Now Pitchfork is reporting that a newly surfaced tape features the “SAD!” rapper not only talking about beating on his ex-girlfriend, but also stabbing a gang of people in her presence which helped put the fear of God in her. Recorded while in the presence of his friends around the time he was arrested in October of 2016, the tape has X breaking down what led to him assaulting his ex and why she knew he was capable of worse. “I put my source of happiness in another person, which was a mistake initially, right? But she fell through on every occasion until now. Until I started f*cking her up bruh. I started f*cking her up because she made one mistake. And from there, the whole cycle went down. Now she’s scared. That girl is scared for her life. Which I understand.” He later explained why she feared for her life stating, “I’m in the New Times for Stabbing. How many people they put in the news? They said three. It was eight. In Deerfield. She knows that. She seen this sh*t.” Pitchfork was able to get their hands on the disturbing 27-minute tape through the Miami-Dade County state attorney’s office but only made a few minutes of the recording available for public consumption. While everyone is familiar with the charges he caught for putting hands on his ex-girlfriend the stabbing incidents were news to some fans and authorities. On the tape, in addition to the threats against his ex-girlfriend, XXXTentacion also referred to a stabbing incident in Deerfield Beach, Florida, saying, “I’m on[Miami] New Times for stabbing, how many people they put in the news? They said three, it was eight.” (On January 21, 2016, a local Florida newspaper reported that police were “searching for the person who stabbed three people during a fight in Deerfield Beach.” There is no record of anyone being charged with the stabbing, but a Broward County Sheriff’s Office report from the incident states that a witness “saw an unknown black male with tattoos on his face swinging a knife in multiple directions.”) Regardless of XXXTentacion’s very troubled history he has some of the hardest ride or die fans of any artist past or present and though his comments on this tape were disturbing we’re almost certain it won’t change how his millions of followers feel about his legacy. One package was addressed to Hilary Clinton in New York and the other was addressed to Barack Obama in Washington D.C. CNN reports : Neither Obama nor Clinton received the packages or were at risk of receiving them, the Secret Service said. They were discovered during “routine mail screening procedures as potential explosive devices and were appropriately handled as such.” The FBI said the package intended for Clinton was found in the vicinity of her residence in Chappaqua, New York, but offered no additional comment, citing the ongoing investigation. Representatives for the Clintons referred press inquiries to the Secret Service, and a spokeswoman for Obama did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Both packages were sent at the same time and are being investigated. A ndrew Gillum was fighting off “smear tactics” and said he was ready to talk about the “issues” in the hours ahead of his Florida gubernatorial debate rematch against Republican Ron DeSantis on Wednesday night in West Palm Beach. READ MORE: 5 Takeaways From Andrew Gillum’s Masterful Debate Dismantling Of Ron DeSantis The Tallahassee mayor and Democratic nominee who could become the state’s first Black governor’s comments came in a tweet Wednesday morning that was likely in reference to the onslaught of Republican- and white nationalist-funded efforts like this week’s racist robocalls to voters. My opponent is trying to do everything he can to distract & use smear tactics—but the second debate is tonight & here’s what I’ll be ready to talk about: issues that Floridians care about. I’m running for governor to represent all of them & no distractions can change that. — Andrew Gillum (@AndrewGillum) October 24, 2018 Some of that negative attention has included allegations of corruption against Gillum, who has been accused of inappropriately accepting free tickets to see a Broadway play in New York City in 2016. Gillum has denied the accusations and there have never been any criminal charges over the allegations. Still, debate viewers can expect for that topic to dominate the rematch early on considering the resurgence of the topic in the media. Another surefire bet for the debate is the topic of racism, something that has been steadily streaming out of DeSantis’ campaign since Gillum won the Democratic primary in August. The day after Gillum’s victory, DeSantis made it a point toll Florida voters not to “monkey up” the election by electing a Democrat (who happened to be Black). More apparent proof that DeSantis is at the very least a white supremacy