The late, beloved actor Paul Walker would have turned 41 today, September 12. and his family, friends and fans are paying tribute to the man on his birthday. Remembering Paul Walker (1973-2013) 1. I love and miss you.” Paul Walker died in a car crash along with one of his good friends, Roger Rodas in Santa Clarita, Calif., while attending a charity event on Thanksgiving weekend. The actor was on hiatus from filming the seventh installment of the Fast & The Furious franchise at the time of his tragic and shocking passing. Walker is survived by his family and a 15-year-old daughter, Meadow Walker , who also shared a message on Instagram in his honor this morning. “Happy Birthday, I love you,” she wrote as a simple caption of a picture showing her as a baby with her father, who loved her more than anything in the world. Evelyn’s success actually cost her in this case… Evelyn Lozada Paid Settlement As Part Of Ex Fiancé’s Bankruptcy Earlier this week reports hit the web that Evelyn Lozada settled a lawsuit in regards to debts her ex-fiancé former NBA player Antoine Walker owed when he filed bankruptcy. According to Jasmine Brand reports , Evelyn was hit with a lawsuit by the trustee of her ex-fiance Antoine Walker’s bankruptcy case, who accused the reality star of being sent a series of bank wires by her ex over the years totaling over $600,000 — money the trustee believes should have gone to his debts. Lozada settled the case last year for $40,000. BOSSIP spoke with Evelyn Lozada exclusively to get the details on exactly what happened and not only did she reveal inconsistencies in the amount she reportedly owed, she also denied claims that she was aware of Walker’s dire financial situation and that money he sent her was used to start her shoe business! “That’s not true,” Evelyn told BOSSIP exclusively. “When we were in the process of breaking up, it was one of those long breakups, I started doing what I needed to do and saving my money because I wanted to open the store. It’s not like he ever said here is a lump sum to open the store. That never happened.” As for the other details about the settlement that were made public this week, Lozada is most concerned that she’s being portrayed as someone who intentionally set out to help Walker hide his money. On the contrary, she says she had no idea Walker was in financial trouble at all during their relationship. “This is the reality of it,” Lozada told BOSSIP exclusively. “When I received the legal papers in regards to this case, I was at a photo shoot with my ex when my ex-business partner told me some papers were being sent in regards to my ex-fiancé. I didn’t understand what I would have to do with his bankruptcies, aside from me being with him for ten years, because I had no inkling what was going on. At the end of the day it was his money.” Without any insight into Walker’s accounts, Lozada had been carrying on as any other athlete’s wife or girlfriend would have. “When we received the papers they thought I should have known, but the wires went all the way back in 2006,” Lozada reveals. “That was when he played in Miami, life was great for us, we had just gotten engaged. I would do things that any fianceé would do, like pay certain household bills. He had his own financial people. I didn’t do anything more than what most athlete’s wives do, most of them take care of the house and the kids and they take care of their man, it’s not easy. Even just talking to my friends who are married, they’re like, ‘What? Bree Walker, Former Los Angeles News Anchor, Arrested for DUI

Bree Walker finds herself making news instead of breaking it. The former KCBS news anchor in Los Angeles was arrested early Wednesday morning on suspicion of drunk driving, according to the Anaheim police. She was pulled just past midnight after making an illegal left turn.  Sgt. Tim Schmidt says officers on the scene smelled alcohol on Walker’s breath and that the “disheveled” 61-year old’s eyes were “blood-shot and watery.” Walker was arrested after failing a field sobriety test and taken to the Anaheim police station where she submitted to a blood test and was released four hours later. Damn, Jody … Tyrese’s Baby Mom Says He Is An Unfit Father In Custody Battle According to TMZ reports : Tyrese Gibson claims his baby mama is using Paul Walker’s death to shame him in their child custody war … TMZ has learned. Norma Gibson filed court docs claiming Tyrese is a bad dad, who should have stayed in L.A. to spend time with their 6-year-old daughter after Paul Walker’s death … because he had time on his hands since “Fast & Furious 7″ was put on hold. Norma says Tyrese blew off his little girl, choosing instead to go “gallivanting throughout Dubai … staying in expensive hotels … partying on yachts, sky-diving with other movie stars, driving expensive cars, and making special appearances in night clubs.” But sources close to Tyrese say he’s indignant Norma is using Paul … and he went to Dubai on business. He had 4 gigs and he needed the money — ironically to pay the child support Norma was demanding. The court battle rages on later this month … when they each try and convince a court-appointed child evaluator who’s good and who’s evil. What the hell does Paul Walker have to do with the child?! This is still such a tragedy. Paul Walker’s Family Says Final Goodbyes According to TMZ: Paul Walker’s family — and Tyrese — said their final goodbye to the actor on a Santa Barbara beach. Paul’s dad, his 15-year-old daughter Meadow, Paul’s brother and others were there celebrating Paul’s life by enjoying a beautiful SoCal day — playing football on the sand and hanging out. Tyrese — who co-starred with Walker in the “Fast & Furious” franchise — was also present. A bunch of people wore Viking hats — not sure of the significance. Santa Barbara was an appropriate place for the memorial. Paul made Santa Barbara home — he wasn’t really a Hollywood guy. R.I.P. WENN

