Hospital Charges Dad $39.35 To Hold His Newborn Baby A Utah father recently posted an image of a hospital bill following the birth of his newborn. The doting dad said he was shocked to see a fee for “skin to skin” contact after the nurse placed the baby in his arms: The dad, Ryan Grassley , said the delivery at Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, Utah was a good experience but posted the bill on Reddit to find some humor in the ridiculousness of charge. Grassley later started a GoFundMe page to raise money for the “holding fee”… He says: The dad has exceeded his goal and even joked that he recently purchased a onesie for his newborn: You can’t be serious with this charge!!! Frank Ocean Misses Deadline For 2017 Grammy Awards Well, there’s at least one name you can be sure you won’t see when the 2017 Grammy nominees are announced on December 8. Despite dropping not one, but TWO albums back to back after years of anticipation for his second project , Frank Ocean is not a contender in next year’s ceremony. Blonde (Blond) and his “visual album” Endless, each released in August — well before the Grammy deadline of September 30, 2016. According to Billboard , a source confirmed that neither album was submitted for Grammy consideration. There’s no mention of paperwork coming in late — just that none was ever filed. We’re assuming maybe Frank didn’t want to throw his hat in for the Grammy competition? We can’t imagine why that would be, though. Ruth Bader Ginsburg Apologizes For Criticizing Anthem Protests Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg now wishes she would have STFU when it comes to the recent National Anthem protests lead by Colin Kaepernick reports ESPN : “Some of you have inquired about a book interview in which I was asked how I felt about Colin Kaepernick and other NFL players who refused to stand for the national anthem,” Ginsburg’s statement read. “Barely aware of the incident or its purpose, my comments were inappropriately dismissive and harsh. I should have declined to respond.” It’s the second time in recent months that the 83-year-old Ginsburg has apologized for public comments. Apprentice Producers Reveal Donald Trump Insulted Khloe Kardashian Donald Trump has a lot of opinions on the physical appearance of women — and even more interesting ones on the best way to court them . Now, Apprentice producers are revealing that he had some slick isht to say about Khloe Kardashian while he was appearing on his show years ago…and hit her with the “you’re fired!” because of it. Rather than firing her based on poor performance or as a result of any other faux pas…Donald apparently searched for a reason to get rid of her because he was just plain tired of looking at her. Via Huffington Post : According to sources on the show, Trump complained to producers about Kardashian’s looks and itched to have her removed from the show. “He basically wanted to just get rid of her,” an editor on the show recalled. “He called her a ‘piglet.’” The editor said that Trump asked: “What is this? We can’t even get the hot one?” ― in reference to Kardashian’s sister, Kim. A second source at “The Apprentice” confirmed the incident, using similar words to describe what Trump said about the Kardashians. “He said: ‘Why don’t we fire Khloe? She is a fat piglet. Why did we get the ugly Kardashian?’” A third source, another editor, recalled the firing as being notable because of how personal Trump made it. “When they fired [her], it wasn’t on merit,” the editor said. “It was on him not liking her.” The editor said that Trump went to the staff and asked: “What’s the reason we can get her off [the show]?” Odd, since he seemed to have a lot of negative isht to say about Kim, too .
