Rachel Roy Says Damon Dash Hasn’t Made Regular Child Support Payments Despite Earning $2.3 Million Damon Dash hasn’t paid his ex-wife Rachel Roy child support regularly in nearly a year, even though he’s made more than $2 million, Bossip has learned. Roy said in court papers that Dash owes her nearly $42,000 in back child support. “The defendant has put his children in a very difficult position by refusing to pay child support,” Roy said in a sworn affidavit filed in L.A. County Superior Court. “I am the sole support for the two children of the marriage, and they depend on the child support the court has ordered the defendant to pay.” The fashion designer made the shocking claims in a court filing for out-of-state custody of the former couple’s two girls, Ava, 15, and Tallulah, 8. Dash was supposed to pay Roy $6,000 a month in child support as part of the terms of their 2009 divorce settlement, as well as pay for their daughters private school and maintain their two condos in Downtown Manhattan. But Roy said in the affidavit that although Dash made $2.3 million from the sale of the Rachel Roy IP company, Dash is always late in paying the child support as well as one daughter’s school and camp fees. “I have been late paying my bills several times due to the defendants refusal to timely pay his support allegations.” The divorce agreement required Dash to keep the finances in order on their two Manhattan apartments. But Roy found out both were in foreclosure, and Roy paid the condo boards more than $280,000 to stop them from both getting sued. Dash promised Roy to repay the money, but she said he’s only paid $30,000 so far. The couple married in 2004 and split after five years. Meanwhile, Dash has spent the past month ranting against Roy on social media, accusing her of keeping the girls away from him and using them as bargaining chips. “There is a very serious problem in that the defendant seems to feel that agreements and court orders do not require his compliance,” Roy said in the affidavit. “He seems to feel that he can add new conditions and change rules at a whim, and there is no higher authority than him.”
NY Woman Detained In Psych Ward After Insisting She Is Employed, Followed By Obama On Twitter A woman’s insistence that President Obama follows her on Twitter landed her in a Harlem psychiatric ward for a hellish week of forced injections, sedatives, and therapy sessions meant to convince her to verbally deny that she was gainfully employed at a Queens bank. Kam Brock of Long Island faced a frightening eight-day ordeal, beginning when she was pulled over while driving through Harlem in a BMW — an activity which NYPD officers seem to have found suspicious. Via NYDN : The bizarre experience began Sept. 12, when the NYPD seized her prized 2003 BMW 325Ci in Harlem because they suspected she was high on weed, her attorney, Michael Lamonsoff, said. Cops found no marijuana but confiscated her ride anyway, he said. The NYPD declined to comment. The following day, Brock walked into the NYPD’s Public Service Area 6 stationhouse in Harlem to retrieve her car, her suit charges. “Next thing you know, the police held onto me, the doctor stuck me with a needle and I was knocked out,” Brock said, tearing up. “I woke up to them taking off my underwear and then went out again. I woke up the next day in a hospital robe.” Lamonsoff said race may have been a factor in the way Brock was treated. “How would you act if you were being told you were crazy?” he said. However, that is exactly what officials insisted. They insisted that not only was she delusional about President Obama following her on Twitter, but they doubted that she held down a job of any sort. Among the hospital’s goals of “rehabilitating” Brock, official documents in her file read: “Objective: Patient will verbalize the importance of education for employment and will state that Obama is not following her on Twitter.” “Patient’s weaknesses: inability to test reality, unemployment.” For eight days, she attended group therapy, endured injections of sedatives, and took lorazepam and lithium, medical records show, according to Lamonsoff. When she was finally let go, the doctors didn’t tell her why she was being allowed to leave, Brock said. Brock is now suing the hospital to clear the $13,637.10 bill she received upon her release, and also requesting an unspecified amount of additional damages. Jay Z’s Alleged Son Demands Apology, Additional Damages Jay Z may be conceding that the “up-and-coming rapper” that claims to be his offspring is indeed his love child. The rapper is reportedly in talks to settle the