ever get enough of these precious moments,” she wrote in response to the reveal. For whatever it's worth, meanwhile, the alligator is named Sally and has appeared in American Horror Story and is set to appear in upcoming movie Louisiana Caviar starring Katharine McPhee and Richard Dreyfuss. What does the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries think of this stunt? It does not recommend using alligators for gender reveals. “It wasn’t harmful to the animal,” a spokesperson told The Huffington Post. “But we discourage and don’t condone anyone using an animal as exhibition piece. Also, it is not wise to have a dangerous animal in such a demonstration so close to humans, especially children.” That's a fair point. Watch the footage now:
