Ever since Alyssa Milano had a child, she pretty much disappeared from the spotlight, but here she is making appearance at the ‘TCA Winter Press Tour’ looking like a million bucks. I believe she has a new show called ‘Mistresses’. It’s a show about a sexy hairy Italian woman who has sex with married men in exchange for gifts. Alright, I’m not too sure about the premise, but I bet I’m not too far off. Anyway, I think I’ll pass on that one.

Ariel Winter’s mom is suing an associate of her adult daughter for defamation after he claimed she was an “abusive monster” toward the Modern Family star. Chrisoula Workman filed the defamation and false light lawsuit against Matthew Borlenghi, claiming his comment attached to a November 9 L.A. Times story. Borlenghi is an actor who teaches at a studio operated by Shanelle Workman -Gray, Winter’s adult sister who currently has custody of the 14-year-old. A judge temporarily stripped Winter’s mother of custody amid allegations she had been physically and emotionally abusive to the Sofia the First actress. A trial on whether Workman will be completely lose custody begins Wednesday. Borlenghi said he had not yet seen the lawsuit, which stems from an online comment he allegedly posted on the Times website that quoted Chrisoula Workman. The story centered on Chrisoula (who also goes by Chrystal Workman ) alleging that Winter was having an improper relationship with an 18-year-old actor. The comment attributed to Borlenghi re: that story states: “This is a total falsehood. The mother is grasping and clawing to find a way not to lose her money-maker, and hide the fact that she is an abusive monster.” Borlenghi later said when contacted about the case: “All I can say is that David (Gray) and Shanelle Gray are very close friends of mine and comments that Chris has made are absolutely fabricated.” “The negative comments she’s made about her own daughter in order to try to get custody back of Ariel Winter are truly disgusting.” Workman’s lawsuit includes several pages of sworn declarations from tutors and other friends and associates denying she has been abusive to her daughter. The declarations have been filed in the case and may be considered by a judge who has to determine whether to allow Gray to continue caring for her sister. A judge said last month that investigators had evidence of emotional abuse toward Winter. Workman has denied she has been abusive toward her daughter.
Ariel Winter’s family drama has reared its ugly head again. Her mother Chrystal Workman has been trying to sell naked photos of Winter’s older sister Shanelle Gray. This new and surprising chapter in the young star’s family drama comes after Winter moved in with Gray following accusations that Workman was an abusive, unfit parent. Publicist Jonathan Hay tells TMZ that Workman approached him about secretly releasing naked photos of her elder daughter Shanelle Gray to the public. Fortunately Hay’s conscience led him in the right direction and he refused to bite on Chrystal Workman’s offer. Hay has supposedly already been contacted by Winter’s legal team. He said he has no problem filing a declaration of support on Ariel’s behalf. The family is due back in court on December 10 to discuss the custody of the 14-year-old Modern Family star, whose situation is becoming stranger by the week.
After the release of two scandalous teasers, Lady Gaga has tweeted her take on “Cake,” her upcoming music video shot by the legendary Terry Richardson. The Lady Gaga “Cake” videos show her in lingerie, writhing around in a pile of cake, lip-syncing a rap verse, getting spanked and taking a bath topless. Musically, the story of “Cake” began on September 19 when DJ White Shadow, a producer on Gaga’s “Born This Way” album, posted the beat on SoundCloud and encouraged his Twitter followers to help him write a song about Gaga on Garage Band. After announcing that he had found “the one” and telling Lady Gaga that she “must hear it,” DJ White Shadow posted the completed track on SoundCloud under the title “Trap AKA Cake,” with a description reading “Cake like Lady Gaga.” The rest, as they say, is history. We have an update to the Ariel Winter saga . A judge ordered the 14-year old Modern Family star to remain under the care of her sister, Shantelle Grey, yesterday, as a Department of Children and Family Services determined charges of physical abuse were “unsubstantiated.” But it did cite evidence of emotional abuse by Ariel’s mother, Chrystal Workman . This same report recommended Ariel’s sibling be rewarded permanent guardianship, though a trial will eventually decide where the actress ends up long-term. Winter’s father, Glenn Workman , was represented at yesterday’s hearing and his lawyer suggested that his client could move into the family’s home if his ex-wife moved out. However, the judge ruled against such a notion, saying: “I have questions about the nature and strength of the relationship with her father.” With this ruling not in her favor, and with Ariel not set to return home in the near future, Chrystal told reporters afterward: “I love my daughter and I just want our family to be back together.”
