Kate Middleton: Meghan Markle Is Too American to Hang With Me!

By now, you’ve probably heard the reports of an intense and ongoing  feud between Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton . While it’s true that the British tabloid press would probably have these two at each other’s throats even if they were the best of friends, there’s legitimate reason to believe Meg and Kate genuinely dislike one another. For starters, Kensington Palace issued a statement in the feud, which is a virtually unprecedented move by the Royals’ press secretaries. On top of that, Meg and Kate have both been suspiciously silent on the matter. It’s a curious situation, and it’s not hard to see why it’s captured the imagination of royal watchers the world over. Much ink has been spilled on the question of what caused the split, and it seems like — as is usually the case with fractured relationships — there were a number of contributing factors. Last week, we talked about the peace summit that Prince Charles hosted at Anmer Hall last Christmas in hopes of soothing what were then simmering tensions between the two duchesses. Yesterday, we discussed reports that relations broke down for good when Meghan and Kate fought over a dress (specifically, the fit of Princess Charlotte’s dress) just prior to Meg’s wedding. Now, we’re receiving word that there’s another barrier preventing Meghan and Kate from forming a friendship — and it’s been present since the first day they met. There have long been reports that Meghan is “too American” for the Royals’ liking, and it seems Kate finds her Yankee demeanor particularly troublesome. According to People magazine (long the most reliable source on this sort of royal gossip), Kate is often repulsed by Meghan’s brusque way of addressing palace staff. A source close to the situation tells People that royal aides “might not be used to the ‘say-it-as-you-see-it’ American mentality.” A different insider claims that Meghan learned early on that she needs to be outspoken and persistent if she’s going to accomplish the goals she has in mind as Duchess of Sussex. “The palace is a magical place, and it is also a place where all you hear is ‘no, no, no,’ ” says the source . Sounds to us less a matter of national identity and more a simple fact of two very different personalities occupying the same space. Colt Johnson Lashes Out at 90 Day Fiance Fans: SHUT UP, Internet Hobos!

These past two weeks have been a rollercoaster for Larissa, Colt, and all of their fans. Larissa exposed Colt as a cheater , Colt apologized, and then  Larissa revealed that Colt is still cheating  and  is hiding money . But now, Colt is lashing out at followers who dare to criticize him. And Larissa? She’s acting like a Stepford Wife. After the entire world learned that Colt Johnson has been cheating on Larissa with multiple online admirers,  Colt apologized . At the time, he said that he’d let his fame get to his head and it looked like he and Larissa were going to try to work things out. Now, his tone is very different. “Look, internet hobos,” Colt begins a very confrontational post. Accompanying his caption is a meme of President Bill Clinton, in an old-fashioned meme format, with the words “did someone say p–sy?” No, we don’t know why Colt is like this, either. “Even though I’m on a TV show,” Colt tells his followers. “I’m still a private person.” If by  private , he means the sort who sends photos of his  privates  to a bunch of random women while he’s married, then sure. “I choose not to share or disclose my intimate moments to you,” he says. He used the word  private  and then  intimate . Is he trolling us or just hilariously lacking self-awareness? “And trust me,” Colt claims. “None of you understand what is going on.” Oh, good. There’s that oh-so-familiar condescending tone that he uses so often on  90 Day Fiance . “I will not take the low road by trying to hurt another person in public,” Colt says. It’s unclear if he’s saying that he won’t insult Larissa, whom he called “bats–t crazy” in a recent  90 Day Fiance  episode. Or maybe he intends to blame his apparent harem of Instagram skanks who say that he lied to them about his marital status. “I made mistakes,” Colt acknowledges. Coltee then adds: “I have problems.” No argument here. “But I am not so vile as to openly and freely promote hate speech against someone “I love” or even someone I hate,” he concludes. Colt’s cousin, John Maymoun, told  RadarOnline  earlier this week that the couple has been filming  90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? And they are a great example of why there’s a question mark in the show’s title. “I appear on the show only to bring Debbie a