Game of Thrones’ Kit Harington: The Battle at the Wall Will be the Show’s Most Epic Scene Yet!

You may think that there’s no way Game of Thrones could top the Oberyn Martell vs. Gregor Clegane battle in terms of jaw-dropping intensity, and you may be right. Then again, we all thought that after season 3’s infamous Red Wedding scene, and look how wrong we were. Game Of Thrones: The Watchers on the Wall Preview GoT has a history of pulling out the big guns for the ninth episode of a given season, and Kit Harington – who plays Jon Snow on the series – says season 4 is no exception and the upcoming throwdown between wildlings and Night’s Watchmen will make the Battle of Blackwater Bay look like a Joffrey vs. Tyrion slap fight. “I think it’s as big as Thrones has gone at the moment,” says Harington. “I think it’s no secret that it’s the most expensive episode they’ve ever made and a lot of that is due to CGI.” We won’t go into spoiler territory by speculating as to where those CGI dollars may have been spent but HBO’s preview of the episode (which you can watch above) showed a brief glimpse of some wildling giants, and their feet alone looked terrifying. “I think it’s as big as TV gets,” says Harington with regard to the much-anticipated scene. So yeah, even if you’re still traumatized from Oberyn’s crushing headache (we don’t blame you), be sure not to miss the penultimate episode of season 4 this Sunday. It should be a doozy. Looks like Yeezy’s working double time to delete the hoeness Kardashian stigma from his union with Kim. Via RadarOnline : Stay away from my daughter! Kanye West is one scared papa when it comes to his precious baby North West and RadarOnline has exclusively learned that he’s taking drastic measures and extra precautions to keep his little girl safe. Kim Kardashian’s husband has always been an awkward daddy, telling his mother-in-law Kris Jenner that he couldn’t even properly put her car seat in the car, but he’s taking her security very seriously now. “Kim and Kanye have been arguing over all of the exposure North got during the wedding,” a source close to the Yeezus rapper told Radar. “He was frustrated that the baby was in public so much and he wants to make sure that now that all of those festivities are over that she’s protected.” Marrying into the very public Kardashian family and having every detail of their lives exposed apparently makes Kanye very nervous. The source told Radar that Kanye’s problem with his daughter getting photos taken by paparazzi and by friends and put on social media isn’t a “control issue,” but worry for her safety. “Kanye isn’t trying to control any press about North. He’s genuinely afraid for her safety and doesn’t want people to be able to track her every move.” The doting dad has been trying to figure out a way to make sure his only child is safe from anyone that might want to get too close. “He is talking to other really rich and famous people about how they keep their kids safe and what extra precautions he can take. Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard: See the Proposal!!

Jill Duggar thought she was just going for a stroll after a lunch date on Tuesday’s season finale of 19 Kids & Counting on TLC. How very wrong she was. Blissfully so, it turned out. Blissfully so. She had no idea boyfriend Derick Dillard was getting ready to propose and had planned a surprise proposal including a serenade by country singer Walker Hayes. The bride-to-be was taken aback. Derick Dillard Proposes to Jill Duggar! Jill, the second oldest daughter of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, and Derick listened as musicians hiding in the park came in to join the performance. “Last minute, I was going over what I was going to say in my head,” Dillard said as the big moment drew near. “I was just trying to play it cool.” Jill may have suspected something big was about to happen – “I’m like on the alert, basically, like, ‘What’s going on?'” – but she was still over the moon. Dillard and Duggar actually began courting after Jill’s younger sister Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald began courting. They are likely to get engaged soon. Jessa and Derick are saving their first kiss for their wedding day, although they already broke courtship rules once with a full frontal hug, so who knows. It’s a slippery slope. SO Many Duggars 1. If you didn’t catch last night’s Game of Thrones , well, sorry for the spoiler, but Oberyn Martell checked out in pretty much the most gruesome fashion imaginable. As we told you in our Oberyn vs. Gregor Clegane  pre-fight coverage, The Red Viper didn’t stand much of a chance against a dude who very much earns the nickname,The Mountain, so it wasn’t so much that the revenge-fueled Dornishman got offed that’s surprising, but more the way in which it happened (out of respect for the squeamish, we won’t rehash the details). But only in the uber-gory world of Westeros could a death like Oberyn’s actually have competition in terms of most shocking send-off. 9 Shocking Game of Thrones Deaths 1. Viserys Gets Crowned Viserys was up there with King Joffrey in terms of douchebags we loved to hate. Even so, his death by molten gold is tough to watch. On GoT, characters so minor they don’t even have names get shuffled off the mortal coil in brutal ways that other shows would reserve for their most heinous villains. Worse, though, is when GRRM and company kill off a main, beloved character that fans rightfully expect to receive the happiest of endings . While Oberyn’s death may take the cake in terms of sheer goriness, it doesn’t quite compare to the Red Wedding or the execution of Ned Stark in terms of moments that dropped jaws and likely flooded producers’ inboxes with hate mail.  But the fact that cruel fates are suffered by beloved fan-favorites is part of why GoT packs such an emotional impact. No other series has so vividly reminded us of the randomness of life and death, or the fact that sometimes the very worst things imaginable happen to good people.  When a bad guy dies on a network cop show, it makes you feel that all is right with the world. When the families that you’re rooting for on GoT start dropping like flies, it drives home the point that despite your best preparations, one day winter will come.  So check out the gallery above for a list of GoT’s best bucket-kickings, and then lighten the mood by enjoying some of the show’s best insults below. Kim Kardashian Gushes Over Honeymoon: Most Romantic Time Ever!