Paul Walker’s Brother Rumored To Replace Him In Fast & Furious 7 It’s been just barely 2 weeks since actor Paul Walker suddenly lost his life in tragic car accident, but talk is already swirling that his younger brother Cody will fill in for him in the upcoming ‘Fast & Furious 7′ film. via Hollywood Life After Paul Walker tragically died in a fiery car crash on Nov. 30, production on Fast & Furious 7 came to a screeching halt. But the last thing the movie’s producers want to do is cut Paul out of the film — so they are reportedly working on a plan to have Paul’s younger brother Cody, 25, fill for the late actor in his final scenes. Fans on Twitter seem to be totally divided over the report — here’s what they have to say. Paul Walker’s Brother In ‘Fast’ Sequel — Fans React To Cody Finishing Role There are still several remaining scenes in Fast & Furious 7 that would have featured Paul, so it seems like a logical solution to bring in his brother, Cody, who has worked as a movie stuntman in the past. But not everyone agrees. Disgruntled fans will probably be relieved to know that even if Cody fills in for his brother, we may never even know he’s there. Paul has already shot several scenes, so Cody would just be used as a filler, and then Paul would be added in via CGI technology. ‘They can shoot Cody from behind and at distance,” a source told the UK’s Daily Mail. “If it’s a shot they need Paul’s face in close up, they can CGI it later on.” The source added that Cody would only work on the film if it helped honor his late brother’s memory. ”If Cody agrees it’s because he wants to honor his brother’s memory,” the source continued. “There are many details that still need to be worked out, but right now the family and cast and crew are all still grieving.” It seems like the natural thing to do to have Paul’s brother step in since Paul had already began filming before he passed away. As tributes and memories continue to pour in for Paul Walker, it’s clear that The Fast and Furious star was beloved by fans, friends, family and colleagues. No one could miss him more, or be any prouder of what he did in life, than his father, Paul Walker III, who broke down this week talking about his son. Paul Walker’s Father Crushed By Loss “I’m just glad that every time I saw him, I told him I loved him,” the elder Walker said, choking back tears. “And he would say the same thing to me.” In addition to his father, Walker is survived by his mother, Cheryl, brothers Cody and Caleb, sister Ashley and his 15-year-old daughter, Meadow. He also leaves behind many grief-stricken costars and friends like Tyrese Gibson , some of whom gathered at the Walker family home this weekend. “You can’t beat friends at a time like this,” Walker Sr. told CBS2 of the outpouring of support he’s received. “His brothers are all taking it pretty hard.” No doubt Meadow, Walker’s daughter with an ex-girlfriend, is crushed. The teen lived with her mother in Hawaii for most of her life but had recently moved in with her famous dad, who wanted to spend more time with her. “[He told me], ‘I want to take a hiatus, she’s just 15, and I don’t have much more time to be with her,'” Walker Sr. recalled. “And then boom, he got another movie.” “He would say, ‘I don’t know what to do.'” Just before Paul Walker died , he co-hosted an event with his non-profit organization, Reach Out Worldwide, to raise money for Philippines typhoon relief. After attending the benefit, he and friend Roger Rodas went for a ride in a Porsche Carrera GT. Both died when the car crashed and burst into flames. Police are investigating whether a street race was to blame , but regardless, the actor will be missed every day, just as he was cherished every day. “His heart was so big,” Walker Sr. said through tears. “I was proud of him every day of his life.” In another interview today, Paul’s dad could barely keep himself together, discussing the ongoing struggling to cope with the actor’s sudden death. Paul addressed the media outside his home, saying he’s never experienced anything like this. “It’s hard … every now and then I’ll really break down.” As for Walker’s 15-year-old daughter, she’s been taking it really hard, but thankfully she’s surrounded by family and friends who love her so much. Paul Walker Dies in Car Crash; Fast and the Furious Actor Was 40

Paul Walker has died. The actor best known for The Fast and the Furious franchise perished this afternoon in a single-car crash and explosion in California. The accident happened in Santa Clarita, north of L.A. He was 40. According to TMZ sources, Walker was in a Porsche when the driver somehow lost control and hit a post or tree, causing the car to burst into flames. Paul and another person in the car were reportedly killed. The star was at a car show to raise money for the Philippines typhoon relief effort, and sources say he was taking friends out for rides in his Porsche GT. The crash reportedly happened during the charity event. Police are all over the scene, and the L.A. County Coroner’s Office is en route. It’s unclear at this time what caused the crash or who was driving. Two victims have been pronounced dead, though neither’s identity has been made publicly available. Our hearts go out to both of their families. A native of Glendale, Calif., Walker first broke out in the late 1990s movies Pleasantville and Varsity Blues , followed by She’s All That and The Skulls . He joined the successful Fast and the Furious franchise in 2001, and most recently reprised his role as Brian O’Conner in Fast & Furious 6 in 2013. Fast & Furious 7 was announced for a 2014 debut. While promoting his latest film Hours earlier this month, Walker revealed that his 15-year-old daughter, Meadow, recently moved to live with him. Story developing … UPDATE : This report was followed by others claiming it is all a hoax. The only issue is that the story calling Walker’s death a hoax is the actual hoax. These reports are all from a website that has an automatic generator set for any celebrity whose name you wish to plug in. The hoax reports are false. R.I.P. UPDATE : Paul Walker‘s representative has confirmed the tragedy that took place today and offered some additional details, posting on Facebook: “It is with a truly heavy heart that we must confirm that Paul Walker passed away today in a tragic car accident while attending a charity event for his organization Reach Out Worldwide.” “He was a passenger in a friend’s car, in which both lost their lives. We appreciate your patience as we too are stunned and saddened beyond belief by this news.” “Thank you for keeping his family and friends in your prayers during this very difficult time.