birthday gift and Larissa flowers,” John reveals. Viewers remember John from when he accused Larissa of using Colt to get a Green Card. “Larissa locks herself in the bedroom most of the time,” John shares. John didn’t have much good to share about Colt, even though he’s on his side. “He’s quite passive. I’m not sure he knows exactly what to do. He doesn’t seem happy at all. Debbie locks herself in her room as well.” Though he apologized to Colt for his behavior on 90 Day Fiance, he says that Larissa is “horrible.” “She attacked Colt twice and I don’t believe she loves or respects Colt,” John accuses. Attacking a member of your family is never okay. Though some would ask who  does  respect Colt. “But if Colt’s stuck with her, I want him to be happy,” John says. “It’s cheaper to keep her!” By Thursday, Larissa had purged her Instagram Stories and even her old posts. Now, she is — in text format only — promising her fans that she’s okay. Some are still worried. She has changed her Instagram display name to Larissa Johnson and uploaded a series of happy, peaceful modeling shots. You know when you see social media accounts by actresses who seem to just travel the world in different dresses and share captions you’d find in a self-help book? Larissa’s new posts all look like that. From a woman who used to live on her Instagram Stories, this is wildly impersonal and a little alarming. So, is she now being a good little Stepford Wife for Coltee? Is she even still in control of her own Instagram posts? You’ll know when we know. Larissa Lima Tells Fans Colt Johnson is Hiding Money and STILL Cheating

After Larissa exposed Colt's rampant cheating , it looked like things were over for the 90 Day Fiance couple. But Colt and Larissa stayed together , vowing to work on their issues, saying that every marriage has its ups and downs. Now, Larissa has revealed that Colt is hiding money from her and continues to message his Instagram mistresses. Yikes. Larissa has deleted all of her Instagram posts and stories, but not before they were saved by various folks on the internet. “I am just destroyed,” Larissa says through tears. “I have no words.” “I’ve been helping him…night and day, helping him make Cameos…he’s just using me.” “He's texting other girls yesterday,” Larissa accuses. In other words, Colt's talk about trying to repair his relationship was just empty words. We'll admit that the bulldog filter is wildly out of place in this very serious video. If you've forgotten that Larissa is a real person, her heartfelt plea in this video will remind you. “I am destroyed, he should’ve stopped, you know?” she says, her voice breaking with emotion. “Why you wanna message him?” she asks these women. Many 90 Day Fiance fans have the exact same question. “Why you wanna make me sad? Why you wanna hurt me?” Larissa asks. “Why you wanna do it?” “You know, his woman suffer…Why you wanna send him all types of pictures, his woman suffer?” she wants to know. “These other girls,” Larissa begs. “Stop it.” “I know that he's wrong,” Larissa says, referring to Colt's cheating and lies. “But you,” she says. “Need to stop too.” “They do it back,” she says, pointing out that Colt's dick pics get reciprocated. “With my face and her buttcheeks!” She refers to a truly jarring photo that a woman took of her own butt while 90 Day Fiance plays on the screen. She repeatedly asks fans to stop paying for cameos from the couple. Cameos, in this context, are short little videos that minor celebrities can record for their fans in exchange for money. Larissa claims that Colt has been keeping all of their cameo money for himself even though she is also part of them. If fans continue to buy cameos, she worries that Colt will continue to hoard the money for himself. Who knows — he may even spend it trying to impress one of his new women. From the amount that they've already made, he should at least have enough to get a working air conditioner in his car. Larissa also reveals that she has been in contact with some of the women who are messaging with Colt. He has allegedly been telling these women that he and Larissa are secretly divorced. This is, frankly, alarming, and has made a number of fans wonder if Colt is some kind of sex monster. Larissa even openly wonders if Colt planned to use her all along to get a little money and a little fame that he could use to find new women. In the end, she explains that she's apologized for her wrongdoings towards Colt and is trying to be better. She laments that he won't do the same. Now, as we mentioned, her Instagram has been wiped clean. Was this her doing … or Colt's?

Azealia Banks Is Using Magic Beard Hair to Protect Twitter’s CEO From ISIS. Seriously.

