Turns out Kendall Jenner isn’t comfortable making a huge deal out of every moment in her life. Guess she and Kim Kardashian are only half related … In Kendall’s Sweet 16 special Monday night, the fledgling model flipped the f*%k out on her mom, Kris Jenner, who wanted the party in the Bahamas. “You’re trying to make this bigger and bigger and it’s embarrassing me,” Kendall Jenner complained. “You’re just giving me this [over-the-top party].” “You say you’re giving me all this but I don’t want it!” Fortunately for Kendall, Kris decided to step off. The teenager’s bash was moved to a West Hollywood hotel … nice and quiet, a low key affair (relatively speaking) in which she was given a new Range Rover. Jason Alexander on Britney Spears Engagement: So FAKE!

Britney Spears’ engagement last week was welcome news to millions of fans and celebrities alike, drawing praise from the likes of 50 Cent and even K-Fed . Jason Alexander, however, does not approve. Back in 2004, Brit’s childhood friend personified the term 15 minutes of fame … though it was more like 55 hours. They got married on a whim in Vegas. Their union was annulled less than three days later, but Jason Alexander likely got it in at least once – and continues to throw in his two cents about Brit. In short, he’s not a fan of Jason Trawick. “I know everyone wants me to be happy about this, but I am not,” Alexander, who is now in training for the World of MMA fighting competition (apparently), told Us . “I think it’s fake and I think people are afraid to say it.” “If you look at all the pictures between them there is no connection. They look like they are going through the motions. It seems like a answer to the court thing.” The singer is currently under the conservatorship of her father Jamie Spears, and Trawick, who once served as the star’s agent, meets Jamie’s stamp of approval. “Sort of a nice way to sew it all up; [Britney] marries her handler,” Alexander sniped. “That way she always has someone controlling her. It’s really sort of sad.” Or you’re really sort of bitter. Somehow we doubt he has much contact with Spears these days, has met Jason Trawick , or has any clue what he’s talking about.

By Amy Wilkinson Alexander and Stellan Skarsg&#aring;rd Photo: Jeff Vespa/Getty Images ” Melancholia ” certainly isn’t the first film to contemplate the end of the world as we know it, but the dreamy drama from writer/director Lars von Trier does boast its own noteworthy debut: the teaming of father/son duo Stellan and Alexander Skarsg&#aring;rd In the movie, out Friday (November 11) in New York and L.A., Alexander plays mild-mannered Michael, the man who marries Kirsten Dunst ‘s slightly unhinged Justine. Father Stellan plays Justine’s boss and Michael’s best man, Jack – a role that required the elder Skarsg&#aring;rd to act out some less than savory behavior. “He’s such a douche bag in the movie,” Alexander said with a grin. “Your dad’s a douche bag?” Dunst answered, laughing. “Well, he is,” Alexander confirmed. “What I thought was interesting about Michael was that he’d pick this guy as his best man at his wedding. This is not his best friend. It’s his wife’s boss, and he does it just to kind of help his wife in his career. It says a lot about Michael.” (Not to mention the trajectory of their love affair.) Despite Jack’s unpleasant demeanor, working with dad Stellan was an experience Alexander truly cherished. “It was awesome,” he enthused. “We’ve never worked together before. He’s one of my best friends. I love hanging out with him.
