The comedian was slapped with a $25,000 judgment from a 2016 incident in where he allegedly punched a man in the face. The Blast reports : According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a Georgia judge has granted a default judgment in favor of Tyrell Williams against Katt. Williams has also filed docs to start the process of seizing Katt’s assets to collect on the $25k. Back in 2016, Tyrell Williams sued the comedian accusing him of punching him in the face at an after-hours party. Williams claimed following one of Katt’s shows, he attended an after-hours party and began to Snapchat a picture of Katt According to the outlet, Tyrell Williams says Katt Williams snatched his iPhone out his hand and the fists went flying. Source: TMZ / TMZ Today (April 18), Chicago rapper G Herbo was arrested for battery in Atlanta. Even worse, he is alleged to have put hands on his baby mama. Reports TMZ : According to Atlanta Police … the rapper and Ari got into it Wednesday morning — mostly yelling at each other — but at some point, cops say Herbo assaulted her. Cops say he then left the location with their son but later returned … and after officers spoke to him, they arrested him for simple battery. Cops say Ariana sustained minor scratches during the altercation, and right now it’s unclear what triggered the alleged assault. Cops are continuing their investigation. But but wait it gets worse… Perhaps complicating matters for G Herbo is the fact Ari is now dating boxer Gervonta Davis … and is actually about 14 weeks pregnant with his child. Reportedly Herbo is still jail while his bond is set at $100.

Reviewers who have gotten their hands on test devices are now reporting the phones in their possession are breaking. This is not the news Samsung wanted to hear after releasing its very impressive Galaxy S10 family of phones. For the most part when the Galaxy Fold was revealed, and tech enthusiasts got to experience it reactions were favorable to the technological marvel. With the $2,000 phone’s release on the horizon, reviewers were finally able to get their hands on the device, and Samsung’s worst nightmare is happening the phones are “breaking” with the screens malfunctioning. My colleague opened the Galaxy Fold and it started doing this. So, long answer to your question @WilfredFrost , the hinge doesn’t seem very rugged after all. In his defense, it does look like one of those screens that are placed on new devices to protect the screen from scratches and breaks while being shipped. The phone comes with this protective layer/film. Samsung says you are not supposed to remove it. I removed it, not knowing you’re not supposed to (consumers won’t know either). It appeared removable in the left corner, so I took it off. He was given a replacement device by Samsung. PSA: There's a layer that appears to be a screen protector on the Galaxy Fold's display. It's NOT a screen protector. Do NOT remove it. I got this far peeling it off before the display spazzed and blacked out. In a statement, the Korean tech giant stated it will inspect those malfunctioning units “thoroughly” and that the protective covering is part of the display and is meant to protect the phone from “unintended scratches.” They also add that placing any adhesives to the main display will even break the phone as well. The company does promise relay that information to customers when the Fold is released. Source: Detroit Free Press / Getty As news spread that the White House offered to help France rebuild after the Notre Dame Cathedral fire in Paris, Americans were outraged since adequate help had not yet been provided to the community of Flint, Michigan right here at home. Fortunately, on Monday, it was announced Flint is finally set to receive the remaining $77.7 million it was promised, as part of the $120 million loan allocated to the city back in 2017 following their water crisis . “$77.7 million in loan assistance at a zero percent interest rate with 100-percent principal loan forgiveness,” Michigan Department of Environmental Quality announced . “The loan will fund the completion of a secondary water source pipeline, Dort Street and Cedar Street Reservoir and Pump Station improvements, construction of a chemical feed building, replacement of the Northwest transmission main, water main and water meter replacement, water quality monitoring panels, and contingency service line replacement funding. These projects will enhance the water distribution system by ensuring long-term compliance and protection of public health.” Monroe County and the City of East Lansing will also receive funding to improve their respective water distribution systems . “While we are grateful for this funding it’s important to understand it’s not new funding,” Flint’s Director of Public Works Rob Bincsik said, according to MLive . “The federal government awarded this funding and is utilizing the MDEQ’s Drinking Water Revolving Fund as the mechanism to disperse it to the City of Flint.” This is great news and we’ll continue to keep you informed as updates are provided. Her criminal past was cited for her being denied entry into a mental health program, instead of a possible jail sentence. Reports TMZ : We broke the story … the ‘Love & Hip Hop’ star submitted a petition in her child abuse case to allow her to get treatment for a serious mental illness, which she claimed she was diagnosed with around the same time she was charged with child abuse in Georgia. Tommie got her answer — no can do. According to a new legal doc obtained by TMZ … the Assistant District Attorney determined Lee’s criminal history and background — along with other evidence, facts and allegations — “make her an inappropriate candidate for an accountability court.” Back in January, Tommie was indicted on multiple child abuse charges and she’s facing up to 54 years in prison if she is convicted.
