Yes, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are most definitely back together, a new report confirms. But that doesn’t mean all things Robsten are rosy and bright these days. A source tells Us Weekly that the pair spend Thanksgiving with Robert’s family in London, but Pattinson is still hesitant to fully commit to the relationship. “Rob is at a point where he sometimes ignores her,” the tabloid alleges. “He’ll go out and won’t respond to her calls or texts right away. Things will be strained for a while.” How is Stewart reacting to these changes in moods? Says the same source: “She knows she has to go along with it. She is working hard at the relationship.” But this is the real question: How will the couple survive when Stewart wrecks Ben Affleck’s marriage ? It could be tough to bounce back from that one.

It’s unclear if they were indeed vying for Max George’s affections; The Wanted singer is said to have spurned the star and flirted with Mitchell, further angering Lohan. As for hitting Tiffany, which got Lindsay Lohan arrested for assault, she denies it 100 percent and says she’s being set up … stop us if you’ve heard that one. The fisticuffs involved Berry#39;s ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry and her fiance, actor Olivier Martinez. Aubry was arrested after the fight, which left him with a black eye, a broken rib and other injuries. Attorneys for Halle Berry and her ex-boyfriend have settled court issues that arose after a Thanksgiving Day fight at the actress#39; home. Forget the He Said/He Said behind last week’s brawl between Gabriel Aubry and Olivier Martinez . Here is what the police reportedly say: Aubry will NOT face any criminal charges as a result of the incident, which he swears under oath was instigated by Halle Berry’s fiancé on Thanksgiving morning – and which the recent batch of bloody Gabriel Aubry photos make clear was especially one-sided. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the fight has been labeled ” mutual combat ,” meaning neither party is to legally blame. Elsewhere, Aubry was shot down in court yesterday in his attempt to overturn a restraining order against him. He is still barred from getting within 100 yards of Berry, Martinez or daughter Nahla. But that document expires tomorrow, at which time the actress and the French actor are expected back in court to fight for an extension.
Gabriel Aubry is telling a very different story than the one that’s been reported regarding his brawl and arrest for battery on Thanksgiving. With Halle Berry looking to get a restraining order against him, Aubry has already also obtained one against the actress’ fiancee, Olivier Martinez, saying in court documents that the French actor brutally beat him on Thursday after threatening him the day before. According to the Canadian model in a sworn declaration, this is what led to the Gabriel Aubry assault charges: At a school event on Wednesday, Martinez approached Aubry and told him – in French – that he wished he could “beat the sh-t out of him.” Fast forward to Thanksgiving around 10 a.m. and Aubry alleges that Martinez – as opposed to the nanny, which had been customary – met his enemy at the front door when Aubry dropped Nahla off to spend the day with her mother. From there, Martinez leaped off the stairs and went all Chris Brown on Aubry, beating him and yelling that Aubry cost him $3 million in his and Berry’s failed attempt to move Nahla to Paris . He slammed Aubry’s head against the driveway and eventually told him: “We called the cops… you’re going to tell them that you’re the one who attacked me, or I’m going to kill you.” Law enforcement officials tell TMZ that Aubry did not mention this threat when they initially talked to him at the scene. Berry’s side, of course, says that Aubry initiated the brawl, going “nuts” soon after dropping Nahla off for the day, according to the first report filed after this story broke. Charlie Sheen Gave Lindsay Lohan Money For Tax Debt Via TMZ reports : Don’t ever say Charlie Sheen’s not the charitable type — because he recently cut Lindsay Lohan a $100,000 check to cover the actress’ six-figure tax bill … all out of the goodness of his heart … sources tell TMZ. Sources close to Lindsay tell us she and Charlie became close pals while on the set of “Scary Movie 5″ back in September — spending a lot of time together both on and off the set. During their bonding period, we’re told Lindsay and Charlie talked about everything — and at one point, Lindsay mentioned her ongoing tax problems. We’re told Charlie offered to cut her a check then and there to get the IRS off her tail, but Lindsay refused. Fast forward to last week — sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ, Lindsay’s biz manager received a check from Charlie for $100,000. We’re told Lindsay was blown away by Charlie’s generosity — and immediately applied the money to her outstanding tax bill. TMZ broke the story … Lindsay allegedly owed Uncle Sam $233,904 in unpaid taxes for 2009 and 2010 — but thanks to Charlie, that number’s nearly been cut in half. As we reported, Lindsay’s slated to earn over $2 MILLION by the end of this year — but who knows where that’s going. So Charlie gave Lindsay $100K out of the goodness of his coked lil heart? Halle Berry is not wasting any time in her legal fight against ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry. Following the Thanksgiving brawl between Aubry and Berry’s fiance, actor Olivier Martinez – which resulted in Aubry receiving a black eye and being arrested for battery – a judge issued the actress a protective order against her ex. But it expires tomorrow. As a result, Berry’s attorneys will be in family court this week, seeking to force Aubry to keep 100 yards away from Halle, Olivier and daughter Nahla for an indefinite period of time. This won’t be the first time Gabriel’s temper is brought up in court. In January, he was accused of screaming at a nanny and shoving her out a door… while the woman was cradling his child in her arms. Fortunately for Aubry back then, that nanny did not pack the punch of Olivier Martinez .
“I have a very few loves. And [Liz] actually has a quote that she said is she#39;s infatuated with being in love. And I don#39;t see anything wrong with that,” the actress told Access. “I think that love comes and goes and you know, when you find the right person eventually then it#39;s meant to happen.
