In a recent interview, Issa Rae let it be known that she’s about to take it there . She told The Hollywood Reporter  the upcoming season will address toxic masculinity and adulting, so we hope everyone can handle having to take a look in the mirror. She tells the publication, “I don’t want to give anything away! But I love black masculinity as it relates to black women. I think that’s something interesting that we haven’t gotten a chance to explore yet — and specifically toxic male black masculinity as it relates to black women. I’m trying to find a way to explore that and get a rounded storyline that isn’t preachy.” Issa adds, “This season is about adulting in a new way. I think we’ve watched our characters really fumble and fuck up — and in some ways in your 20s you are allowed that — but this season is about not acting like you’re naive anymore or that you don’t know better. So it is about, what does it look like to know better and to do better?” As for where she draws inspiration for the Insecure storyline, Issa reveals “I’m definitely mining experiences from my own life, especially for my character. And then we tap into the lives and instances and moments a bunch of our writers bring to the room, as well. Lucy Hale is back on the scene, she is on a new CW show that I “think” is on TV after Riverdale…which for some reason is the hottest show on TV…not that people still watch TV…but I guess they must because I see all these Riverdale cunts getting more famous, like they matter and I’ve seen the show that seems like the writers didn’t expect it to last and are improvising as it goes along because they expected it to be cancelled… So now CW is reacting to the success of Archie, by throwing budgets at the Wednesday Night Line-UP and try to create a new show for the Pretty Little Liar and all her social media fans….because she’s got a lot of fans.. And girl has to do her part on the marketing of the show…by posting fitness erotica as these girls to because fitness erotica is the soft core, easy accessible to the girl starting out, you know DIPPING her toe into erotica….

Girl Meets World: Canceled After Three Seasons!

Looks like the rumors about Girl Meets World not make the cut for a fourth season were actually true since the Disney Channel series has been canceled after three seasons.  The Twitter handle for the writers of the series took to Twitter on Wednesday night to confirm that the show was really over.  “It is with incredible pride in our work and complete sadness that things end, that I report to this wonderful audience that our show is over,” said the tweets.  “I just officially got the call, and would like to thank this audience for its incredible love and loyalty. Please watch our January episodes” Have a look at all of the tweets from the writer below.  Series star, Rowan Blanchard was devastated by the news and revealed some of her thoughts on the matter via Twitter.  “Being on Girl Meets World is the most significant event in my life thus far, it changed absolutely every aspect of it, and takes up most of the life, I am able to remember,” Rowan Blanchard wrote. View Slideshow: 19 Teen Dramas We Miss More and More Everyday “It is with this cast family I experienced mourning and heartbreak and overjoyment and long days that turned into long nights, each and every moment so painstakingly beautiful.”  Thanks to the show I have four moms, three of which are named Elizabeth, all of which became best friends themselves.” Rowan added, “Doing a show in general, specifically doing a show as a child into your teenhood, is so incredibly cosmic and scary but you do it because you love these people, because this has become your routine, because it is the closest you will get to being in real school, etc.” “I am crying typing this because yes, we were making a show, but our lives turned into a movie. We dressed The Breakfast Club, hid under stairwells to tell each other about our crushes, sobbed together when we suffered the death our teacher… these are things you don’t forget. That I will never forget.” The cancelation comes as the shock to pretty much no one. After Disney Channel refused to confirm the series’ fate, fans have been wondering what would become of it.  Recently, Rider Strong sent shock waves through the fan base when he implied that the show was over, but sources close to the production refuted the claims, saying there was no word on a renewal.  Unfortunately, it seems like most of the cast and crew had a feeling the show was over as a lot of them seemed to say goodbye to the show when filming concluded.  What do you think about the show coming to a close?  Sound off below!

