SMH: Darren Wilson’s Friends Want Mike Brown Best Friend And Witness Dorian Johnson Charged With Perjury

GTFOHWTBS ! Via DailyMail Close friends of Darren Wilson have called for the star witness in the Michael Brown shooting to be charged for lying about what he saw. Two of the Ferguson police officer’s best friends told MailOnline that Dorian Johnson – who was next to Brown at the time – should be arrested for his statements in numerous TV interviews he made days afterwards. They say that he made up the claim that Brown had his hands up which kickstarted the ‘Hands up, don’t shoot’ protest movement. For his part Johnson told the grand jury that the whole process has left him feeling ‘victimized’. He also revealed that the altercation began because he didn’t like how Wilson spoke to him like a father telling off his son. Johnson was walking with Brown back to his house in Ferguson, Missouri, when he and Wilson got in tussle that ended in tragedy on August 9. The killing sparked more than a week of violent protest and trouble erupted again this week with looting and widespread vandalism when a Grand Jury decided not to indict Wilson. The decision effectively means they did not believe Johnson’s account. Afterwards, Wilson’s testimony was made public which his supporters say proves Johnson was a liar. A close friend said: ‘Dorian Johnson is the one who started it all. If it was up to me he should be charged. ‘He got right on CNN, he got right on TV and started blabbering his mouth off. I could tell by his voice that he was lying. ‘Darren Wilson’s story makes sense regardless of whether I knew him or not.’ The friend also criticized Johnson for claiming that he hid behind a car but also claimed to have seen everything that happened. The friend said: ‘That’s just not possible’. Kill one black boy, and put the other in jail. Thats how it works in Amerikkka. Image via YouTube

Darren Wilson on Michael Brown Shooting: I Have a Clean Conscience!

Breaking his silence for the first time since he tragically shot and killed Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, police officer Darren Wilson is telling his side of the story. He tells ABC News that the circumstances of that fateful day left him no choice. Darren Wilson Interview Wilson, who will not be indicted by a Ferguson grand jury , said Brown was the instigator in the confrontation, charging at him and disregarding his instructions. The August 9 shooting sparked massive protests, and riots began again this week in the St. Louis suburb after Wilson was legally cleared of wrongdoing. How does he remember the day he will no doubt relive for the rest of his life? Wilson tells ABC News he was driving to get lunch when he saw Brown and a friend walking in the middle of the street, “single-file on the double-yellow line.” He says he told the pair to walk on the sidewalk, at which point Brown’s friend, Dorian Johnson, ignored Wilson. Then Brown himself interjected. “And then Michael Brown came next and he had to exchange some explicit words with me,” Wilson said. “He had said, “F–k what you have to say.” Wilson says he noticed cigars in Brown’s hand, noting that he matched he says, of suspects in the theft of cigars from a nearby convenience store . Wilson said he wasn’t sure whether Michael Brown was armed. “I got on the radio and I asked for assistance,” Wilson said, parking and trying to get out of his vehicle, only to have Brown curse and slam his door shut. Saying he was “taken aback because I’ve never been trapped in my car,” Wilson said, “I use my door to try and push him back and yell at him to get back.” “Again he just pushed the door shut and just stared at me.” The officer described Brown’s massive size in relation to his, and said that Brown, in his estimation, was trying to get his hands on Wilson’s firearm. After freeing himself from the car, Brown split, at which point Darren Wilson called for backup but gave chase, calling it his duty to pursue the suspect. “He stared at me, like almost over top of me … looked like he was trying to intimidate me. And as I looked back at him, all of a sudden punches started flying.” “He threw the first one and hit me in the left side of my face. I started backpedaling, ‘cause he’s just getting too close and he’s not stopping,” Wilson went on. “After I fired the second round of shots, he gets about eight to 10 feet [away]. And as he does that, he kinda starts to lean forward like he’s gonna tackle me.” “And 8-10 feet is close and what I saw was his head. If he’s gonna tackle me, he’s gonna tackle me at that point. And I looked down my barrel of my gun and I fired.” Wilson said that he doesn’t believe he could have done anything differently, and “the reason I have a clean conscience is ’cause I know I did my job right.” At the same time, Wilson said he feels remorse about the outcome of the altercation, and for the “grieving parents who are mourning the loss of their son.” “Nothing you could say, but, again, you know, I’m sorry that their son lost his life. It wasn’t the intention of that day. It’s what occurred that day. And there’s no…” “Nothing you could say that’s gonna make a parent feel better.” Celebrities React to Events in Ferguson, Missouri 1. BREAKING NEWS: Ferguson, MO Grand Jury Decides NOT To Indict Darren Wilson In The Shooting Death Of Michael Brown

Do Black lives matter? SMH. Ferguson Grand Decides Not To Indict Officer Darren Wilson The grand jury has reached a decision in whether or not to indict Officer Darren Wilson on the shooting death of unarmed teenager Mike Brown. They have decided that he will not be charged for any wrongdoing for killing the teen. Via USA Today : A white police officer will not face charges for fatally shooting an unarmed black teenager in a case that set off violent protests and racial unrest throughout the nation, an attorney close to the case said Monday night. A St. Louis County grand jury declined to indict officer Darren Wilson, 28, for firing six shots in an August confrontation that killed 18-year-old Michael Brown, said Benjamin Crump, an attorney for the family. The decision had been long awaited and followed rioting that resembled war-zone news footage in this predominantly black suburb of St. Louis. “The jury was not inclined to indict on any charges,” Crump said after being informed of the decision by authorities. Prosecutors scheduled an news conference to announce the decision. Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon, a Democrat, called for calm after calling up National Guard troops to stand by in case of unrest. Speaking before the decision was announced, he urged that “regardless of the decision, people on all sides show tolerance, mutual respect and restraint.” Crowds gathered around the Ferguson police headquarters in anticipation of the announcement at the courthouse in Clayton, Mo., another St. Louis suburb. The 12-person grand jury had been considering whether probable cause existed to bring charges against Wilson, 28, the white officer who fatally shot Brown, an 18-year-old black man, after their Aug. 9 confrontation. The shooting inflamed tensions in a largely minority community that is patrolled by an overwhelmingly white police force. Brown’s lifeless and bleeding body lay for more than four hours in a Ferguson residential street after the shooting, prompting dismay and anger as a crowd gathered. Protests turned into rioting and looting the following night, and police responded with armored vehicles and tear gas, triggering a nationwide debate over police tactics. The 12-person grand jury, including nine whites and three African Americans, had been meeting in secret for months, hearing evidence and weighing whether Wilson’s should face charges that could have ranged from involuntary manslaughter to murder. Truthfully, we could see this coming a mile away with officials bringing in the National Guard and constantly calling for cooler heads and peaceful protests. SMH.
