Over the course of seven months, Colt Johnson’s marriage to Larissa Dos Santos Lima was very ugly and complicated. But the polarizing 90 Day Fiance star now wants to keep things very simple. In Johnson’s recently-filed divorce documents, the TLC personality makes it as clear as possible… … he just wants to be done with his allegedly violent wife as quickly as the court can file his paperwork. As reported late last week, Johnson filed for divorce just hours after Larissa was arrested for domestic battery. The arrest took place following some sort of vicious confrontation Thursday night/Friday morning that resulted in both Colt and Larissa sharing photos of their bloody faces on Instagram. They do not ask Larissa for spousal support; they also state that the estranged couple has no joint property that needs to be split up; nor have they have incurred any joint debt. In other words: There’s not much to figure out here, judge , Colt is saying. Can we get the plug pulled on this marriage, like NOW? Also of note? These documents say that Lima is not pregnant, which may be standard for this type of legal procedure — but which is also interesting because the notion of the stars expecting a child wasn’t that has been mentioned before. Was Colt afraid that Larissa would try to claim she’s with child and, as a result, is entitled to future child support or something? Johnson, meanwhile, has said little in public since Larissa’s arrest and his divorce filing. He did allege on Instagram four days ago, however, that Larissa is willing to go to any length to make him look bad. “I am tired of lies.. from my wife,” he wrote, adding: “Domestic violence is not a publicity method to gain followers. Larissa needs help and I can’t give it to her. I only enable her to continue her behavior and each time it becomes worse and worse. “I have to stand up and say no more.” He also argued that he paid for all of Larissa’s belongings after she moved to America and concluded shortly after news of their latest argument went viral: “Every time she was in trouble, I was there.” With 90 Day Fiance cast members taking sides , Larissa has gone in the opposite direction from Colt. She has issued a number of public statements, asking for money via GoFundMe and breaking down on a recent Instagram Live video. In this footage, the reality star says she needs to hire three attorneys for three different legal cases: A criminal attorney for an ongoing domestic battery case, an attorney for her divorce from husband Colt Johnson and an immigration attorney. “I’m not happy about it, I’m not proud about it, but it’s something that I need your help with now,” Dos Santos Lima told her followers, tearing up. The TLC star also posted on her Instagram Story later, keeping fans up to date as follows: “I am so thankful for all of the donations. Unfortunately, I won’t get the money.” Dos Santos Lima then shared her Venmo and Zelle usernames, telling GoFundMe donors that they would receive a refund. Larissa claimed last Friday that she only scratched Colt in retalliation for him hurting her first. However, the police determined that Larissa’s wounds were actually self-inflicted — and that she was responsible for Colt’s bloody lip. In response to the incident, the cops took Larissa into custody on an assault charge for the second time in about three months. Johnson and Dos Santos Lima starred on the most recent season of the 90 Day Fiance and quietly got married on June 24, 2018. They previously dealt with Johnson’s admitted infidelity and now, according to Johnson, Larissa has not only attacked him… but also attempted to take her own life.