This morning, our large adult president, Donald Trump, took to Twitter to share the news that ISIS has been defeated in Syria. This is obviously BS, as the terrorist group claimed credit for an attack in Raqqa just ten minutes before Trump’s announcement, but still — the optimistic assessment must have come as welcome news to one of the internet’s most prominent bearded weirdos. In case you’re unfamiliar, Twitter founder and CEO Jack Dorsey is what would happen if someone took Mark Zuckerberg’s obliviousness to Nazis and mashed it together with Russell Brand’s performative spirituality. As you can see from his attire, at all times Dorsey is prepared to do DMT with Joe Rogan at a moment’s notice. As far as we know, that consciousness-elevating bro-down has yet to transpire, but Dorsey has spent a lot of time jawing about chakras and sh-t with another one of social media’s favorite weirdos. Even if you’re not familiar with Azealia Banks’ music, you’re probably aware of some of her bizarre celebrity feuds. Most recently, Banks attacked Elon Musk in a bizarre social media tirade, claiming that she witness the Tesla CEO making important business decisions while tripping on acid. At the time, a lot of media outlets cast doubts on Banks’ claims, but perhaps we should give her the benefit of the doubt — as eccentric CEOs really seem to let their guard down around the rapper. Before she was booted off Twitter in 2016, Banks tweeted that Dorsey has “sent me his hair in an envelope because I was supposed to make him an amulet for protection.” On that occasion as well, the claim was widely dismissed, but now — in the Christmas miracle we never knew we needed —  it’s been confirmed that Dorsey asked Banks to use her witchcraft  to protect him from ISIS: “A source who worked with him told me Dorsey had sent a rapper his beard shavings to make him an amulet that would protect him from evildoers,” Vanity Fair reporter Nicky Bilton wrote in a recent profile of Dorsey. Proving that American journalism is alive, well, and thriving in these difficult times, Spin magazine picked up the ball and ran with it, confirming that the rapper in question was indeed Banks: “At the time, Banks said Dorsey promised to promote her mixtape Slay-Z in exchange for her promoting his cash transfer app Square and her crafting him a magical object that might protect him from ISIS, which had threatened Dorsey in a video earlier that year,” SPIN wrote. “Dorsey never tweeted about the project and presumably never received the amulet.” In other words, Dorsey sought protection from ISIS, didn’t get it, and pissed off a famously short-tempered witch in the process. Not only that, dude shaved his beard for nothing! Without outlandish facial hair, how are people supposed to know he’s a rich a-hole who meditates, and not just some regular rich a-hole?! Shannon Beador Accused of Alcoholism, Endangering Her Children

The Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador continues feuding with fellow Housewives , but she’s also caught up in another fight. Her ex-husband, David, is accusing her of being an alcoholic. He has filed papers with the court to prevent her from drinking — at all — when she’s spending time with their teen daughters. Us Weekly confirms that David Beador filed papers with the court, hoping to forbid Shannon from drinking around their teenage daughters. “The mother has publicly stated on television within the last month, she ‘self-medicates’ with alcohol,” the documents accuse. Discussing your personal life is part of being a reality star, but your words can be thrown back in your face in court if you’re not careful. “That behavior is detrimental to the children,” David’s attorney claims. Their children are Sophie, who is 16, and twins Stella and Adeline, who are each 14. According to David’s team’s request, Shannon would be under very strict rules that go beyond avoiding having wine with dinner. The proposed court order would prevent Shannon from drinking at all while the girls are with her. That would include a ban on drinking eight hours before the girls come to stay with her. An order like this is usually made when someone has demonstrated that they have a drinking problem. That said, for those without a drinking problem, it’s usually easy enough — if socially inconvenient — to follow. Does Shannon have a drinking problem and, if so, is it actually negatively impactful to her girls in any way? Honestly, we don’t know. Either way, this sounds like a clear effort to use Shannon’s status as a reality star against her. Things had been going a little better with Shannon and David’s divorce, right up until the reunion special aired. Is this David’s attempt to exact revenge upon Shannon