The NYPD has released footage of a young woman who they say became angry over a beef patty — or lack thereof. The footage shows a woman smashing the windows of Back Home Restaurant in the Bronx with an aluminum baseball bat after the restaurant ran out of beef patties. According to the owner , it costs almost $2,000 to repair the glass windows, and employees are still picking up shattered glass weeks after the incident which occured back in January. Police are still on the hunt for the suspect.

Since his money that is lawfully earned, despite his illegal residency status, it cannot be seized by the organization. Its unclear as to the exact amount of money that’s at stake, but many reports are certain the “English” rapper has a net worth well into the multi-millions. 21 still remains in the custody of ICE after being arrested almost a week ago, despite the fact people with illegal status who are not a threat to their community or a flight risk typically are bonded out pending a deportation hearing.

Calloway has been suspended from the program after multiple women accused him of sexual assault. Warner Bros. Television officially confirmed the decision in a statement saying the network has started an internal investigation into all of the misconduct claims. “Upon becoming aware of allegations of sexual misconduct against A.J. Calloway, we began an internal review to determine whether there had been any misconduct by Mr. Calloway on Extra and whether any employee of the show had been the victim of any such misconduct. To date, we have found nothing to suggest that Mr. Calloway has ever engaged in workplace misconduct. “In light of additional allegations brought to our attention, we are expanding our ongoing inquiries, and Mr. Calloway has been suspended pending further review,” the network continued. “We take such allegations very seriously and are committed to doing everything we can to ensure a safe and inclusive workplace for all of our employees.” Calloway has been a host on Extra for over a decade, and this wasn’t the first time he’s been in hot water. Calloway was arrested in 2006 for alleged sexual assault on activist Sil Lai Abrams. The case was later dismissed “on procedural grounds,” but Abrams maintains the assault took place. Additional women accused Calloway of sexual misconduct. “I’m terrified about coming forward,” one of the anonymous women said. “I don’t want it to affect my future, everything that I’ve worked hard for—and A.J. is someone that would try to do that.” His lawyer released a statement saying, “Mr. Calloway maintains that these unsubstantiated allegations are patently false. He vehemently denies that he ever assaulted anyone and looks forward to clearing his name.”

The Rewind Ep. 29 We’re back with another episode of “The Rewind!” The “Family Guy” Landon Levarius and “The Bully” DJ Franchise are giving you their unfiltered hot topic opinions. This time they’re debating M. Night Shyamalan’s “Glass.” The James McAvoy, Bruce Willis, Samuel L. Jackson thriller didn’t get the best reviews, but for some reason, DJ Franchise loved it. The “I gave this a solid 8, there’s a lot of things that I enjoyed about this movie,” said DJ Franchise. “Sarah Paulson who plays in “American Horror Story, she’s sick in this movie.” Landon, however, isn’t pleased and gives it a 5. They then move on to Killer Mike’s Netflix series “Trigger Warning.” The show follows Mike as he usees his revolutionary and sometimes controversial ideas to explore cultural taboos. It’s insightful and fun and Landon LOVES it. He gives it a 9. “Of course I love this series,” says Landon.”I thought it was moving the culture forward.” Franchise, however, gives it a 5 and points out that Mike isn’t staying true to his “black-owned” message by not wearing black made clothing brands. According to The Inquirer , Matthew Aimers was arrested in Bucks County for sexually assaulting an underage girl. The incident reportedly went down at Aimers’ wedding reception. According to the affidavit of probable cause for arrest, Aimers, 31, approached an underage waitress at the Northampton Valley Country Club. He told the girl the two of them could “do whatever you want.” The waitress told the police she rejected Aimers’ advances, saying the interaction left her shaken. Aimers didn’t stop with his pursuits though. According to the affidavit, he followed the waitress into the women’s bathroom and pulled her into a stall that was empty. It was here that he sexually assaulted her and exposed himself, according to the waitress. When the girl tried to escape Aimers, he continued “to proposition her” and at one point, he offered her $100, according to the affidavit. The waitress was eventually able to break free and leave the bathroom. Hours later, as the reception was coming to an end, the Northampton Township police were called to the country club to address reports of a fight. When the cops arrived, they encountered Aimers “pushing and punching people,” according to an affidavit filed in that case. A country club employee told officers that the groom had punched him after he tried to prevent him from bringing alcohol outside. With the cops arrival, Aimers attempted to board a shuttle bus parked near the country club, and he ignored the police’s commands to stop, said the affidavit. That’s when one of the cops boarded the bus with his taser drawn, and he ordered Aimers to leave. However, Aimers kept arguing with the officer, calling him derogatory names and at one point, he even tried to provoke him with a fight, read the affidavit. When Aimers finally left the bus, he was taken into custody after a short struggle with the cops. Aimers was booked on charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. For his reported run-in with the teen waitress, Aimers was charged with indecent assault, indecent exposure, imprisonment of a minor, harassment, and related offenses. Aimers was released from custody on Wednesday after posting 10 percent of $350,000 bail, according to court records. He faces a preliminary hearing for the sexual assault charges on February 21. On Thursday, his attorney Louis Busico said that Aimers “absolutely denies all charges.”

There’s more political strife in Virginia in the midst of the Virginia Governor blackface scandal. As previously reported Democratic Governor Ralph Northam (above) was outed by a right-wing website who published a photo from Northam’s medical school yearbook that shows him in blackface and standing next to a man in a KKK outfit. He at first admitted that it was him in the photo but then recanted . There are now feverish calls for him to step down, calls that he’s casually ignoring. Now the third in line to be Governor if Northam steps down is confessing that he too has worn blackface. Attorney General Mark Herring admitted Wednesday that he wore blackface to dress up like a rapper at an 80s college party. But because of our ignorance and glib attitudes – and because we did not have an appreciation for the experiences and perspectives of others – we dressed up and put on wigs and brown makeup, Herring said. “This was a onetime occurrence and I accept full responsibility for my conduct.” Just four days ago Herring criticized Governor Northham and said “it is no longer possible” for him to remain in office. If you couldn’t believe that things would get much worse, hold onto your wigs. Lieutenant Governor Justin Fairfax, also a Democrat, has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman at the Democratic National Convention in 2004. Fairfax is second in line to be Governor.
