Political rhetoric on the floor of the House of Representatives took a surprisingly personal turn last night when Jackie Speier (D-CA) shared that she had lost a baby after having gone through an abortion procedure when she was 17 months pregnant. Her impassioned revelation was in response to a graphic description of an abortion procedure that had just been read aloud by Rep. Chris Smith (R-NJ). Kacey Jordan and Kevin Federline: The Abortion Connection

Kacey Jordan has standards. The 22-year old might be one of several hundred porn stars that have partied with Charlie Sheen , but she draws the line at having a baby with Britney Spears’ trashy sex. If ever there were spokespeople for the Pro Choice movement… According to Radar Online, Jordan often got wasted with Kevin Federline three years ago. They would “hang out at his Tarzana house” and one thing would lead to another which, allegedly, then led to another: a fetus that Kacey aborted. “Right after the abortion, her partying got so out of control that she left the porn business for a while and straightened up,” a source claims . This same insider says Kacey has been hospitalized in the past for a “drug and heart” problem. The former centered around crack and cocaine. Federline’s rep said “no comment” when asked about this story, which might be the most shocking development of all: Kevin Federline still has a rep?!?

Jesus Take Wheel: Black Philadelphia Abortion Doctor Charged With 8 Counts Of Murder

WTF: An abortion doctor who catered to minorities, immigrants and poor women was charged with eight counts of murder in the deaths of a patient and seven babies who were born alive and then killed with scissors, prosecutors said Wednesday. Dr. Kermit Gosnell, 69, made millions of dollars over 30 years, performing as many illegal, late-term abortions as he could, prosecutors said. State regulators ignored complaints about him and failed to visit or inspect his clinic since 1993, but no charges were warranted against them, District Attorney Seth Williams said. Gosnell, his wife and eight other colleagues were arrested overnight Tuesday following a grand jury investigation, MyFoxPhilly.com reports. According to the district attorney’s office, Gosnell is facing murder in the third degree for the death of 41-year-old Karnamaya Mongar. The patient died Nov. 20, 2009, when she was overdosed with anesthetics prescribed by Gosnell, according to the station. Williams said during a press conference Wednesday that Gosnell “induced labor, forced the live birth of viable babies in the sixth, seventh, eighth month of pregnancy and then killed those babies by cutting into the back of the neck with scissors and severing their spinal cord.” The district attorney also said patients were subjected to squalid and barbaric conditions at Gosnell’s Women’s Medical Society. Authorities went to investigate drug-related complaints at the clinic last year and stumbled on what Williams called a “house of horrors.” “There were bags and bottles holding aborted fetuses scattered throughout the building,” Williams said. “There were jars, lining shelves, with severed feet that he kept for no medical purpose.” The clinic was shut down and Gosnell’s medical license was suspended after the raid. Workers, some of whom were also charged with murder, were untrained and unlicensed, including a high-school student who performed anesthesia with potentially lethal narcotics, Williams said. Gosnell has been named in at least 10 malpractice suits, including one over the death of a woman who died of sepsis and a perforated uterus. “I am aware that abortion is a hot-button topic,” Williams told reporters. “But as district attorney, my job is to carry out the law. A doctor who knowingly and systematically mistreats female patients, to the point that one of them dies in his so-called care, commits murder under the law.” Wow. This is crazy!! What kind of sick f*ck does this??? Source

