According to TMZ , Graham is 1 of 29 officers that were placed on a list that warned prosecutors to keep them off their witness stands. The list was obtained by the Philadelphia Inquirer and his name was discovered on it. Follow @TheRSMS Graham was “investigated by federal authorities for several alleged acts of corruption.” He was also the only witness during the Mill trial in 2008. Mill’s attorney said, “The list — first obtained by the Philadelphia Inquirer — states Graham was “investigated by federal authorities for several alleged acts of corruption.” Graham was the only witness in Meek’s 2008 trial. The release of the so-called ‘Do Not Testify’ list supports everything in the motions filed by Mill and others wrongfully arrested by Officer Graham for post-conviction relief.” At that time Mill was placed on probation for 10 years. In November the rapper was sentenced to 2 to 4 years in prison for violating probation. We will keep you updated on this story. First the mama of two wrote that she was feeling sick from the flu and then updated her caption to say it progressed to pneumonia. Rick Ross was just hospitalized yesterday, and reports say his condition may have been triggered from pneumonia. Prayers up for both both of them. You guys are the best. Update: The flu progressed into the pneumonia. This has been the most challenging thing I’ve been through. But I believe in prayer and I believe in God. I will get through this. Low riding offenders could face punishment ranging from a warning to a $100 fine, depending on the number of offenses. Now, South Carolina is on the same wave length. Republican and Democrat lawmakers alike co-sponsored a bill that would make it illegal for anyone to wear their pants “three inches below” the top of their hips, according to WLTX . Violation of the law could result in a $25 fine for the first offense or at the most extreme, a $75 fine plus six hours of community service for a third or more violation. “We have to lead by example,” Charleston County Representative Wendell Gilliard   said . “The pants now are being worn below the knees.” Folks were not here for another lecture on pants-sagging. Considering the current fight for gun control in many states, a little underwear glimpse was the least of people’s problems. Rain Pryor Denies Quincy Jones Story & Details Dad’s Relationship With A Trans Woman

Source: Bettmann / Getty Ever since Quincy Jones ‘ Vulture interview set the Internet ablaze, folks have been fact checking the music legend’s surprising statements. One particular story caused major discussion when Quincy suggested actor  Marlon Brando had sex with Richard Pryor.   Richard’s widow, Jennifer Lee , even  confirmed the statement as true. However, now Richard’s daughter — fellow comedian Rain Pryor — is stepping into the picture. In a Facebook post, she said Quincy’s statements were false. “Daddy did NOT have relations with Brando,” she said. “There were no trips to his South Pacific Oasis, no flowers or love notes between. Not even a film role.” Rain did however detail Richard’s relationship with a trans woman. “My dad was very open with his life, so much so that news of his relationship with a trans woman in the early 70s and 80s wasn’t really newsworthy nor notable,” she said. “As a child I knew her, not as the trans person in our home, but the lady whom everyone accepted. So much acceptance I did not know she was Trans until recently.” In a previous post, Rain went on to condemn Quincy Jones, calling him “once a brilliant music producer who is losing his mind, and decided to garner publicity for himself with a sensationalized interview.” You can check out both posts by Rain below as this story continues to be hotly debated.
