On Wednesday (Dec. 19), the sanctified couple took to Facebook to post a video politely calling out the media for “clowning” them, clarifying who the album is for and what it’s really about. In short, Mr. Mann is clear: This is for folks who “simply want some booty.” “So they talking about like ‘church,’ it’s for Christian people. This is for people who simply wanna get some booty,” he says, pounding his fist on the table. Tamela interjects, providing a more softer perspective,: “This is a love album…” But David isn’t having it: “It’s for when you want get booty…if you married, tear it up. Do what you do.” “But if…some people aren’t married and be tearing it up…saints are tearing it up and they not married,” Tamela reminds him. “Well, we’re not talking to y’all,” he replied looking into the camera, but he clarifies that “the album is not just for Christian couples. It’s just good, clean love music.” (So…as long as your married, this album is for you, then?) Soon after, Tamela brings up that “God is love,” and David stresses that he doesn’t want this to get churchy, because this isn’t about God per se. “Mama, I’m not thinking about the Lord when we’re doing it. I’m not calling the Lord’s name. Though he’d like everyone to believe he was just tired, the internet is pretty convinced he has a drug problem. According to TMZ , fans aren’t the only ones who are concerned with the rapper’s health. “His camp is working overtime to help the kid kick drugs,” the site states. TMZ has learned the Chicago rapper passing out in the middle of his live stream earlier this week was just the latest troubling sign that he’s got a drug problem. We’ve been told Dex abuses opioids… Sources say Dex was upset by the video of himself passing out and expressed a desire of never wanting to see himself like that again. The problem … he’s tried getting treatment, but always circles back to drugs. Apparently, Dex has someone with him most times to make sure he is still coherent, alive and well. …we’ve learned there’s someone who is always by Dex’s side for the sole purpose of making sure he’s coherent enough to do his job. We’re also being told that, at times, there’s even someone who sleeps in the same bed to make sure he’s okay. His team is actively working to get him the help he needs. In case you missed it, the rapper was playing music for his followers during a live stream on IG, when he started to lean forward and suddenly fell asleep. Not even the heat from his blunt touching his hand woke him up. Responding to the viral clip , Dex later claimed that he knows himself so nothing really needed to be explained, then explaining that he’s “a human being,” he’d been working overnight, and didn’t get home until 4 a.m. before he decided to “go live” on the ‘gram. Brian Kolfage, a Trump voter and disabled Iraq War veteran with no connection to his administration, started a GoFundMe to help pay for Trump’s proposed wall across the U.S.-Mexico border. Kalfage wrote on the campaign page that he set up the fundraiser because “President Trump’s main campaign promise was to BUILD THE WALL. And as he’s followed through on just about every promise so far, this wall project needs to be completed still.” *Sigh* Kolfage continued, “Too many Americans have been murdered by illegal aliens and too many illegals are taking advantage of the United States taxpayers with no means of ever contributing to our society.” Help us lawd. Kolfage said that if every Trump voter donated $80, they could raise the $5 billion needed for the border wall. “Even if we get half, that’s half the wall. We can do this,” he wrote. It seems Kolfage missed Trump’s recent statement saying the wall will cost around $15 billion, and by Trump standards, this number could even be inaccurate. If we go by earlier reports , the wall could actually cost around $70 billion. But okay Kolfage. The goal on the campaign page is $1 billion. As of Thursday morning, the page has already raised over $3 million after only being set up on Sunday. Donations vary from large to small with $5 being one of the lowest and $200 being one of the biggest donations among individual donors. Kolfage told donors that he’s contacted the Trump administration and he assured them that every penny of their donations would go towards funding the “Trump wall.” “We have many very high level contacts already helping,” Kolfage wrote. Mhm. Folks on Twitter were already over the whole movement, saying they had doubts that supporters could raise the billions of dollars needed to build the wall. Not only did Kanye attend Travis’ concert at The Forum in Los Angeles on Wednesday night, but on Thursday, Rolling Stone released their latest cover with who else but La Flame himself. And of course, in the article, Scott touches on his relationship with Ye following everything that’s been going down in the media recently. Among other things, Scott addresses Kanye’s affinity for donning a Make America Great Again hat for those couple of weeks earlier this year, and how that made him feel as a fan and as a friend. “I mean, s**t, I’d tell him, ‘Bro, chill. What you gotta understand is, young black kids are looking up to you, and the message you used to preach in your earlier music? It’ll make a young black kid—it’ll make any kid —confused,’” Scott explained to Rolling Stone . “That s**t was — come on. But when Ye get on some shit, he on some shit. I don’t know if that n***a just liked the hat or what, dog. Ye deals with different s**t in his life. That’s family. You don’t wanna desert your bro. Everybody go through s**t. He still a dope musician. But he’s definitely hit me up about it, and I’ve told him, ‘Man, you got kids looking up to you, feel me?’” Scott’s comments in Rolling Stone mimic many of Kanye’s friends, and arrive shortly after Pusha-T addressed the same subject in his appearance on The Daily Show .