for disparaging him and his girlfriend on international television? Or was this born of genuine concern? This news comes on the heels of Shannon facing a real medical crisis. On Monday, December 17, Shannon revealed that she had gone to the emergency room. “At ER with horrible pain in my ribs,” Shannon shared with her fans and followers. “Getting tests.” “Everyone so nice but not a hospital fan…” she admitted. Mystery pains are never good, but when they’re in or around your chest, they can be downright scary. Fortunately, Shannon had more to tell her followers. “No blood clot,” she announced. “And all is good.” The human body is kind of a mess, so sometimes phantom pains defy explanation. In this case, if Shannon received a specific diagnosis, she did not see fit to share it with fans. “Heading home with an antibiotic,” Shannon revealed. “Thank you to so many of you for the well wishes.” Shannon told her fans: “It’s overwhelming and kind.” Maybe David has real concerns about Shannon’s drinking, or maybe this is just a game that he’s playing with their divorce. Maybe both. Some fans cannot help but be reminded of one of the elements in the dissolution of their marriage. David, as you may recall, did not respond well when Shannon’s stress eating caused her to gain weight. It reached a point where Shannon said David stopped loving her because she was fat . Does David, even now that he’s moved on with a younger lady love, feel a need to control what Shannon puts in her body? Or is this just fatherly concern for his teenage daughters, who may soon be exposed to alcohol at parties if they are not already? His motives remain shrouded. We’ll see what the court decides. ‘LHHNYS9’ Recap: Safaree Gets Dragged Into Drama With Jaquae

Source: Mike Pont / Getty Love and Hip-Hop New York picks up at Maino’s house. Issa cookout! This scene just gets us more familiar with his living situation. He and his girl Maggie have been together for two years. They live together and there’s a lot going on. Maggie has PTSD from the Irving Plaza shooting, where she almost died, and they take care of Maggie’s big brother, who also lives with them. Big bro is a diabetic, in a wheelchair and he’s kinda sorta blind. Again, there’s a lot going on. Meanwhile, Safaree is having a BBQ at the park elsewhere and this sets the stage for Jaquae to admit that he wants Kiyanne back. Kiyanne comes through, of course, and she wants no parts of his attempts to be charming. In fact, she calls him a clout chaser, a cheater (he allegedly cheated on her on her birthday) and they basically end up arguing back and forth. Then Kiyanne says she just wants Safaree to see who Jaquae for who he really is. In other words, he’s two-faced. Kiyanne claims he has been talking smack behind Safaree’s back and that he took credit for that hurricane relief song they did last season. Safaree wants no parts of the drama so Kiyanne gets escorted out, but you already know that Safaree will be dragged into this eventually. Later on, Kiyanne tells Safaree that Jaquae told her that he thinks Safaree faked being robbed for insurance money. The problem with that is, people are actually in jail for that. This is all it takes for Safaree to feel some type of way about Jaquae so that confrontation is coming. Let’s fast forward to that moment. The scene an event that Jacque is having. In other words, another inappropriate place. Anyway, Safaree asks him about his alleged robbery insurance scam comments in front of Kiyanne and Nya Lee. Jaquae claims that he’s so irritated by this type of negativity is brought to his event that he’s not even going to entertain it with a response. Welp, there’s that. But this isn’t over. We know this because now Safaree feels some type of way and says he can’t really get past it. In other news, Yandy has a girls beach day with Maggie, Anais and Juju. The latter two squash their issues, but not before Anais tells Juju that Jonathan has been talking more smack about her than she thought. This doesn’t sit well Juju and now she wants to discuss this with Jonathan. Juju finally gets her chance to have a sit down with Jonathan to settle their score. They try to get past their drama, but they don’t. Jonathan just feels dismissed by Juju when he brings up the podcast betrayal again and Juju doesn’t feel like it was that serious and they just can’t get right. This discussion ends with Juju storming out on him. Finally, the dry episode wraps with Maino trying to get Maggie to overcome her PTSD…without a therapist. Basically, he lied to her and told her he wanted her to go with him to a boxing match at the Barclay’s Center, but he actually takes her back to Irving Plaza, where she was shot. Maino is sweet with her and seems