Kristen Stewart Looks Inbred of the Day

I don’t understand all the hype behind this greasy, saggy eyed, inbred lookin’ trash, unless it comes from teenage girls, because teenage girls aren’t the ones jerking off to her. I get that Twilight was the biggest fucking thing in the history of the universe before Avatar flooded it out and I get that perverts like to get off to things they think teenage girls are getting off to, so when the popularity of the shit went thru the roof, I got it, but I didn’t get when I started hearing people make references to this bitch as being hot, because I know hot and this isn’t it. I even know moderate hot, fuckable, decent lookin’ and the only thing this bitch has is that she looks too retarded to tell on you if you raped her in the barn like you were her dad. It just proves that America is retarded and millions of marketing dollars can convince us to think pretty much anything. Whether it’s about polluting our ears with Lady Gaga, our bodies with fast food, our minds with celebrity gossip, we are just a bunch of fucking suckers….so here are some pictures of Kristen Stewart for you idiots who think she’s hot to realize she’s really is just a groggy lookin’ mess… Pics via Fame

6 Things to Do If You Hate New York Instead of Anthrax Mailings

2001’s Anthrax mailer, Dr. Bruce Ivins, killed five people and then himself. The FBI’s closing the case file on him today. Interestingly, the guy hated New York . Sometimes, it sucks! But there are ways around this problem. 6. Stop taking the subway. Self-explanatory, but in the event that you do derive some pleasure out of being transported by a never-timely rat-infested sweatbox staffed by people so angry you have to communicate with them in their native grumbles in order to negotiate the kind of situation that would require you to talk to them—like an unannounced service change, or your MetroCard not working, or some kind of emergency they should be attending to—which is often, go right ahead. But this is a nice place to walk. You should try walking, sometime. 5. Stop grocery shopping. Grocery shopping in this town is the goddamn worst . Whole Foods is essentially the sixth circle of the Inferno. The Park Slope Co-Op is basically an oppressive Communist hierarchy of people who will make you feel bad for eating everything but AssOats and Dayboat Bananas and Dirt-Strewn Organic Free-Trade Hormone-Free Tomatillos. Trader Joe’s teases you with really great looking food that’s cheap but as it turns out mostly tastes like shit. Also, more lines. Gristedes or Grosstedes or whatever you call it, it’s an exercise in the restraint of your gag reflex, because they all smell like someone just barfed an entire bender of Pineapple Rum all over the front door. Same with Key Foods, because they’re basically the same, but Key Foods is just out of reach of where you live, making schlepping your groceries a giant pain in the ass. And Fresh Direct is cool if you enjoy the routine of having to break down the 40 cardboard boxes that were required to deliver you a bottle of seltzer and a T-Bone you’re not going to cook anyway. Just eat out. All the time. For every meal. Life will get better. 4. Stop reading the newspaper. If you have any common sense about you, the Sunday Styles routinely does bad things to your blood pressure, and you know, Thomas L. Friedman and Maureen Dowd and all the other absurd shit at the New York Times . The New York Post is meant to make you angry no matter who you are, and the New York Daily Snooze is just kind of there . The Wall Street Journal’s now owned by Rupert Murdoch so you might as well just read the New York Post from five feet away and save yourself like what a buck? Whatever. And unless you already read The New York Observer you’ll probably find something mean to say about it, starting with it’s pink hue. 3. Avoid our sports teams. Ivins actually expressed his hatred for the Yankees in writing. Hating the Yankees is no reason to go postal, because everyone else in America hates the Yankees without freaking the fuck out, no? That said, New York’s sports teams are the absolute worst. The Mets are patently depressing. The Yankees have the highest payroll in baseball, finally win their first championship in ten years, and then let their MVP get snapped up by the Angels. Also, they’re owned by the Steinbrenners, who are assholes. Also, A-Rod thinks he’s a centaur . The Knicks aren’t going to not suck for another five years, at least, and also, they’re owned by Jimmy Dolan, who’s an asshole. Our hockey teams might be good but nobody really cares about hockey enough to know if this is true or not. The Jets and the Giants are kinda okay but you have to go to New Jersey to see them play, but nobody wants a stadium in Manhattan, with good reason. But also, Jets fans are total goons . You’re probably just better foregoing professional sports altogether in this town. 2. Sell out. This is a pretty decent place to live no matter what, because everything’s pretty neat and we have some pretty neat stuff, but you know what makes New York even better? Money. Lots of money. Money is awesome in this town. You know what’s cool? An apartment that’s kinda close to Manhattan that isn’t a shoebox and doesn’t try to routinely kill you via electric fire or rodents serving as inspirations for supporting roles in Korean monster movies. You know what’s cooler? A townhouse in the West Village that’s so whimsical if you look at it too long your face will collapse. Hate the press? Just buy a newspaper; they’re basically all for sale right now on the cheap, anyway. Money solves lots of problems, and it solves a lot more problems in New York than anywhere else, because this city is basically nothing but problems. 1. Fuckoff. If you hate it so much here, why don’t you just move? Move to Berlin! Lots of ex-pats still think Berlin is great. Or find the next Berlin! Or go to LA! Or Jersey! You can find yourself somewhere. But the last thing New Yorkers need are people who constantly complain about how much this city sucks. Because we have enough shit to deal with, thanks.

