Damon Feldman has been known for fixing fights and taking short cuts in the past in bypassing state requirements for fighters to obtain a license to box. Mr Feldmans past should be highly considered in this regard if Feldman is not going through the proper channels to ensure the safety of the participants it puts lives at risk. in addition the entire idea of this event is to use racial tensions to lure people in to purchase the event. this will only hurt America as it will continue to stir up racial tensions that have been on going in this nation for quite some time. No Promoter or Celebrity Boxer should ever be allowed to use racial tension to profit. Reports say Feldman says that he is aware of the petition but has not read it. “There are a lot of haters out there,” he says. “But I don’t see color. I’m just in this to make money. Sunday’s Coca-Cola Super Bowl commercial, which featured U.S. citizens singing “America the Beautiful” in various languages, was generally well received. Just not by the Twitter-verse, where many users were live-tweeting the event and quickly lambasted the brand as un-American, or even a terrorist organization. Seriously. People were aghast that there are human beings living in America who don’t speak English, and that Coke might feature them in advertising. Amanda Knox Found Guilty Of Murder Again Amanda needs to get her legal weight up, start writing letters to Obama and pray America doesn’t extradite her. According to USA Today: An Italian court Thursday reinstated the murder conviction of Seattle native Amanda Knox for the stabbing death of Knox’s roommate, the latest twist in a dramatic, long-running case that is likely to be appealed again. Knox, who was in Seattle while the court verdict was reached Thursday night in Florence, was sentenced to 28 1/2 years, while ex-boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito, also charged in the case, received 25 years. The pair had been charged with the grisly murder of Meredeth Kercher, a 21-year-old student found stabbed to death in the Perugia villa that she and Knox had rented in 2007. In a statement, Knox said she was “frightened” and “saddened” by the verdict. She blamed overzealous prosecutors and a “prejudiced and narrow-minded investigation” for what she called a perversion of justice and wrongful conviction. Knox and Sollecito will appeal the verdict. Their first two trials produced flip-flop verdicts of guilty,then innocent. The pair were acquitted on appeal in 2011 after spending four years in custody, when a court found that important evidence regarding blood and DNA had been handled improperly by investigators. According to Vibe: Kanye West’s Yeezus album has officially hit platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). ‘Ye’s latest studio effort, which dropped June 18, has sold over a million copies and also marks his seventh platinum album. Yeezus was met with some tight competition as J. Cole’s sophomore LP Born Sinner and Mac Miller’s Watching Movies With The Sound Off dropped the same day.