2,000 Fetuses Found At Thai Buddhist Temple

BANGKOK — Thai police investigating a strong smell emanating from a Buddhist temple have found more than 2,000 fetuses hidden in the complex's morgue that appear to have come from illegal abortion clinics. During an initial investigation at the temple in Bangkok on Tuesday, police discovered piles of plastic bags containing more than 300 fetuses. Police Lt. Col. Kanathud Musiganont said workers pulled more bodies from the temple's morgue Friday. More than 2,000 have been unearthed from vaults where bodies are traditionally interred pending cremation, which under some circumstances can take place years after death. Abortion is illegal in Thailand except under three conditions – if a woman is raped, if the pregnancy affects her health or if the fetus is abnormal. Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva said Friday that more must be done to prevent illegal abortions but that his government would not revise the abortion-related laws. He said his government has discussed the matter and believed that “the existing laws are appropriate and flexible enough.” Several people have already been arrested in the case: two undertakers for hiding bodies to conceal the cause of death and an abortion clinic employee on charges of operating an unlicensed medical clinic and performing abortions. The undertakers could each be sent to prison for up to one year and fined 2,000 baht ($67). The clinic employee – who police said confessed she had delivered the fetuses to the morgue workers starting early this year – could face up to five years in jail and a fine of 10,000 baht ($333). added by: Chango2000

Lindsay Lohan’s Ass in Denim of the Day

Rehab bores me but not as much as people who say “Rehab is for Quitters”. I saw that tee shirt a decade ago and you don’t have to keep bringing it up, it’s played out, it’s lived it’s life, and let’s focus on the good things that come out of rehab and that’s Lohan’s ass…. I have a feeling that Lohan was high the entire time she was faking being in rehab, if she wasn’t, I think she would have killed herself, because girls like this are serious pains in the ass for everyone who has to deal with them when these spoiled cunts don’t get what they want… They are the worst kind of people, they are not decent people especially when they don’t get their drugs, while in lockdown while all their fake friends are out at the glamourous events they should be at…. I just like looking at Lohan’s ass from the comfort of my own shit stained couch cuz I know so many cocks have been in it over the years and at this angle I don’t have to smell the stale semen, disease and leftovers from her abortion (s). I wish I wasn’t lazy and sent her a get well soon card while I knew where to find her. It coulda made for good content, but instead, here are some pics.

WaPo Warns of ‘Far Right’ Ken Cuccinelli, But Virginia’s Democrat Stars Are ‘Centrists’

The Washington Post’s undisguised loathing for conservative Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli is on display again Tuesday. Post reporter Anita Kumar put him on the “far right” and questioned the propriety (and even the constitutionality) of his working relationship with other Republicans in Richmond.  Kumar began by noting a list of Cuccinell’s “controversial” legal opinions, that “police could check the immigration status of those stopped by law-enforcement officers, that the state could impose stricter oversight of clinics that perform abortions and that local governments could allow religious holiday displays on public property.  In each instance, the request for the opinion came from the same person: Del. Robert G. Marshall (Prince William), a like-minded Republican who shares Cuccinelli’s far-right views .” Kumar obviously asked it this “symbiotic relationship” was unconstitutional legal activism that goes around the legislature: Observers say their relationship has become symbiotic — one that helps each promote themselves and advance their interests — but in a way no one envisioned before. “It’s not unconstitutional,” said A.E. Dick Howard, a law professor at the University of Virginia and one of the drafters of the modern Virginia Constitution. “It’s just not contemplated. It’s outside what the framers of the Constitution would have seen.” Democrats, who hold narrow control of the state Senate, accuse the pair of attempting to make an end run around a divided General Assembly, which had already considered — and rejected — similar proposals regarding abortion and immigration. “It circumvents the people’s elected representation,” Sen. R. Edward Houck (D-Spotsylvania) said. “It seems to me perfectly obvious what’s going on. They are now using this legal activism.” Notice the Post has no labels for the Democrats. Kumar ends with a liberal legislator (no label, just a Cuccinelli opponent): Sen. Mary Margaret Whipple (D-Arlington), who often opposed Cuccinelli in the Senate, said she predicts that the General Assembly will try to stop his actions through bills and amendments when the legislature returns in January. “It’s an element of checks and balances,” she said. The completely politicized Post is obviously nervous that Cuccinelli will seek the governor’s office or challenge their heartthrob Sen. Jim Webb in 2012. Kumar isn’t looking to put any Democrat on the “far left” in Virginia, or even describe them as liberal. On the American Conservative Union scale, Webb has an average score of 14. Sen. Mark Warner has a 24. But Kumar sold Warner as a “pro-business centrist” even while he raised taxes. Editorial Promoting Telemed Abortions in Iowa Admits They’re Currently Being Done Illegally