Kim Kardashian is back in the United States. And, of course, back on social media. Amidst reports that she hated her honeymoon and is already fighting with her new husband, the reality star Tweeted a happy message earlier today, gushing over brief time abroad. “Had the best most relaxing romantic honeymoon in Ireland & Prague!” Kim wrote. “Missed my baby girl so much! Excited to be home to squeeze her so tight!” We’re sure North West is happy to have her parents back as well. But will she soon have more than that? There’s been talk of Kimye making a honeymoon baby in the days following their epic wedding in Florence, with West all about it and Kardashian a bit more hesitant. Kim Kardashian: Honeymoon From Hell! Kim, meanwhile, also referenced the wedding she attended with new Kanye over the weekend, Tweeting: “Congrats Renelou & JP!!!!!! Such a beautiful wedding! Wishing you a lifetime of love & hapiness! #BestMemories #MarriedGang.” Unless there were gold toilets and snubbed opera singers , however, this wedding was nothing like that of Kim and Kanye. Rob Kardashian Weight, Behavior Sparks Growing Friend Concern

Rob Kardashian is trying to start over. The reality star has deleted nearly all his Twitter message, along with his Instagram page, and is ready to lose weight . The moves come just days after Rob shockingly peaced out of his sister’s wedding weekend, catching a flight to Los Angeles Saturday morning… before Kim Kardashian said “I Do” for the third time.  Some sort of issue allegedly arose over Rob refusing to be included in any family portraits due to his low self-esteem. Rob Kardashian Weight Gain “Friends at the wedding expressed serious concern for him,” a close family pal, who attended the Kimye festivities, tells People. “When I saw him, it looked like something was very wrong.” Rob’s struggle with a ballooning figure has been making headlines for months now. He recently shot down talk that he attended rehab to deal with depression as a result of this weight gain, but Rob also acknowledged on Twitter last week that he’s well aware of his girth. “I know I’m fat,” he actually wrote, asking haters to stop hating. But this insider says he’s “not sure” Rob’s behavior and downtrodden moods are “solely related to weight gain,” while also making it clear to the star that “his friends and family are rooting for him.” No member of the family has commented on the situation since the wedding, though Kardashian recently reached out to Lamar Odom for advice. George Clooney to Marry Amal Alamuddin at Downton Abbey!

Move over, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. Your wedding is so yesterday’s news. The Internet has already moved on to what is sure to Hollywood’s next major marriage: come on down, George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin! According to The Daily Mail, the famous couple will exchange vows at Highclere Castle, a famous landmark in England best known as… the site of Downton Abbey! Alamuddin and Clooney reportedly vacationed near the historic residence last week, with the bride-to-be falling in love with the castle. “George became close friends with Hugh Bonneville, who plays Lord Robert Crawley, when they did Monuments Men together last year,” a source tells The Daily Mail. “And they really hit it off. He contacted Hugh and asked him to arrange a private tour of the castle. “Amal was blown away.” Highclere Castle is set on 1,000 acres and representatives have told Clooney they are “most happy to accommodate” his nuptials there. Highclere is located 50 miles from Heathrow, making it a breeze for the bride and groom’s family and friends from overseas to attend. Clooney shocked the world in late April when he proposed to Alamuddin after cooking her dinner.
