Joseph Franco, 27, is accused of killing Amir Pelleg, 43 in July 2018 and injuring his wife and two young daughters. After hitting the family, witnesses told police, Franco, on his phone, dumped a duffel bag in a nearby garbage can. Inside of the duffle bag, Police found 12 used canisters of nitrous oxide, and nine more unused ones. Franco was initially charged with tampering with evidence and distribution of nitrous oxide. The cans were labeled “XXX Platinum Triple Refined Cream Chargers,” an adult-themed product ostensibly used to make whipped cream. “Ready for slathering,” according to the packaging of one box being sold online. Investigators say the “whippets” are used mostly for inhaling the gas, which gives users a euphoric jolt. After further investigation, police believe that Franco was actually high on the “whippets” when he crash. His car’s black box also showed he did not brake or even steer before he hit the family. Franco had been on house arrest awaiting trial on the tampering charge before surrendering Wednesday to face the enhanced charges.

Simply put, an insider tells this tabloid: “ Chris didn’t treat Gaga very well toward the end of their [two-year] relationship.” This same source says that the artist there “really leaned on” actor and close friend Jeremy Renner “in the weeks after it ended,” although this relationship never turned romantic. A second source also spoke to Us Weekly and confirmed that “Gaga was the one who broke things off” with the talent agent. “He was jealous,” this insider explains. “He was trying to find her all the time and texted her a lot. Earlier this year, Beth Chapman revealed her new wig — a symbol of her fight for her life against cancer. The Dog The Bounty Hunter star and wife of the man himself beat cancer once, but her odds are not considered very good right now. In a new interview, her husband reveals that she has a plan to spend the rest of her life working by his side. In a tearful interview with DailyMailTV , Duane “Dog The Bounty Hunter” Chapman explains how the love of his life is preparing to die. “She has told me repeatedly,” Chapman reveals. “That if these are her last days on earth she wants to spend every moment with me.” He adds that she wants to spend those days “on the hunt.” That is, in pursuit of fugitives. Beth wants to spend her time “living life to the fullest.” “And,” Chapman adds. “Enjoying the time we have left together.” “The best part of my job,” Chapman says. “Is having her by my side on every journey.” Of course. “I can’t imagine a day without her,” he confesses. That is so heartbreaking. “And,” he continues. “Think deep down inside she is always concerned for my safety.” Chapman explains that Beth has these concerns “because she wants the security of knowing I come home to her every night.” “If this were me,” Chapman confesses, speaking of how he would act if he had cancer. “I would be a big sissy.” By context, it is clear that he does not mean that term in a perjorative manner towards any group of people. “But,” he says proudly. “Not Beth.” Speaking of is wife, Chapman says: “She is still hitting the ground running with me.” “Beth is determined cancer won’t slow her down,” he praises. “In fact,” Chapman notes. “I am so amazed by Beth’s strength and positive attitude.” “My baby has cancer,” Chapman laments. But he once again praises her strength and resolve, adding: “and she is fighting like hell.” Chapman himself, despite his tough guy image, is unafraid to admit that this situation has him in real emotional distress. “I have cried a lot over this,” he confesses. Chapman explains that he is terrified of the worst “because Beth is my everything.” “Despite all of the obstacles I have overcome,” Chapman expresses. “This is by far the biggest test of my life.” “And mark my words,” he vows. “I will not let her die.” “She is my rock and my bodyguard,” Chapman says, heaping further praises upon his wife. He concludes by vowing: “I will do everything I can to keep her here.” While we can all hope for the best, we know that sometimes, everything you can isn’t enough to change things. It doesn’t matter you may think of the Chapmans as people or of the archaic laws that still allow bounty hunting. This isn’t about their job or their controversies or politics. This is about Beth’s life. At present, doctors say that she has about a 50% chance of survival against the throat cancer that returned last year. We don’t mean this in a baseball sense, even though he won a pair of Gold Gloves over the course of his tainted career. We mean it in the sense that, ever since his divorce in 2008, the legendary slugger has gone to bed with Torrie Wilson, Cameron Diaz and Kate Hudson, just to name a few beautiful women. Some might say he found the literal most beautiful woman in Jennifer Lopez and he’ll therefore be satisfied and settle down. But Rodriguez was not an honest baseball player, serving lengthy suspensions for performance-enhancing drugs and lying multiple times about his experience with these substances. So who’s to say he’ll be an honest lover? Lopez, meanwhile, has been married three times. Which is totally and completely fine. Zero judgment here. You just get the sense that she’s maybe more in love with the idea of being in love and desperate to finally make a union work. We mean, let’s be honest, Rodriguez came across like a total tool during his days on the diamond. It’s hard to imagine he’s changed all that much simply because he gave J. Lo a giant diamond. 90 Day Fiance star Ashley Martson is continuing her battle with lupus . But fortunately, she says her husband Jay Smith is really “stepping up” to the plate amidst her fight. Ashley recently opened up to InTouch Weekly following her latest health scare, which led her to be hospitalized again for the second time within a month. The 32-year-old raved about her husband’s gentle qualities saying “he has been a saint” and has remained right by her side. “Jay completely stepped up since surgery,” Marston told the news source. “[He’s been] taking the kids to school, cooking, cleaning. He makes sure I’m comfortable and is always eager to get whatever I need.” Ashley, who found love with Jay on season 6 of the TLC reality series, was hospitalized on January 13 after being discovered unresponsive in her home due to complications related to her lupus diagnosis. She later announced to her fans via social media that she would need to undergo kidney surgery due to acute kidney failure. “I was found unresponsive this morning at my home,” she shared at the time. “The ambulance took me to the hospital where it was found that I am in acute kidney failure due to lupus. I will begin dialysis shortly. “I will not let this beat me. I know I’m strong enough to battle through this, not just for myself but for my kids,” she continued. “I will be transferred to another hospital this evening that is better equipped. Please pray for myself and my family as I know it’s going to be a very tough road ahead for all of us. Thank you for your continuous support and prayers.” On February 14, just one month later, Martson was once again rushed to the hospital. This time it was for an unknown reason, although it was assumed to have been related to her ongoing lupus battle. Just as her sympathetic husband had done before, he waited at his wife’s bedside throughout her second long stay at the hospital. “He has been a saint when it comes to my health,” she informed her fans. “It isn’t easy for him to see me in pain but he just talks me through it and stays strong for the both of us.” “I think he is definitely ready for the two months to be up as intimacy is important in a marriage,” she concluded in regards to the long period of time she has to take before she can partake in strenuous activities. Aka sex. Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease that causes the immune system to attack the body and can lead to organ failure, which is Ashley’s unfortunate situation. The reality TV couple appeared on 90 Day Fiance which shared Smith’s visa process that allowed him to legally enter the United States. And although they found true love and eventually tied the knot, the two have been the target of controversy and divorce rumors . However, seeing Jay’s charming ability to care for Ashley and the trust she has for him at this hard time proves that their relationship is the real deal. And even though they initially announced that they were done with the 90 Day Fiance franchise forever , they later revealed that they agreed to appear on the spinoff 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After ?
