Man Blames Apple For Not Blocking Freaky Flicks According to Mail Online A married Nashville lawyer and amateur model is suing Apple claiming the tech giant should have blocked him from accessing freaky flicks when he, apparently by accident, typed ‘F***book.com instead of Facebook into Google. Chris Sevier, 36, filed a 50-page complaint in federal court last month claiming the supposedly innocent spelling mistake resulted in him viewing a plethora of freaky images that ‘appealed to his biological sensibilities as a male and lead to an unwanted addiction,’ which then ‘poisoned his life’ and ruined his marriage. Sevier, an army veteran who on a Model Mayhem profile lists his age as 26, states in the suit that Apple should sell all products with an installed freaky flick-filter. He is seeking damages from the company. ‘The Plaintiff is a victim of Apple’s product that was sold to him without any warning of the damage the freaky flicks caused,’ the suit reads. ‘In using safari, the Plaintiff accidentally misspelled “facebook.com” which lead him to “f***book.com” and a host of web sites that caused him to see freaky images that appealed to his biological sensibilities as a male and lead to an unwanted addiction with adverse consequences.’ He added: ‘But for the Plaintiff’s use of the Apple product, the quality of the Plaintiff’s life would have been much better and injury would have been avoided.’ Servier goes on in the complaint to allege ‘unfair competition’ between the porn stars and his wife, brought about by his use of the Apple product, and thus ‘interference of the marital contract.’ This dude is a grown azz man…if he wants to look at freaky flicks then that’s cool, but don’t blame your freakdom on Apple. Via US Weekly reports : Jay-Z has a lot of projects in the works these days, but one that hasn’t slipped his mind just yet is a bit more personal: Expanding his family with wife Beyonce. During a candid interview with Hot 97′s Angie Martinez on Tuesday, July 9, the Magna Carta Holy Grail rapper revealed that he would love to have more children one day to keep 18-month-old daughter Blue Ivy company. “Absolutely, God willing,” he replied when Martinez asked whether he’d like to have more kids, joking that he would ideally like “a little basketball team” worth of children. “Then you could be their agent and their dad at the same time,” Martinez said jokingly, referring to Jay-Z’s role as founder of new sports agency Roc Nation Sports. “The world would be a better place,” the rapper replied with a chuckle. The best way to start the day, at least today…according to me, which isn’t saying much because I give the worst advice ever, and more importantly, I don’t really think things through, because if I did, I’d know that better ways to start the day include but aren’t limited to having sex, staring at tits, being on a beach, counting your money if you’re rich, cheating on your wife if you’re married, hearing someone you hate died, or is injured, or has had something bad happen to them..or better…finding out your gf had a miscarriage if she’s pregnant…so if I think about it, this is not the best way to start the day, but it’s nice to see store owners get their way with robbers….via a baseball bat…cuz let’s face it…the robbers deserve worse for fucking up the streets and makin’ them unsafe…