patient, but this isn’t how you get someone over trauma. To Maggie’s credit, she was a trooper. Hopefully, we’ll get to see her talk to a licensed therapist. We’ll do this again next week, hopefully with a more exciting episode. A single mother recently got the biggest Christmas shock of her life. Last week,  Jasmin Ford , a 30-year-old registered nurse, found out that Fifth Third bank paid off her $150,000 student loan debt. Talk about a Christmas miracle! She found herself having to pay for school on her own, using student loans to help pay for tuition, rent, food and her other bills. Like many of us, Ford admitted that she never thought she would be able to pay off these loans down in her lifetime. “I could not foresee when I’d be able to pay it off,” Ford said of her debt. “I just knew this was going to be a part of my life as long as I was alive unless there was some significant change, which — wow.” According to WLS News , Fifth Third bank became aware of Ford, who is a customer, while they were working on a promotional video about student loan debt. Bank officials said they later “chose to pay off her student loans because she exemplified the impact that loans can have on a family trying to achieve.” Because of this huge act of kindness, Ford believes this will change her son’s life too, allowing her to be a more present mother. See, she worked two jobs almost every day of the week, something she can now give up. “I just imagine being able to spend more time physically with my family, not having to hustle, having mental freedom and with that, some spiritual freedom,” she told GMA. “I can open myself to more experiences, opportunities and just be able to sit and be with my thoughts and be able to pursue what it is I came to do.” “His life will be totally different,” she added. “I’m so happy and so proud that I’m able to offer that to him more than anything else because he deserves it.” Just amazing. Email Submit Ford is a Chicago native and was the first in her family to graduate from college. She received her bachelor’s degree in 2011 and then became a nurse three years later after going back to school for her nursing degree. She finished her Master’s degree in nursing in 2015. With no family assistance, she said she had to take out student loans in order to cover necessities like food and rent in addition to tuition. While struggling to pay back her debt, Ford worked nearly every day of the week at two jobs. “His life will be totally different,” she said. “I’m so happy and so proud that I’m able to offer that to him more than anything else because he deserves it.” Jasmine Ford was surprised by Fifth Third Bank after being chosen to participate in a documentary that the Ohio-based bank was producing on the student loan debt. She didn’t know she was being awarded $150K for her loans, because she thought the film crew was simply coming back to her home on Wednesday to shoot some additional video. Next year, Fifth Third Bank plans to pay off student debt for two more people. The bank will pay off loans of up to $39,000 for two users of Fifth Third Momentum, the bank’s student loan initiative that rounds up a customer’s debit card purchases and applies it to their student loan balance. 11-Year-Old Girl Finds Ecstasy Pill in Sonic Drive-In Hamburger

An 11-year-old girl and her entire family received a hell of a shock when the girl opened a Sonic Drive-In hamburger. Within the wrapping was an ecstasy pill. Yes, someone absolutely went to jail over this. Three people, in fact. A family collected their order from a Sonic Drive-In in Texas. The family’s 11-year-old girl was opening her 4-year-old brother’s meal for him. Inside, she noticed an odd tablet within the wrapping. Cleverly, she neither ignored it nor ate it, and asked her parents if it was candy. Her parents were immediately suspicious, and took the pill to police, explaining where they had found it. Police tested it, and found that the tablet contained MDNA — also known as ecstasy. Taylor Police Chief Henry Fluck, who presumably joined the police after years of being bullied for his last name, shared the story at a press conference. Fluck revealed that it was not long after the field test results that they headed to Sonic to make an arrest. As it turns out, they made three arrests. Manager Tanisha Dancer, 30, was arrested. So were two other employees, Jonathan Roberson, 35, and Jose Molina, 22. Dancer’s initial arrest was on an outstanding felony larceny warrant from Guadalupe County. However, when police conducted a search of her person in Williamson County Jail, they found something a little more recent. She was, they discovered, in possession of three ecstasy pills. They booked her for possession of