Kris Jenner Bursts Into Tears, Walks Out of Interview

Are you ready for one of the most revealing Keeping Up with the Kardashians episodes in the history of this hilariously scripted reality show? You better be. Because it’s on tap for this Sunday! First, as previously depicted, Kim Kardashian will open up about an important issue close to her heart: gun control. She’ll try to convince Kendall Jenner to join her cause, but the argument will fall on seemingly deaf and selfish ears . Also, as featured in THIS SNEAK PEEK, Kim will admit to Kourtney Kardashian that she’s open to the idea of surrogacy . Kim wants to have a third child, but doesn’t think her body can handle a third pregnancy. But the person who will shed the most tears next week will be Kris Jenner. Although it’s unclear exactly why. As seen in the clip below, Jenner will sit down and interview her mom, M.J., for some kind of legacy video on this Sunday’s brand new installment. The family matriarch and manager will ask her mother some basic questions, such as the age of her first kiss and the year she was born. Pretty basic stuff. But then Kris will ask M.J. about her biggest fear in life. “Biggest fear…I try not to fear,” M.J. replies. “What’s your biggest fear?” And when faced with the same question she just posed to her parent, Kris totally breaks down. “Why did you ask me that?” Jenner says, unable to hold back her emotion. “I can’t believe I’m crying…just losing someone.” In Jenner’s defense, she did lost her ex-husband Robert to cancer. He passed away in 2003. So we guess she has a reason to possess this fear. But why did it manifest itself suddenly in this interview? How was it possible that basically just hearing the word “fear” caused her to fall apart into an incoherent mess and cut the Q&A short? Who the heck knows. It’s almost as if producers came up with this idea and then offered it to Kris as an opportunity for her to show her soft and vulnerable side. As in… the new life that is now part of Kris Jenner’s world because son Rob Kardashian welcomed a child into the world on Thursday. Kris was actually present for the birth of granddaughter Dream Kardashian , saying it was one of the most beautiful moments of her life. We can only imagine. We make plenty of fun of Kris Jenner and other members of this family. Because they deserve said mockery. But it’s an amazing, blessed event to welcome a baby into the world. Perhaps this event can give Kris some comfort. Perhaps she can focus on gaining someone instead of losing someone. And perhaps the writers can come up with better material for her going forward… because this was just lame and contrived. We know they can do better. Kim Zolciak: Tight Pants and Loose Lips at LAX

Ah, Los Angeles.  Home of movie studios, fancy cars, and an airport that doubles as a celebrity hotspot.  Flying is glamorous once again, ladies and gentlemen! While you schlepped your bags to the gate at LAX, only to wait for a middle seat in coach right by the bathroom, Kim Zolciak and her husband, Kroy had a fine chat with the paparazzi. Dressed in tight black paneled pants, a white tee, oversized aviators and sporting a small Chanel bag, Zolciak let the paps follow her into the Delta terminal, according to Sta r Magazine.   The paps, eager to take a mile as soon as you give them an inch, tried to get Zolciak to spill on her recent dinner with Khloe Kardashian. Two days ago, Zolciak shared an Instagram of dinner with the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star at Morton's in Beverly Hills.   Kardashian and the Biermanns were joined by Kardashian's best friends, twins Malika Khadijah Haqq. “I guess I should just move here,” Zolciak captioned the photo. At LAX, one of the paps asked Zolciak how she and Kardashian decide who pays for the meal. Biermann joked that whoever pulls their wallet out first pays before it was revealed that he picked up the tab (“he's a gentleman,” Zolciak added). The Don't Be Tardy stars then cut a bunch of people by hopping in line for security, but continued talking. The pap commented that Zolciak is spending a lot of time in LA, and she said it was because of her skincare line Kashmere, which launched back in May.   Does Zolciak plan on relocating? “I don't know, I feel like I should,” Zolciak said.  The pap pressed on and asked if her moving would affect The Real Housewives of Atlanta . “My show can film anywhere,” Zolciak responded. A few months ago, Zolciak teased that she very well could return for season nine of Atlanta , but since Don't Be Tardy is going into its fifth season, Zolciak doesn't have much time to spare otherwise. The pap would not let it go, asking if she'd join The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills . Annoyed that the guy kept asking about Housewive s when she has her own damn show, Zolciak made herself clear. “I have my own show. Why would I [go on another show],” Zolciak said, wanting so badly to say, “Dude, do your homework.”

