It's been a rough few months for Kevin Hart. It all started with a video that circulated online as evidence of Hart cheating on his wife , Eniko Parrish. The clip didn't actually show anything inappropriate, but it did lead to increased scrutiny of the comic's personal life, which in turn, led to Hart admitting to cheating on Parish. In a contrite Instagram video, Hart didn't flat-out confess that he'd been sleeping around, but he alluded to hurting his family through “recent mistakes,” so … yeah. Dude cheated. Hart's infidelities have landed him in a seriously messy legal situation, as one of his alleged cheating partners attempted to blackmail him with what she claimed was a video of the two of them having sex. The FBI is reportedly on the hunt for the extortionist, who at one point demanded a pay-off in the eight-figure range. Needless to say, Kev's probably in the dog house these days, but he's not giving up on his marriage. In fact, it seems he's vowed to completely change his ways and make things right with Parrish. Step one, of course, was admitting that he had done wrong. Step two is avoiding temptation to ensure he doesn't slip up again. Stoudemire and Quynn Lovett were able to reach an agreement on how the NBA great would financially support the tot, named Zoe Renee, according to both court papers and a source close to the situation. The terms of the settlement were confidential, and we’re told that neither side would be talking about it. When you think about it, Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra really are remarkable, right? They’ve been through so much together — after all, they’ve been dating for 12 (!!!) years. If you can even believe it, these two started dating when they were just 13 years old, and ever since then, their lives have been a roller coaster ride. And not always a fun one. They both grew up with extremely troubled home lives: Tyler’s father was in and out of jail with his drug addiction, and Catelynn’s mother was pretty darn emotionally abusive, from what we’ve seen in early seasons of Teen Mom. We can’t imagine those issues got any better when their parents got married after they began dating, making them step-siblings. Then, a few years later, Catelynn got pregnant, and after taking a good, hard look at their situation, she and Tyler made the very selfless, very mature decision to place their baby for adoption . A decision that earned them an alarming amount of ridicule and shame from their parents. It’s all just so very sad, isn’t it? But through it all, they had each other. And they still do! Yesterday, they celebrated their second wedding anniversary, and to mark the special occasion, Tyler shared a special message to Catelynn on Instagram. “HAPPY ANNIVERSARY babe,” he wrote. “We have been together for 12 years & now 2 of those years we have been married.” “I am so lucky to have found you when I did. I love you SO much!” Precious, right? He also shared his wedding vows to her, which, you may remember, were pretty much the best wedding vows in the history of reality show weddings. Maybe even weddings in general, it’s hard to say. And hey, since it was just their anniversary, and since Tyler shared them again and everything, why don’t we revisit those vows? First, grab some tissues, brace yourself, maybe grab a pet or a stuffed animal or something … and here we go. “Catelynn,” his vows began, “from middle school sweethearts at the tender age of 13, to two teens in a crisis facing the odds together, to becoming parents and building a household together, to playfully goofing around together like children as if no one is watching …” “All of these things and many more are the reason I want to make a promise to you, a promise that as long as I’m alive you will never be alone, you will never question if you are beautiful, you will never doubt that you are worthy, and you will never wonder if you are loved.” “You are my angel, my soulmate, my best friend,” he wrote in that darling speech. “I believe you were brought into this world and destined to be loved by me, cherished by me.” He finished it all of with “I anxiously await to be able to love you forever as my wife .” Those are the amazing vows he wrote for Catelynn, and, just in case you somehow forgot, he cried while reading them to her at the wedding. Catelynn and Tyler have their problems for sure, but still, it’s obvious that they love each other. Happy anniversary, guys, and here’s to many, many more!

Getty Images “Instant Divorce” In India Voted Unconstitutional India’s Supreme Court has deemed the Islamic practice of instant divorce unconstitutional in a 3-2 majority verdict. The court called the practice “un-Islamic”. India is one of a handful of countries where a Muslim man can divorce his wife in minutes by saying the word talaq (divorce) three times. The tradition of “triple talaq” is still widely practiced in India, which allows a Muslim man to divorce his wife simply by chanting the word “talaq” three times. While “triple talaq” is centuries old, it is not enshrined in Sharia or the Koran. I welcome the Supreme Court judgement on instant Triple Talaq. The cases were filed by five Muslim women who had been divorced in this way and two rights groups. Three of the five Supreme Court judges called the controversial practice “un-Islamic, arbitrary and unconstitutional”. One of the judges, Justice Kurien Joseph, said the practice was not an essential part of Islam and enjoyed no protection. Women’s rights campaigners have hailed this as a historic win.
