Why would someone even try to get away with this??? According to TMZ , Aaron Carter’s rep says that whole conversation where he reminisced about doing blow with Michael Jackson is a fairytale that happened in the writer’s imagination. The controversy stems from an article that ran in OK! Magazine in Australia, written by international journalist Daphne Barak. In the article, Carter was quoted as saying, “Yes, [MJ] gave me wine. I mean, I could have refused, but I was 15. As for drugs? He gave me cocaine.” But Carter’s rep tells TMZ, “Nothing was said that was reported” … and directed us toward a YouTube video of the interview with Barak … which seems to back up Aaron’s side of the story. SMH. For what, though???

Some extremely shady sounding random who apparently used to be friends with Shaquille O’Neal is now claiming that gang members threatened him to keep him from extorting Shaq like he had planned. His story, as reported by TMZ, is so full of twists and turns that we can’t begin to understand how a real life criminal case is coming out of the situation. But it all starts with a sex tape and a beatdown. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Ladell Rowles — a member of the Main Street Mafia Crip Gang in L.A. who is friends with Shaq — along with 6 other members went on a search and destroy mission in L.A. on February 11, 2008. They believed a man named Robert Ross had the sex tape and they tried getting it back with the help of a gun or two. According to the police report, the 7 gang members met up with Ross at a convenience store — Pink Dot — on the Sunset Strip. The men allegedly surrounded Ross’ Rolls Royce Phantom with guns drawn, jumped into Ross’ car and ordered him to drive to Rowles’ house in South Central L.A. Once there, Rowles allegedly pistol whipped Ross and demanded that he turn over the sex tape. Ross said he would get the tape and bring it back to them. The 7 men then allegedly took Ross’ Rolex, diamond chain and earrings, along with $15,000 in cash — then let Ross go. The 7 men have been arrested and charged with robbery, kidnapping and other crimes. They are currently in the middle of a preliminary hearing and being held in jail. We’ve learned LAPD detectives interviewed Shaq to determine what, if any, involvement he had in the alleged crimes. When the case file went to the D.A. Shaq was not listed as a suspect. Now here’s the interesting backstory. Ross has a history with Shaq. Shaq and his business manager, Mark Stevens, have a record label and allegedly told Ross they would give him a 50% cut in any artists he brought to them. Ross claims he delivered Ray J to Shaq but got cut out of the deal. Ross told cops after his falling out, he threatened Shaq by telling him about the sex tape, threatening to release it unless Shaq paid up. As for the tape, Ross claims Shaq brought women to Ross’ home and had sex with them while he was married to Shaunie. Ross told Shaq a “security camera” captured the action and it was all on tape. But Ross told cops the security camera recycles periodically and the video no longer exists. And there’s another twist. Around the time Shaq and Ross had their falling out, Shaunie separated from Shaq and Ross claims he began having an affair with her. Ross claims Shaq hired a private investigator to tail Shaunie and the P.I. caught the two together. We told you the whole thing sounded suspect!

Faizon Love laid hands on somebody late Thursday night… or maybe Friday morning… no one is sure who it was or exactly what happened. But as of yesterday morning, he was still in jail. Then yesterday, he bailed himself out and went back to work as if nothing had ever happened. Faizon Love bailed out of a Seattle jail Saturday afternoon and went straight to a comedy club where he was the scheduled headliner, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. The funnyman – famous for roles in Elf and Couple’s Retreat – was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence by Seattle cops early Friday morning. Love was released from the Kings County Jail at 4.01pm Saturday and the popular comedy venue, The Parlor, confirmed to us that he will be performing at 7:30 pm. And still, no one knows what the hell happened. Except that he was initially denied bail, and then eventually had to come up with 10Gs to spring himself. SMH. Source
Okay, we have to draw the line somewhere with this foolishness. New potential Twitter-related troubles arose for Rep. Anthony Weiner on Friday, after Delaware police reportedly spoke with a 17-year-old high school girl about “direct online communications” she’s had with the disgraced congressman. Weiner confirmed the communications late in the day, but denied that anything inappropriate took place. The police “asked to speak with the girl’s mother about the daughter’s contact with Weiner,” Fox News reported, adding that one of the network’s reporters happened to be there when the cops showed up. The visit by the police was later confirmed by POLITICO. The girl, whose name was withheld by Fox but who told the reporter she’s “doing OK,” left with her mother and the police, the network said, although it was unclear if there was a further conversation somewhere else. A Weiner spokeswoman emailed a statement in response to the reports that confirmed his contact with the girl, but denied anything was amiss. “According to Congressman Weiner, his communications with this person were neither explicit nor indecent,” said the statement. “They were made aware of an alleged contact between Congressman Anthony Weiner and an area teen,” said New Castle County police spokeswoman Officer Tracey Duffy, according to the Post. “The teen has been interviewed and disclosed no information regarding any criminal activity.” Fox reported that “sources close the student” said the Delaware girl was among his thousands of Twitter followers, signing up for his feed after watching him speak during a trip to the Capitol with her school on April 1. He reportedly sent her a direct message over Twitter on April 13. It was unclear whether there was any further communication. There’s no reason a grown-a** man should be direct messaging a teenager! There is a fine line between perversion and pedophilia … let’s hope he didn’t cross it. SMH Source
Let us find out Ricki Lake got a lil Bugsy in her…allegedly. According to TMZ reports : What does Ricki Lake have in common with the Exxon Valdez? Each is responsible for a super-destructive, wildly expensive oil spill … allegedly. Lake is being sued for allegedly making a HUGE mistake with some flammable heating oil … and causing the fire that burned down the Malibu beach house she was renting back in 2010. According to the lawsuit filed by the owner of the home … Lake was refilling a portable space heater when she spilled the oil on the hot heating coils — and the oil burst into flames. The fire quickly ripped through the entire property. In the lawsuit, filed Monday in L.A. County Superior Court, the owner, Hovsep Kousouyan, claims Lake spoke with emergency personnel who responded to the fire — and she admitted the whole thing was her fault. Kousouyan says his beach house was completely destroyed in the blaze — and wants Lake to pay for all of the damages … which could be in the millions. Calls to Lake’s rep have not been returned. Looks like ol Ricki is gonna be payin’ dem stacks!
That darn Tracy is at is again. Tracy Morgan had a stand-up show last Friday and went on a rant that didn’t go over quite well in the Gay and Lesbian community. Morgan said that there’s no way any woman could really be attracted to another woman, they’re just angry with other men. He went on to say that he’d stab his son if he came out and that if gay people can take a d*ck, they can take a joke. Of course, it was only a matter of time before the whole, entire world hated him for what he said. So, Tracy and his people went to damage control to send out this letter: I want to apologize to my fans and the gay & lesbian community for my choice of words at my recent stand-up act in Nashville. I’m not a hateful person and don’t condone any kind of violence against others. While I am an equal opportunity jokester, and my friends know what is in my heart, even in a comedy club this clearly went too far and was not funny in any context. Do you think Tracy crossed the line or is it just jokes? Speak on it.
