Hazel E spoke with TMZ and made basically no sense while attempting to apologize for her agreeing with her “boyfriend” that gays should “Burn in Hell like God said in the Bible.” Basically, she would be nothing without the LGBT community because they are not only her only “fans,” but keep her hair and makeup looking the way she wants them to. Yes, that was really what she said. Hazel could have at least blown the dust off her Bible or checked out one from a local library to figure out exactly what it says regarding homosexuality before bumbling through this half-azzed explanation for her hateful and purposely inflammatory comments .

According to TMZ , the District Attorney either doesn’t believe he has the evidence to convict Taquari Hatch, or, doesn’t believe that Taquari is guilty. In either case, he has decided not to file charges against him. Initially it was alleged that Taquari had committed identity theft in order to authorize wire transfers out of Boosie’s bank account. Taquari has maintained his innocence from day one. Boosie still ain’t f**kin’ with him.

After all Nicki did land one of the seven covers designated for their “The Greats’” issue. While much of the article retreads familiar territory to any seasoned fan (her background as a waitress, her quirky character voices, her status as a fashionista, etc… ) but the good news is that Nicki is talking new music and a new attitude in the article revealing what this next project will sound like: “sonically, I know what the album’s about to sound like. I know what this album is gonna mean to my fans. This album is everything in my life coming full circle and me being truly, genuinely happy. It feels almost like a celebration. The last album, ‘The Pink Print,’ was almost like my diary, closing the chapter on certain things and not knowing if I was happy or sad about beginning new chapters. I was really writing about feeling unsure. Now, I can tell you guys what happened for the last two years of my life. I know who I am. I am getting Nicki Minaj figured out with this album and I’m loving her.” Nicki avoids taking shots at the competition for the story, but she does quite a bit of name dropping that we foresee plenty of folks reading into. Take for example, her checklist on what makes a great rapper: “Do you sound intelligent? Does your flow switch up? Are you in command of the beat? I listen for things like that.” Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, Foxy Brown — “Those are the three I keep in my head when I’m writing because they’ve influenced me so much,” she says. “I feel like I’m a part of all of them.” She tells me that around two years ago, Kanye West said to her, “ ‘Every girl I hear rap, I can hear Nicki in her rap.’ I didn’t ask him who, but that was such a great compliment. Auburn PD Plans To Move Forward With Rape Case Against Nelly It looks like Nelly isn’t exactly off the hook when it comes to those rape allegations . Even though his 21-year-old accuser announced through her lawyer that she was letting go of the case as the pressure was too much to move forward with prosecution (not to mention the fact that she’s been facing intimidation from Nelly’s clique ), the police don’t exactly need her cooperation to put Nelly behind bars. Washington State cops tell TMZ that they aren’t deterred by the accuser’s refusal to testify. They are still gathering evidence in the case and plan to present their findings to the prosecuter by the end of the week. Nelly’s attorney, however, claims that he’s more than confident the case will be closed quickly based on the evidence they find. Wow, the cops are adamant about this one. We wonder what they have on file, if anything, that makes them this confident in moving forward without the victim wanting anything further to do with the investigation. Getty/WENN

Nelly’s Accuser Drops Rape Case And Refuses To Testify Well, that was fast. Barely one week after a woman stepped forward claiming that Nelly had forced her into a sexual encounter , she wants all charges dropped and is refusing to even speak on the matter in court. According to TMZ, the woman’s attorney claims that the pressure of standing up to a well-liked celebrity is too much for her client, and she’d rather just cope with what occurred in private than go through the fiasco of a trial and prosecution she may not even triumph in — not to mention what will happen to HER in the court of public opinion . “[She’s chosen to] put a halt to the criminal investigation of [Nelly]. She will not testify further in a criminal proceeding against him. Who will believe her? People are saying horrible things already. She cannot handle this. She is about to break.” Which makes sense…when there’s a rich/famous/otherwise well-liked accuser folks often assume the accuser is a liar/whore/opportunist who couldn’t possibly be telling the truth, and those comments were definitely already rolling in. But Nelly’s attorney has a different view of what happened. According to him, her dropping the charges is only proof that “[this] reckless accusation, once investigated thoroughly, was exposed for what it was — a fabrication. A fabrication that has caused Nelly and his family to suffer emotionally and financially.” He says her dropping the charges isn’t good enough. He wants her to reveal her identity in a public apology, and even plans to recommend that Nelly pursue legal action against HER. Sheesh. Image via Getty Boyfriend Sentenced To A Year In Prison For Animal Abuse The Bronx was just having a good year too. According to NYDailyNews , an animal abuser boyfriend will spend 365 days behind bars after injuring his girlfriend’s dog so badly that it’s leg had to be amputated. 25-year-old Roberto Martinez was caught on surveillance video lifting the dog and slamming her viciously to the ground. As the dog tried to escape it was apparent that it could not use it’s hind leg, which eventually had to be removed. Martinez plead guilty to aggravated animal cruelty and will be forced to register as an animal abuser. The dog, Sally, is now living with a new owner. What a piece of sh!t this Roberto guy is. SMFH.