matter out of court with Rymir and his family…but apparently that’s not enough. Rymir is now also looking for a formal apology for Jay’s absence in his life. As Rymir’s former guardian Lillie Collie tells RadarOnline : “It is not about the money at all. This is about making sure that Jay Z is held responsible for the emotional damage that he has caused Rymir.” “We are not the only ones who have been fighting for this. There are a lot of people in the courts, in the legal system, and in the justice system that have gone out of their way to support this because they have compassion,” Collie adds. You have to go by what you believe is the truth and the truth in this case is undeniable. Rymir not only looks identical to Jay Z, but he really, really looks a lot like Jay Z’s mother, who is Rymir’s grandmother. Father Throws Daughter Playboy-Themed Bash For 18th Birthday A San Diego dad is behind bars today after throwing a Playboy Mansion-themed bash — complete with drugs, liquor, and lingerie — for his own daughter on her 18th birthday . Apparently he thought it was all approriate since he was there to “chaperone” the debauchery… Via KTLA : A father was facing charges Wednesday in San Diego County after throwing a “Playboy Mansion” themed party for his daughter’s 18th birthday. As many as 200 people attended the party at the home dubbed “Liv’s Playboy Mansion” last Friday night, most of them underage, according to KGTV in San Diego. Pictures posted to social media by some partygoers showed teenagers wearing lingerie and bunny ears including the birthday girl, Olivia Lake. Deputies responding to complaints from neighbors found two unconscious, intoxicated boys in the house, the station reported. The girl’s father, attorney Jeff Lake, was at the home when deputies arrived, according to San Diego County Sheriff’s officials. What kind of father not only approves of his daughter running around drunk, high, and nearly naked with a bunch of horny teenage boys…but fronts the money for the supplies and send out invites?!? Well now, her biological father has come forward with his own set of photos of the little girl in an effort to show that he is indeed in her life. The user known as @madison_mike quietly popped up on Instagram yesterday evening and began posting recent daddy/daughter snaps with the “fatherless” child Jayceon has been touting as his own all over social media. These pics look pretty recent…if the man in the photos truly is Madison’s father, there is no way that she doesn’t know who he is at all. However, whether he is a constant presence in her life or a supportive figure truly remains to be seen. The papers report that he was intensely physically abusive toward his ex-wife in front of their infant son, in a startlingly similar instance of abuse that led to the death of his current wife . Via TMZ : Michael Jace was a violent, abusive husband who choked his wife in front of their kid … this according to legal docs from his prior divorce. Jace — who was booked Tuesday morning for allegedly murdering his wife April — went through a divorce in 1997. In the docs — obtained by TMZ — a friend of Jennifer Bitterman claims she personally witnessed Jace choking and slamming Jennifer against a wall … as his 6-month-old son screamed in his crib next to them. The friend says he was raging and out of control and “seeing the extent of his anger was one of the most terrifying things I have ever seen.” The friend continues … there were multiple physical assaults on the ex-wife. SMH. So Michael has a history of whooping on the women in his life in front of their children!? However, despite hearing the stories of what Michael was capable of, April Jace not only willingly entered a marriage with Michael herself, but defended him in court as a good father who provides a stable home during the divorce proceedings…. US Airways Issues Apology After Posting EXTREMELY Graphic Twitpic Earlier today, US Airways nearly broke the internet after a shockingly graphic photo of woman with a toy airplane shoved into her lady-party was sent out from their Twitter account. The photo was apparently attached to a tweet sent from the airline’s Twitter account in response to a customer who sent them a tweet complaining about a delayed flight. As it was nearly an hour before the photo was removed, it has since made its’ way around cyberspace, which promoted the airline to issue this public statement: No word yet on who sent the pic out or who the woman is in the photo, but let’s just say it definitely puts a new twist on the term “mile-high club.” You can check out the EXTREMELY NSFW photo HERE .