In a September 5 editorial promoting the legalization of RU-486 telemed abortions, the Des Moines Register editorial board had to admit Planned Parenthood of the Heartland is currently committing them illegally.  Read carefully: … Planned Parenthood of the Heartland has used telemedicine as it was intended: to expand access to legal health services in rural Iowa. The challenge of that smart approach should prompt state leaders to update laws and policies – to give Iowans increased access to health care, including abortion, through the use of technology . Now it’s up to Iowa leaders to: – Re-evaluate outdated abortion laws in this state. The law requiring physicians to perform abortions made sense when all abortions were surgical procedures. But that requirement is called into question now that women are increasingly choosing to take a drug…. Iowa should take a step forward in fostering 21st century medicine – including using it to give women access to a legal medical procedure. In touting the need for telemed abortions in rural areas, the editorial board did not present a solution for aborting mothers who encounter emergencies in rural areas. Instead the editorial board ridiculously relied on unsubstantiated data from the fox guarding the hen house to say the hens are safe: PP says that of the 1,500 women who have used telemedicine for abortions over the past 2 years, none has reported complications. Yes, let’s take the word of the megaabortion industry committing these abortions to say all is well. Are you really that gullible, Des Moines Register ? Not one complication of 1,500 telemed abortions committed over the course of 2 years? Not one ? Planned Parenthood Federation lists 5 possible complications, which I’m copying and pasting: an allergic reaction to either of the pills incomplete abortion – part of the pregnancy is left inside the uterus infection undetected ectopic pregnancy very heavy bleeding (To clarify, by “part of the pregnancy… left inside the uterus,” PP means not to say “part of the baby.”) So out of 1,500 abortions there has not been one allergic reaction, not one infection, not one ectopic pregnancy found after the fact, and not one case of heavy bleeding? Wow. I skipped the complication of an “incomplete abortion” because the PP Federation elsewhere states : Complete abortion will occur in 96–97 percent of women who choose mifepristone. In the small percentage of cases that medication abortion fails, other abortion procedures are required to end the pregnancies. This means PP of the Heartland, which should have encountered 45-60 incomplete abortions out of 1,500 RU-486 telemed abortions, in actuality encountered not one ? Wow again. That’s amazing. Because if there were any complications or need for surgical abortions in the event of an RU-486 fail, again the question for mothers in rural areas would be, where to go? Had the Des Moines Register editorial board written this opinion piece for a Journalism 101 class, it would have gotten an F for not checking the obviously biased source of a pretty incredible and unsubstantiated statistic. And the board had the nerve to call pro-lifers “backward.”

MSM Acknowledges Lisa Murkowski Lost Primary Because She’s Pro-Abortion But Thinks We’re Crazy

