Source: wilpunt / Getty Man Confesses to Raping 3-Year-Old Girl Leading to Her Contracting Two STDs According to the NY Post , a Texas man confessed to raping his 3-year-old toddler relative, leading her to contract chlamydia and gonorrhea. Drevon Alexander Perkins, 26, of was arrested after the girl’s mother noticed discharge in her diaper and took her to a hospital for observation. A doctor confirmed she had been infected with not one but two sexually transmitted diseases and a police investigation was launched. Perkins later admitted during a polygraph test to raping the child while he was “high on drugs” earlier this year and attacked her at his apartment while her mother was working. Perkins had been previously been diagnosed with chlamydia and gonorrhea according to his medical records. He remains in custody on $100,000 bond for felony super aggravated sexual assault of a child. If convicted, Perkins reportedly faces a minimum of 25 years in prison.

Prayers Up: George Foreman’s Daughter Reportedly Found Dead In Her Home

Source: Craig F. Walker / Getty George Foreman’s Daughter Found Dead In Her Home According to TMZ , George Foreman’s daughter, Freeda has reportedly died. According to police reports, Freeda’s body was found in her home near Houston, Texas by a family member. Cops are still waiting on a report from the coroner’s office on the cause of death, but don’t think foul play was involved. Freeda began boxing professionally in 2000 and won her first 5 fights before losing her sixth bout in 2001. She retired after the loss with a pro record of 5-1 with 3 KOs to focus on being a mother and boxing promoter. Freeda was born in Texas and is one of George’s 5 daughters. He also has 5 sons (all named George) and Freeda’s middle name is George as well.

SMH: J. Cole & Bryson Tiller Are Being Sued For Allegedly Stealing A Producer’s Beat

Source: Jeff Hahne / Getty J. Cole And Bryson Tiller Sued By Producer G-Money J. Cole  and  Bryson Tiller are both have an infringement lawsuit on their hands. According to reports from The Blast , these two have been accused of stealing an instrumental created by a producer named G-Money. He claims that Cole and Tiller ripped off his 2013 record “Shawty So Cold” for their respective cuts of their songs “Déjà Vu” and “Exchange.” G-Money—whose legal name is  Gary Frisby—made these same accusations several years ago when he uploaded a 2017 YouTube video in 2017, explaining the similarities between the records mentioned above. G-Money’s suit states Cole and Tiller’s songs feature “the same kick pattern, snare pattern, FX swell, and vocal strike.” and that “the substantial similarities between the three songs are of no coincidence.” Cole’s song “DejàVu” appeared on his 2016 album 4 Your Eyez Only, while Tiller’s “Exchange” was featured on his 2015 debut studio album Trapsoul . The producer is seeking now $150,000 per infringement, as well as an injunction that would prevent Cole and Tiller from continuing to profit off his material. Sony, RCA Records, and Roc Nation are all listed as co-defendants. The drama between the origins of these particular songs is nothing new. The producers of “Déjà Vu” and “Exchange” have also accused each other of stealing this particular beat in the past. Back in 2016, Vinylz and Boi-1da (the ones who produced “Déjà Vu”) accused Foreign Teck of ripping them off when he created “Exchange”–even though Tiller’s track was released months before Cole’s record.

Jesus Take The Wheel: Queens Woman Pleads Guilty To Black Market Butt Injections

Source: John Sommer / Getty Woman Pleads Guilty To Setting Up Black Market Butt Injections A Queens woman pleaded guilty on Thursday to setting up a black market butt injection that killed mother-of-two, Latesha Bynum. 46-year-old Allison Spence copped to second-degree manslaughter and unauthorized practice of a profession in exchange for up to eight years in prison for the deadly procedure, which took place on July 15, 2017. Spence was working for a fake doctor named Kevin Richardson at an unlicensed clinic in Gramercy, which is where Bynum had the illegal injection. When Bynum left following the procedure, she developed intense chest pain and later called 911. She was later pronounced brain-dead at Mount Sinai St. Luke’s hospital and taken off life support 12 days later. An autopsy found that silicone had entered her bloodstream and that is what ended up killing her. Richardson was already sentenced to 4 to 12 years in prison last September after also pleading guilty to manslaughter and other charges as part of a plea deal. Allison Spence is due back in court on  March 28 for a final sentencing.

Source: Michael Bezjian / Getty Vince Herbert Accused Of Skipping Rent and Writing Bad Checks In Separate Lawsuits Vince Herbert STILL can’t seem to get his finances in order. Tamar Braxton’s estranged hubby is being sued by two different people for allegedly shortchanging them. One lawsuit is over unpaid rent and the other is over writing a bad check then shutting down his account. According to The Blast , Herbert is being sued by a company called NK Real Estate Investments. Herbert apparently entered into a one-year lease over a Los Angeles condo back in December 2018. He was supposed to pay $37,000 a month but allegedly did not pay in February. He was served last month with a three-day notice to pay rent or quit. The company sued Herbert for the unpaid rent of $38,850, plus other costs. In a separate lawsuit, a woman named Dakota Sal accusing him of writing her two checks totaling $10,000 last month. She says both bounced and the account is now closed. So far it’s unknown how Vince will be responding to the claims. Get your life together Vince!
