Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton kicked off The Voice Season 5 premiere with a rendition of “I Love Rock & Roll” last night. The quartet, reunited after Xtina and Cee Lo took last season off, showed no signs of rust in belting out the rock anthem by Joan Jett & The Blackhearts. It was pretty fun. Look past the nudity, people. And appreciate the raw emotion. That’s the message Miley Cyrus is sending in her first comments since ” Wrecking Ball ” took the Internet by storm Monday, earning over 19 million viewers in two days and once again making Cyrus the most buzzed-about celebrity in Hollywood. Miley Cyrus Takes Wrecking Ball to Her Career Explained Miley on the Elvis Duran and the Morning Show today: “The song is a pop ballad that everyone can relate to; everyone has felt that feeling at some point.” “If people can take their minds off the obvious and go deeper into their imagination and see what the video really means, it is so vulnerable.” It’s also filled with images of Miley naked and licking a sledgehammer . “If you look at my eyes, I look more sad than actually my voice sounds on the record,” Cyrus says. “It was a lot harder to do the video than it was to record the song.” “It was much more of an emotional experience.” It’s true. There are tears in the singer’s eyes, which at least one outlet attributes to thoughts of Liam Hemsworth and that fragile relationship. As far as her image, the radio hosts named Miley the Queen of Twerking, which prompted a laugh and this response from the “Wrecking Ball” singer: “For me, anything I do becomes such a big deal. I’m just having fun. Whatever people label it as it doesn’t really matter. I always want to switch it up.” What do you think of Miley’s latest effort to do so?
Leave it to The Real Housewives of New Jersey to turn a “Horse Whisper to a Scream.” Read on as we recap who embraced their vulnerable side and who ended up looking like a horse’s ass in our THG +/- review. Jersey is still in the house at the Mirval Resort and Spa and it may never be the same again. But psychic advisors and gong therapy aren’t what Melissa envisioned for her birthday. “I’m done. I want a f**king cocktail by the pool in a bikini.” Plus 15. No one can say she’s not a girl who knows what she want. Everyone’s still recovering from the ghost whisperer when they all head out to see a horse whisperer. Funny thing is, Wyatt the equine therapist reads these Jersey housewives and their hubbies like the comic book characters they are. Plus 22. As they head towards the stables everyone comments on how refreshing it is. It’s a healing place. Or in Joe Guidice words, “It smells like sh*t.” Plus 7 for keeping it real Joe. We expect nothing less. Wyatt tells this motley crew that when they’re not being authentic, the horse can pick up on it. Energy is his language. I wouldn’t blame the poor creature if he took off at a full gallop and never looked back. Everyone thinks this is a bunch of hooey until Wyatt takes one look at Richie and tells him that he creates jokes so he doesn’t have to pay attention to what he feels. Plus 20. Nailed it. It also comes out that Richie has a lousy temper and yells at Kathy when he’s aggravated. Somehow the fact that he drives his wife to tears on a regular basis is a shocker to Richie even after decades of marriage. Minus 30 . OK. Show of hands…who thought Juicy Joe was taking a phone call from his mistress? Yeah, me too but it only turned out to be Milania. But the look on Teresa’s face made me wonder if she was worried too. The Gorgas and the Guidices can’t get the poor horse to raise his hoof. Not a good sign. But plus 27 to Joe Guidice for actually admitting that he’s scared about his legal issues and giving his horse technique another go. When Melissa doesn’t know how to handle the horse, she falls back on her instincts…or as Wyatt dubs it, her “whore on a stroll walk.” Plus 33 . This guy is good. He also explains that there’s a difference between being nice and being manipulative. If you’re being nice you’re not expecting anything in return. Ha! When was the last time that happened between Melissa and Teresa? In one of the most touching moments, Albert opens up about being abused as a child and Wyatt terms Caroline Manzo’s support of her husband a “thing of beauty.” Plus 22 . Then Caroline turns around and handles that horse like a pro. The aftermath of the day is even more telling. Kathy realizes her voice deserves to be heard, even when her husband and the other Housewives seem to drown her out. Of course Teresa describe this breakthrough as, “Kathy’s having one of her Marcia, Marcia, Marcia moments.” Minus 13 Damn Teresa. Heaven forbid it’s not all about you. As the rest of the group walks away with the knowledge that sometimes the more vulnerable you are, the better off you’ll be, Teresa and Melissa decide the therapy was a waste time. They don’t have any insecurities. ……OK. I’m sorry. I couldn’t stop laughing. Or should I be crying because I can’t decide whether that is funny or sad. At least Teresa made the effort to approach Jacqueline. Jacqueline admits that Teresa is like the horse. She’s afraid if she gets too close she might get kicked. Good analogy. But if Tre were a true friend she should have told Jacqueline her hair was a mess on camera. Just sayin… At least Teresa got something out of the day. What did Melissa learn? “That I can’t lift a horse’s leg.” So much for therapy. Episode total = +103! Season total = -343!
