VH1’s “Basketball Wives” Miami cast member Royce Reed took to her Twitter page yesterday to announce she will not be coming back for a fourth season. Royce, who was not liked by the women on the show, was your go to girl for many of the show’s arguments and cat fights, and it seems she just had enough of all the drama. Royce may be putting all her energies into her latest venture as an author, as her new book, College Girls, was released this week. It looks like there are real super heroes running around…but they don’t know that stuff gets real when you’re not in a comic book. The real-life super hero Phoenix Jones, has gained a big of notoriety for running around in a super hero costume and trying to fight crime. He’s even got a sidekick and little posse of crime fighters. But he may have crossed the line this summer. Jones pepper sprayed a group of women that he thought were fighting. According to the women (and the police), all they were doing was having a dance battle. The police weren’t pleased: “Our message has been the same from the beginning, if you see something that warrants calling 911, call 911,” said Seattle police spokesman Det. Mark Jamieson. “Just because he’s dressed up in costume, it doesn’t mean he’s in special consideration or above the law. You can’t go around pepper spraying people because you think they are fighting.” Jones said he thought he “witnessed a hit-and-run/attempted murder of a man and he responded to stop it.” Regardless, we commend Jones for trying to do what’s best. But also want him to sit down somewhere before he gets himself hurt. Why doesn’t he just become a cop and collect comic books like the rest of normal human civilization?

A HUGE offer just surfaced for the Tupac sex tape … but it has nothing to do with Shakur receiving oral relief. Peeps just want the song playing in the background! A million-dollar offer has been made by the CEO of NOHO, which is seeking to acquire all rights to the unreleased Tupac track playing in the background of the tape. That’s right. One million for an unreleased Tupac track. It’s not even clear who owns the rights to that Tupac song, but the company (which makes an anti-hangover drink), has flat-out offered to buy them straight up. The track would then be the official theme song for the beverage. Obvi. This is absurd for any number of reasons, but let’s just list a few of them below … So far, no one’s offered more than $150,000 for the 2Pac tape . Tupac’s estate, led by mom Afeni Shakur, will never consent. The aforementioned CEO has not even heard the track yet.

Not what we signed up for … Only for Kody Brown and his quartet of spouses, they did sign up for it. This is what they do, and like all of us, their lives feature drama and tension beneath the surface. Unlike all of us, there’s a TLC show devoted to the Browns … So what went down last night? While Kody was excited to announce the sex of Robyn’s baby, he reflected on the problems he faced with his first three marriages. Marriages that are still going on, of course. Christine, with whom he’s currently having serious marital discord, expressed frustration with the family’s new Las Vegas living situation. It’s been an adjustment. She is lonely. She feels Kody coddles Robyn, although she adores Kody and Robyn. It’s just that he leaves for four days at a time, and frankly that blows (our words). The Brown Bomber muses that “jealousy creeps in when one wife says in her mind ‘he loves her more than me.'” Dude, when ya got four of ’em, that’s inevitable. In spite of all that, Kody is quick to note that “I’ve loved [Christine] all my life.” Ditto first wife Meri, whom he calls his “soul mate,” and who’s in it for the long haul. With Janelle, Kody says their strongest bond is their kids. Speaking of, Robyn’s unborn child, the family’s 17th in all, is totes going to be a … boy baby! NICE! When Robyn told the doctor that Kody had four wives and 17 kids , his reaction was just priceless, even though he had to know it was coming, being filmed and all. His take? “That’s, I guess, cool.” I guess . Gotta love Nevada, where people could pretty much not give a bleep as long as you’re otherwise law-abiding. And paying. That brings us to Kody’s other goal, besides marital stability. Dude isn’t made of money, and that is a lot of mouths to feed. So how will he accomplish that task? By going into business with all four of his wives. Somehow. His initial idea is a family food franchise that is health oriented. The wives? Less than enthusiastic. We’ve seen enough crazy weather in the last 12 months to no longer have to question whether or not global warming exists. But contrary to what some would have you believe, the US didn’t single-handedly destroy the environment with our love of S.U.V.s and penchant for waste. The World Health Organization just conducted a study to see who the biggest polluters are across the globe. The WHO study looked at air quality in 91 countries, measured by the amount of PM10 particles per cubic meter. PM10 particles are particles of 10 micrometers or less that can cause diseases and infections. According to the WHO, PM10 levels above 20 micrograms per cubic meter can cause health risks. The top ten most polluted countries have PM10 levels from six times to 14 times that level. Dayum! Which countries managed to hit those levels? And where does the U.S. fall in all of this? Nancy Grace doesn’t hold back. The news pundit and Dancing With the Stars competitor was not among the many people lauding the Amanda Knox verdict yesterday. Grace’s thoughts on Knox’s conviction (in the 2007 slaying of Meredith Kercher) being overturned? “I think that it was a miscarriage of justice,” she said. Nancy Grace does not hold back when it comes to her favorite cash cows . “I only hope Ms. Knox makes something of her life because she’s certainly been given a second chance. Very few people are given the chance she has been given.” Knox, a University of Washington student who had been studying in Perugia, Italy, faced a sentence of 26 years in prison after being convicted of murder in 2009. Yesterday, an appeals court overturned the 24-year-old’s conviction. Grace did not directly link the Amanda Knox trial to that of another infamous case in which a young woman, Casey Anthony, was controversially cleared of murder. She didn’t have to. Grace famously said “the devil is dancing tonight” upon the release of Anthony, who she ripped frequently and derisively referred to as “Tot Mom.” Amanda Knox Verdict There are some parallels between the women, but unlike the Casey Anthony case, wasn’t Knox cleared, at least in part, because of an independent review of DNA evidence?