Even though liberal MSM types like Ron Elving , senior Washington editor at NPR , have a hard time understanding what’s going on, they are giving credit for Joe Miller’s Alaska GOP Senate primary (apparent) victory to pro-life voters. But the title and opening paragraph of Elving’s August 26 piece not so subtly tell us he thinks Alaskans have gone crazy… Elving, among others, still can’t fathom that pro-lifers now comprise the majority. Even if so, he thinks people who believe preborn humans shouldn’t be slaughtered for convenience and profit, and/or parents who want to know before their daughters abort (which was the ballot initiative that helped get voters out), wear tin hats. Nevertheless, he gave us credit: Which kind of AK Republican was most motivated for this primary? The answer appears to be the populist, evangelical, anti-abortion Republicans who are likely to identify with the movement known as the Tea Party . Murkowski [pictured right] had a vulnerability within her own party because she was a supporter of abortion rights in some cases . While abortion views are divided in AK as elsewhere, opposition to abortion is more concentrated in the Republican Party. And this week’s ballot featured a voter measure on requiring parental notification prior to an abortion for a minor. Murkowski endorsed the measure, but the anti-abortion activists who came out to vote for it may well have preferred Miller’s anti-abortion credentials overall . It was also this issue that influenced former AK Gov. Sarah Palin to switch her support from Murkowski to Miller…. [W]hen Miller later emerged as an anti-abortion champion aligned with the Tea Party and other Palin causes, the state’s most mediagenic citizen made her move. It didn’t hurt that Mike Huckabee , the former minister, governor and presidential candidate who also appears on Fox News , came to the state to campaign for Miller….   Politics and World News also gave the nod for Wilson’s (apparent) win to those who believe preborn babies shouldn’t be suctioned and chopped, nor should 12-yr-olds almost certainly impregnated under shady circumstances be secreted away for abortions without their parents knowing… as did the Anchorage Daily News … Note in ADN’s story how enthusiastically Miller supported Ballot Measure 2, in contrast to Murkowski’s tepid support, clearly trying to straddle the fence… The abortion issue may have cost embattled… Murkowski an untold number of votes Tuesday to Republican primary challenger Joe Miller , say anti-abortion activists. The ballot also included a sharply contested voter initiative generally requiring parents to be notified before their teen receives an abortion. Miller [pictured below left, with voters] came out strongly for Ballot Measure 2. “He told voters over and over again: Flip your ballot over, vote ‘yes on 2.’ Before you vote for me, vote ‘yes on 2.’ Ballot Measure 2 is much more important than this Senate race,” said Bernadette Wilson, campaign manager for Alaskans for Parental Rights, the “yes on 2” group. Murkowski never did the same, Wilson said. All the other statewide Republican candidates gave money to the effort. Murkowski didn’t, Wilson said. Supporters of the parental notification requirement noticed, she said. Murkowski’s campaign said the senator supported Measure 2 and went to 2 fundraisers for it. But her campaign lawyer advised that she couldn’t let Alaskans for Parental Rights use her name in its materials, because that would amount to an illegal campaign contribution to her, under federal election law, according to an e-mailed copy of the analysis. The initiative, which marked the first time Alaskans confronted an abortion issue at the polls, passed with 55 percent of the vote. In addition… AK Family Council asked candidates detailed questions on abortion and other social issues. Murkowski’s answers showed her to be pro-choice, while Miller was the opposite… The political group sent the answers to thousands of its supporters, as well as pastors and the media…. Murkowski’s record on abortion is complex . She has long said abortion decisions are between a woman and her doctor, and in her first appointed Senate term, she voted for a nonbinding “sense of the Senate” that supported Roe v. Wade . But she’s voted against federal funding for abortion, and supported a ban on late-term abortions…. Alaskans for Parental Rights never told its backers to vote for Miller, and didn’t work on his campaign, Wilson said. But it didn’t have to. Weeks ago, when her group first waved their “yes on 2” signs along the Seward Highway in Midtown, Miller drove past, then made a U-turn to join them, Wilson said. On Election Day, Miller waved one of their signs along with one of his own. “People who voted ‘yes’ on Ballot Measure 2 and people who voted for Joe Miller are of like mind,” Wilson said. “People kind of linked arms and came to the polls for both.” “There’s no doubt that Lisa Murkowski’s pro-abortion views had an influence on this election,” [council president Jim ] Minnery said. Of note is I learned about this MSM articles via Robin Marty at the pro-abort site RH Reality Check , who seemed to have no wind in her sails when reporting the AK pro-life phenomenon…. no excuses, no rationalization, even appearing to defend Murkowski as a supporter of Measure 2 by reposting her excuse for lack of overt support.
