In the days since the world learned that Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert are getting divorced , a little-known country singer named Cady Groves has been getting a of attention on Twitter. Rumors about an affair between Blake and Cady have been circulating for years, and many fans believe the 25-year-old songstress may have contributed to the destruction of Shelton’s marriage. Adding fuel to the fire is the fact that Groves began posting cryptic tweets about love and relationships just hours after Blake and Miranda announced their split. “I am a good person,” Cady tweeted earlier. “Do not judge someone if you don’t know anything about anything. It’s ridiculous.” Groves re-tweeted several supportive messages from fans, including one that reads in part, “I can only imagine what you are going through.” She has yet to deny or directly address the rumors that she had an affair with Shelton. Both Lambert and Shelton have been accused of infidelity by various sources, and country singer Chris Young has issued a statement denying rumors that he and Lambert slept together. It appears that Groves plans to continue keeping relatively mum on the subject. We expect she’ll address the reports about her relationship with Shelton at some point, but until then, her strange way of beating around the bush will no doubt continue to pique the public’s interest.
