Despite talk of a break-up, these two were spotted hand-in-hand at an American Music Awards after-party Sunday evening; from there, they reportedly met up with friends at a Benihana in Encino yesterday. Multiple sources tell E! News that Justin and Selena arrived at the eatery as part of a larger group. The latter tried to shield her face from the paparazzi, while Bieber showed up in workout clothes following a trip to an Equinox gym. No word on whether the duo went home with each other afterward (if you know what we mean!), but it does sound like rumors of a Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez break up may be premature. Chad Johnson Facing Up To A Year In Jail For Headbutting Evelyn Lozada SMH…and this ninja ain’t got no job , neither! Chad Johnson’s NFL career is all but over. His wife, Evelyn Lozada, has filed for divorce. His sponsors have dropped him. His reality TV series is canceled. The troubles keep coming, and now comes a report that Johnson could face up to a year in prison for assaulting his wife earlier this month. Johnson was originally charged with a misdemeanor domestic violence charge for the August 11 incident in which he allegedly head butted his wife after she found a receipt for a box of condoms in his car. While Johnson has often bragged about never getting arrested while in the NFL, an older charge for slapping an ex-girlfriend came to light. Back in 2000 he was charged with slapping a woman. He plead no contest, and reported to Oregon State weeks later to play football. He was punished with community service time. Now Gossip Extra reports that because of the prior arrest, Johnson’s latest charge could be bumped up to a felony. That’s up to the discretion of the Broward County State Attorney, and there’s no word on whether they plan to up the charges. Warren Buffett, the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway and one of the richest men in the world, has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. The 81-year old made the announcement yesterday in a statement that reads: “I received my diagnosis last Wednesday. I then had a CAT scan and a bone scan on Thursday, followed by an MRI today.” “These tests showed no incidence of cancer elsewhere in my body. My doctors and I have decided on a two-month treatment of daily radiation to begin in mid-July. This regimen will restrict my travel during that period, but will not otherwise change my daily routine.” Buffett says his energy level is “”100%,” but he understands the fear of investors and has attempted to quell them by saying he’s named a successor to his post. He will alert them to this individual’s identity if his health declines dramatically, but believes “that day is a long way off.” We wish the financial guru a full recovery and, in the meantime, the public can expect to hear his name brought up often throughout the 2012 President election, as Barack Obama is on the campaign trail right now, advocating for Congress to pass The Buffett Rule, which would increase tax rates on investments/millionaires. According to Wizard World Inc., the Jersey Shore star has signed a publishing, development and appearance deal to create and publish a comic book based on Sitch . “MPS Entertainment and I are thrilled about our new relationship with Wizard World. I grew up reading comic books and now I get a chance to star in my own. I can’t wait for everyone to see what we are working on,” said Sitch, a.k.a. Mike Sorrentino . We know, we thought this was a joke at first too. Added John Macaluso, the CEO of Wizard World: “Wizard World is so excited to partner with one of pop culture’s greatest stars. Mike will broaden our relationships with celebrities to new areas that leverage our access to the media, the fans, and especially our ability to bring comic book characters to life.” The series of comic books based on stories by Mike and his family will be written and drawn by some of the comic book industry’s leading artists and writers. When MTV News caught up with the teen star on the set of his “Boyfriend” video , he shared just how much rapping will make the final cut. “There’s not a lot of rapping on the album,” he said. “As people know, I’m a singer, and I don’t want to get people confused with that, but it’s something that I love to do, so you guys will definitely hear more of it.” Fans will also hear more rapping from Bieber’s pal Drake , who recently opened up about working with his friend on the release. “It sounds like everything you’d imagine a great Justin Bieber and Drake song would sound like,” the Take Care MC teased in an interview with Capital FM . Describing the process of making the track, he said he went about creating the song in a way he hadn’t done in the past. “We meet on the ground of melody. He’s always like, ‘Yo, your melodies are so crazy,’ and ‘Give me the craziest melody.’ So, we sat there for a night, and it was actually a great studio process,” Drake explained. “What we would do is he would go in the booth for 10 minutes, and he would hum melodies, and then he would walk out, and then I’d be like, ‘I like this one,’ and then I’d go in, and we started coaching each other and amping each other up.” Bieber also got a studio visit from Lil Wayne , but there’s been no word on whether the pair worked on any tracks for the album, dropping later this year. For anyone wondering if Bieber truly does have the swag to pull of those kinds of collaborations, “Boyfriend” writer/producer Mike Posner , who describes the song as “super hip-hop,” assures critics that Bieber has what it takes. “I think we’ve all known Justin since he was 13, and that’s not the kid I was in the studio with anymore,” Posner said. “He’s an 18-year-old. He skateboards with Lil Wayne and hangs out with Lil Twist. Those are his homeys. And he listens to hip-hop, and he’s a really cool kid. Jermaine Jones – “Knocks Me Off My Feet” It stemmed from an incident at a Howard Johnson hotel in New Jersey, where Jones gave police a phony name and was charged with public nuisance and obstruction of justice, while also possessing outstanding warrants. Then, on 11/27/11, Jones gave cops a different fake name when the car he was riding in got pulled over. In this case, he was booked for hindering apprehension and giving false information to avoid self-discovery, while – again – having outstanding warrants in his (real) name. Moreover, sources say Jones has been “very aggressive” behind the American Idol scenes, once yelling at a staff members over his wardrobe selection. Still, despite his past transgressions, it’s conceivable Jermaine could have remained on the show if he had just been up front. Instead, he swore to producers that his record was clean. This week, In Touch ran a cover with a laughing Bullock and Ratner Photoshopped atop her, with the headline reading, “SANDRA’S RISKY NEW ROMANCE.” The caption: “Two years after her divorce, she’s opened her heart and learned to trust again. But will dating Hollywood’s biggest player end in heartbreak?” Turns out the only thing Bullock is doing with Ratner is issuing statements. Bullock and Ratner issued the following statement to The Huffington Post , deriding the magazine while firmly denying any claims of a romantic connection : “We think that it’s incredibly sad that in these times, this magazine would resort to a complete fabrication, solely for financial gain,” the twosome said. “There is not a shred of accuracy in their story … We have not seen nor spoken to each for over a decade.