a controlled substance. Fluck’s statement mentions that the pills found on Dancer closely resembled the one found in the burger. (This is what ecstasy pills can look like, though these are not the pills from that case) Dancer was, of course, fired from Sonic. Following her arrest, she was also charged with endangering a child and delivering a controlled substance. Drugs may be a complicated issue, but no children should be finding them in their food. Whether it was malice or an accident, someone needs to be held accountable whenever something like this happens. Jonathan Roberson was arrested on four outstanding warrants. Those warrants include accusations of marijuana possession, theft, and driving without a license. It sounds like it may have just been his bad luck that he happened to be working at this particular Sonic on this particular day. According to police, Jose Molina was arrested on an accusation of possession of marijuana. it doesn’t sound like Molina had done anything wrong — just allegedly something illegal. Molina, at least, was released on $1,500 bond. Sonic released a statement on this scandal. “The franchisee takes guest safety and food safety very seriously,” the statement reads. “Local police are investigating this incident,” Sonic affirms. “And the franchisee is cooperating with police in their investigation,” “Each franchise organization is an independent employer and thus responsible for its own employment-related policies, practices, and decisions,” Sonic says. In other words, corporate doesn’t want to get sued for what one store did. That’s not going to reassure customers that they’re tkaing it seriously, howeve.r “The franchisee has terminated three employees in connection with this incident,” Sonic reports. Anfisa Nava: Jorge’s Prison Sentence Ruined My Life!

After his sentencing in September, former 90 Day Fiance star Jorge Nava reported to prison . He expects to remain behind bars for two years. This leaves his wife, Anfisa, looking to fill a hole in her life. With an uncharacteristically heartfelt post to fans and some revealing photos, Anfisa is explaining how her life is different without Jorge. Beside two photos of Anfisa’s sculpted physique, she has poured her heart out to fans. “My husband got sentenced to 2.5 years in prison on Septeber 7,” Anfisa reminds her fans. “To be honest,” Anfisa writes. “It has been very hard on me.” Anfisa feels this way “because Jorge and I are not just husband and wife, but we are truly best friends.” “And,” she explains. “We used to share everything with each other.” These days, communication is difficult. “And, since we aren’t together physically now,” Anfisa begins. “And only get to talk to each other once a day,” she continues. She laments: “it feels like a big part of me was taken away.” Prison, especially for a non-violent “crime” like possession of a forbidden plant , can tear families apart. “I don’t normally talk about it,” Anfisa shares. She explains that she is so reticent “because I don’t like to show my emotions to the public.” “Especially,” Anfisa adds. “If I believe that it will make me look weak and pathetic.” That is extremely, consummately Russian of her. “It’s just the way I am,” Anfisa writes. In her eyes: “I’d rather be thought of as a ‘cold-hearted bitch’ than a ‘crybaby.'” “Now you are probably thinking ok what does this caption have to do with the pictures?” Anfisa writes. Most may have assumed that she shared the pics as a ploy to grab the attention of her followers so that they would read her captions. As it turns out, it’s a little more complicated than that. “And the answer is,” Anfisa says. “To fill the void that I felt after Jorge was sentenced and I was left on my own, I decided to try to stay busy.” Busy beyond her activities as a student, she means. “And do what I enjoy the most,” she continues. “And it was working out.” Anfisa even shares that she has goals beyond just keeping her mind off of her loneliness. She wants to compete. “And ONE DAY,” she writes. “I want to take it on a higher level and compete in NPC bikini division.” Most people of course read NPC as non-playable character, but in this case, she refers to the National Physique Committee. She’s talking about the extreme end of bodybuilding competitions. She wants to build up her muscle mass enough to compete. Hey, good for her. Anfisa also decries the negative feedback that she sometimes receives from haters. “It feels frustrating when some of you try to knock me down for doing what I love and enjoy,” she shares. Anfisa writes: “I know that many of you started following me on social media after seeing 90 Day Fiance.” “Well, I’m just letting you know that I’m going in a different direction now,” she says.