sympathizer has been leaking along the way, culminating on Monday with a fresh round of racist robocalls that featured monkey sounds in the background. Even still, with all of that background noise trying to drown out the very loud racism associated with DeSantis, it would seem that Floridians remained more concerned with those same “issues” Gillum said he was ready to talk about in Wednesday’s debate than the conveniently timed political “distractions” that routinely come up in campaigns with national implications. As of Wednesday, the mayor was polling nearly 6 percentage points ahead of DeSantis, who exposed himself during the first debate Sunday as being more worried about attacking Gillum than with policy. A package intended for a Congressional mail sorting facility in Maryland was addressed to Waters, according to several reports . The White House denounced the attack on Obama and Clinton in a statement. “These terrorizing acts are despicable, and anyone responsible will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law,” White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said. “The United States Secret Service and other law enforcement agencies are investigating and will take all appropriate actions to protect anyone threatened by these cowards.” The suspicious incidents targeting Clinton, Obama and Soros come roughly two weeks ahead of the Nov. 6 election, a polarizing event that will decide whether Republicans maintain Congressional control. A video of two officers from the Coral Springs Police Department is going viral after one held her down while the other punched her repeatedly. Jeff Johnson spoke about what happened and read the statement that was released by the department defending the officers actions. Spice scammed all of us when she posted a questionable photo on Instagram that left fans speculating she bleached her skin. It turns out, the image was a super effective marketing ploy to grab our attention. Spice released her mixtape Captured , which debuted at #1 on the reggae charts. Spice’s controversial promotion raised eyebrows, but for good reason. Her first single is about the affects of colorism and how it could push someone to bleach their skin. “I get hate from my own race yes that’s a fact,” she raps. “Cause the same black people dem say I’m too black and if you bleach out you skin dem same one come a chat.” Celebrities and artists like Michael Jackson, Vybez Kartel and Sammy Sosa infamously bleached their skin to appear lighter. Spice’s stance, banish colorism, was met with polarizing comments. While some fans understood her message, others couldn’t understand her tactics. I want to congratulate Spice’s PR stunt and people because they successfully nailed these goals. Her single #BlackHypocrisy topping the charts, statement is proved, and her followers grew from 1.4M to 1.6M in a matter of 36 hours. Here, light-skinned means ‘exotic’ to many, and exotic, in turn, is considered to be more interesting,” Michael from Trinidad and Tobago said. “Light-skinned people tend to have the advantage/upper hand when it comes to the way they are treated by the general public. I’m not just saying that. I’ve seen it with my own eyes, and, being dark-skinned, have been on the receiving end of negativity because of my shade of black. After rumors swirled that Mac’s overdose played a part in her breakup with Pete Davidson (he’s publicly stated he smokes weed to deal with his mental issues), Ariana took to IG to post a video of her and Miller during better days. In the video the “Sweetner” singer posted recently we see Mac Miller getting dipped for The Oscars the couple attended with the help his mother Joan and grandmother, Nonna. Unfortunately, that was the last time the couple had a public outing as they broke up a few months later in May of 2017. Obviously, Mac still holds a special place in Ariana Grande’s heart. Sadly, he has another battle to fight—leukemia. Reigns announced on Monday that he’d been dealing with cancer for 11 years of his life and now, it’s returned. Kicking off WWE’s Monday Night Raw he said, “When I was 22 years old, I was diagnosed with this. And very quickly I was able to put it in remission. But I’m not going to lie, that was the hardest time in my life. I didn’t have a job, I didn’t have any money, I didn’t have a home and I had a baby on the way.” He made it clear, however, that he plans on getting back in the ring soon. “I want to make one thing clear—by no means is this a retirement speech,” he said. “I will beat this and I will be back, so you will see me very very soon.” Following Reign’s emotional announcement, John Cena and Mick Foley tweeted out words of support . ‘Courage – strength in the face of pain or grief.’ You have given us your everything including a courageously vulnerable moment.
