The new “Go Nude” collection comes in five skin-mimicking shades that were picked by the brand’s more than 70,000 strong online community, with bra sizes that go up to 44DDD/46DD. “We took inspiration from athleisure and combine it with the functionality of lingerie,” Michelle Cordeiro Grant, founder & CEO of LIVELY told BOSSIP. “We believe we are the bridge between high style and ultimate comfort.” All of the line’s bras are $35, and the panties are $10, Grant said. Source: Courtesy of LIVELY / Courtesy of LIVELY The former retail executive said she decided to start LIVELY after noticing a void in the lingerie industry for inclusive styles that she’d want her own daughter to wear – and added that the bras were great for new moms. “How do we start to embrace our uniqueness as opposed to aspiring to be a supermodel and constantly feeling disappointed in ourselves?” Grant said she asked herself while conceiving LIVELY. Besides lingerie, LIVELY sells swimwear and has a new loungewear line dropping this month.

Jay-Z Slapped With A $2 Million Lawsuit After Reportedly Not Clearing A Sample For His Album

Source: Shareif Ziyadat / Getty Hov Slapped With Lawsuit For Using An Uncleared Sample According to TMZ , Hov is in a little legal trouble after reportedly not clearing a sample for a song off his “Vol. 2… Hard Knock Life” album. Guitarist Ernie Hines recently filed suit against Hov , Roc-A-Fella Records, Sony Music and Timbaland, claiming they ripped one of his songs from back in 1969 and used it on Jay’s 1998 record “Vol. 2… Hard Knock Life” without his permission and failed to pay him. Hines says his track “Help Me Put Out the Flame (In My Heart)” was sampled for the ‘Vol. 2’ song “Paper Chase” but he didn’t even become aware of it until last year because he claimed he was old and doesn’t listen to rap music. Hines also claims Timbaland also used ‘Help Me’ on Ginuwine’s 1999 album, “100% Ginuwine” — once again without his permission or without any payment. Hines says the songs have been played on a lot of platforms over the years, and that he’s owed a lot of bread. He’s suing for damages exceeding $2 million.

Source: CBS Photo Archive / Getty MusiCares Reveals The Mac Miller Legacy Fund The Mac Miller Legacy Fund has officially been launched by MusiCares, and will set out to help young people who are struggling with substance abuse, according to their website. MusiCares, which was created by the Recording Academy back in 1993, announced the non-profit on Thursday in Los Angeles during its annual MusiCares Concert for Recovery. Mac Miller’s very close friend Vince Staples was in attendance to reveal the news during a tribute to the late musician. The Mac Miller Fund—which was founded at the Pittsburgh Foundation by the rapper’s family—will grant $50,000 to help establish the MusiCares Mac Miller Legacy Fund. The site also shares that the legacy fund “is dedicated to helping members of the music community age 27 and under who are facing addiction.” The Mac Miller Fund currently has assets of nearly $1 million, which has been accumulated from donations via the Mac Miller: A Celebration of Life concert that took place last October, along with some contributions from the public. Mac’s family issued a statement after the MusiCares’ announcement saying the following: “These grants celebrate Malcolm’s life and legacy by funding two respected organizations that provide opportunities for young people to realize their talents and potential. It’s critically important to our family to fund a safety net for artists and musicians who are struggling with substance addiction. No life should be cut short for lack of expert help.”
