Wendy Williams on Dancing With the Stars: Better Suited For the Radio

Ouch. Len’s words, as expressed in the headline above, summed up Wendy Williams’ performance on Dancing With the Stars, which will likely lead to her ouster. On a Personal Story Night that featured a touching dedication by Hines Ward and the fall and rise of Kirstie and Maks , Wendy wasn’t able to inspire quite as well. Her foxtrot to “Last Night a DJ Saved My Life” was subdued, lacking emotion and not particularly smooth, despite how hard she worked. Check it out below … Dancing With the Stars Week 3 – Wendy and Tony With her score of 15, Wendy sits at least five points behind the entire field, all of whom scored between 20-25. Think the voters will eliminate her this evening?

Chris Brown may be a public relations nightmare, but it hasn’t affected the sales of his music. Brown’s new album, F.A.M.E. will debut at number one on this week’s Billboard Top 200 album chart. On the album’s release date last Tuesday, Brown was interviewed on ABC’s “Good Morning America.” As we previously reported, after performing on the show and being interviewed by GMA’s Robin Roberts, Brown retreated to his dressing room and smashed a window because of a line of questioning from Roberts dealing with his 2009 assault on Rihanna. The First Couple Eliminated From Dancing With the Stars Was …

Tuesday marked the end of the road for the first Dancing with the Stars contestant of the 12th season … but who was first to pack up and leave the parquet? The bottom three , according to the scores compiled so far, were Mike Catherwood, Wendy Williams and Sugar Ray Leonard, all of whom were in jeopardy. One of the three left the show last night … but who? Follow the jump to see who was eliminated … It’s back to the radio studio for “Psycho” Mike Catherwood, who along with partner Lacey Schwimmer, failed to make an impression with the judges – or voters. “It’s been such an amazing experience,” said Mike, who ranked last with 30 points out of 60. “It sucks to be sent home first, but I made a lot of good friends.” Lasting for at least another week were Williams, who earned 31 points, and boxing legend Sugar Ray, who had 34. Do you think the voters made the right call? Mike’s departure shouldn’t change much for the list of favorites this season, or for the couples who narrowly survived this week. Wendy Williams and Romeo Miller took to the hardwood last night to perform for the second time on Dancing With The Stars. While both stars improved from last week, Romeo in my opinion smashed the competition with his vibrant moves and sexy smile! He and his partner Chelsie scored 24 points. Wendy Williams on the other hand was still stiff…but did better in this performance than the last. Being such a busty woman she was worried about her breast getting in the way of her quick step; and she was rightly so. Overall Wendy and Romeo are giving it his and her all and are fun to watch! Tom Joyner Kicks Foxy Brown Off His Cruise, Foxy Responds

Recently, Tom Joyner called out Foxy Brown, saying she had to be kicked off his annual Fantastic Voyage cruise this year. On Friday, Joyner stated that he and his staff had to really put in some work to get Foxy to vacate the ship. “We put Foxy off the cruise. Let’s just say she got put off,” Joyner said. “You had to really act a fool to get put off.” However upon hearing about Joyner’s on-air comments, Foxy made sure to express her feelings of the situation and added that she was going somewhere where she’d be more appreciated—Belize with her “pumpkin” Shyne. Happy Birthday Auntie Aretha!!

It wasn’t quite the shinding we expected to hear about , but Aretha Franklin definitely rang in the last year of her 60′s in style in NYC this weekend. First, on Friday she threw the livest party ever thrown for a soon-to-be-septuagenarian at the Hemsley Park Lane. Aretha did it up with Star Jones, Permed Up Al, Smokey Robinson, Tony Bennett, Gayle King, Bette Midler and others. Then, yesterday she had a cozy dinner with her longtime homie Clive Davis at Le Bernardin. The 18-time Grammy winner had to cancel her tour when she was hospitalized in December and underwent surgery, but spies said she was in great form over dinner with Davis Thursday night. Our spy said: “They were toasting her health and her birthday. Word spread, and a crowd gathered outside. When the two emerged, there were flashbulbs and loud cheers.” Good for Auntie! She deserves it! (We do hope one of those gifts was a better bra… or some kind of surgical lift, because Auntie’s looking sloppy.) Check out photos from the party below.

Wendy Williams: Ungrateful, Sued

Talk show host Wendy Williams is being sued by a concert promoter who claims her conduct at a paid appearance “was best described as … ungrateful.” According to the lawsuit, Williams was supposed to make a two-hour appearance at The Pool at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City, N.J., but peaced out early. The suit claims Williams, who was also supposed to take the mic on state but did not, “disappointed fans who came out expecting her to host the party.” SO ungrateful. Almost as much as the judges after her Dancing With the Stars debacle this week. Yikes, 14 points, that’s pretty terrible … DWTS Week One – Wendy Williams & Tony Dovolani Furthermore, she allegedly demanded four bottles of champagne and two bottles of wine at her cabana, where she and her husband asked to be left alone. When part of the gig is mingling with guests, probably not the best move.