Thomas Gibson Speaks on Criminal Minds Firing

In the most stunning piece of TV news this month, Thomas Gibson is out of a job. The veteran C riminal Minds star got suspended for two weeks after kicking a writer on the set of his hit show… … and then, BOOM ! A day after this information went public, Thomas Gibson got fired . CBS executives released a short, terse statement this afternoon in which they relieved Gibson of his duties as BAU Agent Aaron Hotcher, saying: “Thomas Gibson has been dismissed from Criminal Minds. “Creative details for how the character’s exit will be addressed in the show will be announced at a later date.” Was it simply a matter of Gibson getting into the aforementioned dispute with a producer named Virgil Williams? No, it doesn’t sound that way. An earlier report alleged that Gibson also shoved an assistant director back in 2010 (the same year he was pulled over for drunk driving, FWIW) and was told to attend anger management classes as a result. The actor appears to have a history of violence on the Criminal Minds set . We can’t say for certain, but it’s therefore safe to assume that there may have been other incidents in between these two that have not yet been made public. Due to this influx of inappropriate actions, CBS felt that it had no choice but to let Gibson go. A couple hours after he was ousted from a job he held since 2005, Gibson released a statement to TV Line . “I love Criminal Minds and have put my heart and soul into it for the last 12 years,” it reads. “I had hoped to see it through to the end, but that won’t be possible now. “I would just like to say thank you to the writers, producers, actors, our amazing crew, and, most importantly, the best fans that a show could ever hope to have.” Gibson is the lead of the show. So fans will no doubt be wondering: How is this going to work?!? We have it on strong authority that Gibson will appear on the first two episodes of Criminal Minds Season 12. His character will then be sent off on a special assignment, which coincides with Paget Brewset coming back to reprise the role of Emily Prentiss. She will assist the BAU on a case, which is a stroke of good fortunate for the drama (this was all planned out before the Gibson situation even arose). CBS obviously hopes that Brewster’s return will soften the blow of Gibson’s departure. But there are still many questions that will need to be answered as Season 12 goes along. Hotcher simply isn’t coming back, which will need to be explained, while viewers wonder if a new male lead will be brought in to take Gibson’s place. Remember: Shemar Moore departed the show as Derek Morgan just prior to Season 11 ending, so Criminal Minds has lost two key players in a matter of months. How do you feel about this huge casting decision? You’ve gotta figure producers didn’t think they had a choice if they made it so quickly, right? Will you tune in for the September 28 premiere? Think other Thomas Gibson stories will soon come out? Should he be replaced as soon as possible? Can you think of another actor you want to take over at the BAU? AHHH! We have so many questions! Leah Messer on Parenting Critics: They Hurt My Feelings!

Monday night’s season premiere of Teen Mom 2 featured a scene that’s drawn a lot of attention to Leah Messer for all the wrong reasons. The episode shows Leah apparently denying her daughters breakfast as she rushes them off to school. In addition to claims that Messer is neglecting her daughters by failing to properly feed and clothe them (6-year-old Grace complained that she was cold on the drive in, and blamed Leah for not dressing the girls for the weather.), Teen Mom fans have also fired off harsh tweets at Leah for texting while driving with her kids in the car. Leah’s response has drawn almost as much criticism as her actions, as she responded to allegations that she’s unfit parent by tweeting that “Grace was being a drama queen.” Now, Leah is elaborating on her feelings about those on social media who agree with her baby daddies about her lack of parenting skills. “It does hurt my feelings,” she told a fan. “My girls scream to be with me because I am a GREAT MOM!” Well, we know from Monday’s episode that they certainly do scream. We’re just not sure if it’s for the reason Leah thinks. Leah has complained in the past that the show is edited in such a way that it makes her look like a worse mom than she is. Of course, Corey Simms insists the opposite is true, claiming  Teen Mom producers helped Leah hide her drug addiction . Gigi Hadid Totally SLAMS Slut-Shaming Twitter Troll!

All this female ferocity. I love it. Gigi Hadid is the latest fierce lady who just proved that she ain’t taken no crap from haters. Recently, one particularly embittered non-fan sniveled to her on Twitter about her apparently inferior runway walk before blasting her for having too many boyfriends. “Practise how to walk properly instead of having a new bf every 2 weeks,” wrote the troll, who has since deleted the tweet. Now, celebs get criticized every day on social media, and most of the time they just ignore it. But every now and then they just gotta put someone in their damn place. And that’s exactly what the model did. “I’ve dated 3 guys in 3 yrs, hun. My walk can always get better; I hope the unrelated bitterness in ur heart can too,” she clapped back. Oh, SNAP. Good on ya, Geege. But here’s the thing. Gigi shouldn’t even have to justify herself. If she wanted to date a different dude every two weeks, that’s no one’s business but her own.  Justin Bieber and Nick Jonas have been linked romantically to a gazillion different women in the last few months, but do they get flak for it? Nah. And why is it different just because they’ve got penises? It really shouldn’t be, but I guess it’s got something to do with that bitterness. As far as Miss Gigi’s love life goes, she’s been loving on Zayn Malik  for a few months now and the two seem to be pretty damn smitten. Before that, she dated Joe Jonas , who looks so much like Zayn we here at THG are wondering if she even realizes they are two different people. And as for the third man of which Gigi speaks, it’s singer Cody Simpson, who is blond and definitely a separate human than Zayn/Joe. So go ahead and blast those trolls, girl. We got your back.
