Jennifer Aniston’s got a long list of ex-lovers. No doubt. It’s not necessarily a bad thing — because her exes are extremely supportive and she’s even friends with most of them to this day. But she’s currently got a major blank space and she just informed us that she’s not opposed to writing a new name! (Sorry for quoting Taylor Swift it just felt really necessary.) In Jen’s recent cover story for the June/July issue of Harper’s Bazaar , she was interviewed by her longtime friend, comedian Tig Notaro, about all things fame, aging and ( omg ) dating! The Mystery Murder actress explains that she is not looking for love, however, she is very open to welcoming it if it comes her way. And we’re talking about Jennifer Aniston here — so we’re more than 100% sure it will. She also revealed that she doesn’t believe in a single soul mate — she believes in many! “I think we have many soul mates. I don’t think there’s one and one only. I think we have soul clusters,” she said. “I’ve had some of my friends for 35 years. I think we’ve all made some sort of unconscious agreement. It’s like when certain groups of people meet, they form a little soul cluster — a sort of common group of souls who have been put together.” She’s definitely referencing her Friends co-stars here, right?! Jen has been married twice before — to Brad Pitt from 2000-20005, and to Justin Theroux from 2015-2017 . And while her split from Justin is her most recent she admits that she is not scarred nor “tired of love.” “Am I on OkCupid? No. I have zero time, to be honest. My focus has been on the show, so dating has not been one of my first priorities,” she said. “I feel like whatever [romance] looks like, it will present itself, and it’s not about seeking it out, you know?” “When it comes knocking, it’s going to be welcomed,” she continued. “I’m not like, ‘No, I’m done with that. That’s never going to happen again.’ My time on this planet has been about… It hasn’t looked a certain way. It’s my way; it’s what I’ve been given this round.” “But I would say I don’t find any of my past has given me a reason to harden up and create a shell or a wall of ‘No more, that’s it, I’m closed.'” And when it comes to what she is looking for in her next bachelor? Someone with a good “sense of humor. Strong sense of self-worth, confidence, kindness, generosity. Good people surrounding them,” she explains. For the cover story, the actress posed topless and opened up about why she had absolutely no problem doing so. “There was a version of an outfit that we did without a top, but I’m covering my breasticles. There’s nothing offensive out there for anyone unless they think breasts themselves are offensive,” she said. “It felt completely normal. I think our bodies are beautiful, and I think celebrating them and being comfortable in them — no matter what age you are — is important. “There shouldn’t be any kind of shame or discomfort around it,” Aniston added. Besides, she says, “My body feels better than ever.” Although she admits, “I can’t really spring up like I used to.” Aniston also provides some tips to her fans who wonder whether or not they should ask to get a quick photo with her. And basically — unless you’re a child, do not ask. “I try to have a rule: I only take photos with kids,” she disclosed. “It was a hard boundary for me to create because people get really pissed off at you. But you have to have limits. Otherwise, you’ll just be standing there doing selfies on a corner for decades.” Jen isn’t big into taking photos anyway — we assume, considering her non-existent Instagram account. Who does she think she is?! But her logic behind refusing to join the most popular social media platform is totally understandable and ( sadly ) pretty dead-on. “When anyone ever says, ‘You’re not on Instagram, but you know you’re going to have to join it,’ I’m like, ‘But do I?'” she rants. “Do you know what it’s like to sit in a room and watch someone struggle to put a post up, and then you’re like, ‘I think we’ve lost 45 minutes of our time together while you sat there and stared at a phone and tried to figure out what funny caption or what picture would be interesting.'” “Really? For someone out there to go, ‘You know what? I don’t like it,'” she states proudly. At one point in the interview, Tig recalled a meeting she was at with Jen in which the actress spotted a pile of gossip magazines in the waiting room and threw them in the trash can, according to Too Fab . “There I would be on the cover, cradling my soon-to-be-born fictional child,” she joked. “I do that in every room I go into, by the way. Every doctor’s office… I used to go to newsstands too.” And as for Brad Pitt and the public’s fascination of the two getting back together — well, people should just trash that as well. Entertainment Tonight shared a video of Pitt recently being questioned by a photographer as the actor walked to his car in Los Angeles. “I gotta ask you, everyone wants to know, are you and Jen getting back?” the photog asked. Pitt’s response was simply, “Oh my god,” followed by laughter. It’s been fourteen years since the two called off their marriage, yet they can’t seem to escape their reconciliation rumors. Brad and Jen have also been a huge topic of interest ever since he showed up to her 50th birthday bash , though close soures claim that “they’ve come so far since their marriage and plan to stay friends for life.” And even though he didn’t completely deny their dating rumors — it seems they’re both ready for us to move on.
