They put their old house, a 7,817 square feet, 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bath mini mansion in Encino on the market last month. But there was no stress about who would take this baby off their hands. Two months before, they had picked up this little number: It’s a 11,747 square foot French Country-style “faux chateau” located in the gated community of Hidden Hills.