Wow, I never thought I would be writing a my Bieber experience. On the morning of the concert, July 6, 2013 in Omaha, NE , I was staying at a hotel about 3 blocks from the arena Justin was performing at that night. I got up at 6 a.m. with my two best friends Kenzie and Harlee. All three of us got ready together and walked to the arena at around 8:30 in the morning. We walked around the arena for a bit and saw Jon Boogie, he waved to us! Around 10:30 we met these girls outside and they told us that Justin was supposed to walk across this glass thing that connected the arena and his hotel between 11 or 12. I then checked my email around 11:30 and there popped up an email from BieberFever saying I had won meet and greet for that night! I covered my mouth and started crying. I showed my phone to Harlee (the girl I took to the m&g with me) and she started crying too. That email was the best thing that ever happened to me. I called everyone and told them about it! We went back to the arena to pick up our wristbands and waited in line. They made us get into groups of six, which sucked. Kenny came out to talk to us about the rules and stuff and everyone of course freaked because it was Kenny Hamilton. I yelled his name and asked for a picture, so he came over and took one with me. He was so nice, and he took pictures with pretty much everyone in the line who asked. My friend and I were yelling “Meechy” and he looked over at us and laughed. He came back and I asked for a hug. He hugged me and oh my gosh he smells so good. Then I saw the curtained area and I almost cried. We were standing there talking and all of a sudden Za ripped the curtain open and yelled “Wazzuupp!” and shut it really fast. I screamed and everyone started freaking out. My best friend goes, “Really Za, you would do that?” and he just laughed. We were both talking to him through the curtain and said, “I love you Za” and he said, “I love you too.” I then said, “Fredo I love you” without knowing if he was in the room or not and then Za answered back and said, “He loves you more.” Fredo then popped his head out from behind the curtain and stuck his tongue out and we screamed again. It was the best experience ever, Fredo and Za are so funny! When we got closer to the front we saw Kenny again and gave him the letters we wrote for Justin. The girls in front of us started freaking out when they saw Justin and they were all trying to hug him at the same time, so the security were pulling them away. It was then our turn and I asked for a hug and he said “Yes, of course” and hugged me. As soon as he talked, it took all my nerves away. I can’t even explain it, his voice is so calming. We went to take the picture and he put his arm around my waist. He was rubbing my waist with his hand the whole time he had it there, I was screaming on the inside. After the picture I told him I loved him and he said, “Thank you, love you too.” I went up to Fredo and asked for a hug and he said, “Of course, nice meeting you.” I was going to ask Za for a hug but he was sitting on the floor and he probably wouldn’t have got up. We were in the curtained area after our picture and Justin had two groups left. I’m so happy the security didn’t pulling us out of the room. We got to take our time and tell everyone hi and I’m so thankful. When we walked out I lost it, I started bawling. I still can’t believe any of that happened to me, none of it seems real. My dreams came true that day and I couldn’t be more thankful! Thank you for reading and never give up on your dreams. I never thought I would meet Justin and now look. I promise, if you haven’t met Justin yet, you will. Never give up! -@ScreamKidrauhl Link: Wow, I never thought I would be writing a my Bieber experience….
Shakira went and got herself photoshopped for Self Magazine like all the mom celebrities who want to feel good about themselves do. One of those edit my mom gut so hard I look cut…make those stretch marks look like abs…talk about how great I’ve bounced back from my pregnancy…I don’t mind doing your low budget shit magazine…it’s good for my self esteem kind of thing…not to mention it makes all the Walmart shopping, white trash trailer park moms remember I exist now that I am not the crazy “mexican” on The Voice…and you don’t want that key demo to forget you, they are the only one still buy CDs…cuz they can’t afford them computer things… Here are the pics
This is the best video of the history of the internet. I am talking better than 2 girls 1 cup, or Chris Crocker or any of the other bullshit that has gone Viral like Gangnam Style….it is up there on my stepTV.tv shit…the kind of crazy social observation I love… This crazy woman with her crazy voice is angry…as she’s trying to take Rhubarb as some concerned that her rhubarb is being stolen bitch tries to rationalize… I would say let her have the rhubarb, but contesting her, and getting in the way, is way more fun… From saying her lawn mower was robbed by Iranian Pigs…to “Don’t call me sweetheart, honey bun, what are you a fucking Lezzie….”…to attacking the camera dude… This can’t be real, but I’m glad it happened. She’s a genius…with the voice of an angel…like a demon possessed…up on some Exorcist shit…I want to take this woman on a date…I like her passion.