Anatomy of an Oscar luncheon

The Academy held its traditional luncheon for this year’s Oscar nominees at the Beverly Hilton – and what better opportunity for this sometime-actress to ask the world’s best actors about… acting. Unlike Brett’s experience at the Oscar Nominations ceremony, it was pretty easy for me to snag a third row seat between a Japanese reporter and a freelancer for BET. Yes! At my very first Oscar luncheon press conference, I, Ellen Fox, was going to geek out and gather the pearls of wisdom from what I saw as an impromptu Master Class – and for that, Woody Harrelson, I do apologize. First up was Gabourey Sidibe, who immediately loosened thing up by sassing: After sharing that her role as a sexually-abused teen in Precious has inspired many people to confide in her, she was asked which of her scenes from the film she’d like shown at the Oscars: Ah! Proof that Sidibe’s knack for humor is what saved Precious from becoming the downer we were expecting it to be. Then we swung from Sidibe's charm to the arrival of Certified Movie Star, Sandra Bullock. In person, she comes across way more savvy and Type-A (like her character in The Proposal) than America’s Sweetheart. I was surprised how candid she was talking about the business end of show biz: Lee Daniels, director of Precious, was a love: emotional when fielding Frenchy questions about the power of art and ebullient when lauding the “bad-ass” actresses who brought the film’s classroom scenes to life: Vera Farmiga looked the frickin’ Hollywood knockout in a blue dress, updo and red lipstick! There's talk of Madonna directing her in the role of Wallis Simpson. Here’s how she responded to my question about playing Up in the Air’s frequently frisky flyer, Alex: Carey Mulligan popped in with a golden pixie cut a la Mia Farrow in Rosemary's Baby. She seemed relaxed but kept herself in check: Jeff Bridges strolled in and the room, and probably the world, smiled. When I asked how he was able to make Crazy Heart’s country singer Bad Blake so toxic but so likeable, the word “adorable” just popped out, I swear! Now, here’s what happened to Woody Harrelson when I decided to ask him about craft. Now who wants Burrito? (Image) added by: Ellen_Fox

American Idol: Tomorrow Belongs to Me

Well shiver me timbers! After a month and a half of people squealing in rage, sadness, and delight, of Simon being a jerk and Randy hooting and braying and Kara saying nonsense nothings, we are done with Idol auditions. Congratulations, everyone. It’s been a long and terrible road. There were fires on the ridges and deranged chanting . Every year we slog through this bitter, belching morass of awfulness and just as we can see a light, a clearing at the other end of the swap, we always think “This is it, it’s too much, it’s too much.” We won’t do this again, we won’t tread this way again. But then that light, that tantalizing glow. Of having gone through the muck, of having weathered the pain and thus reaping an even greater reward. Of course the clearing out there, the one we’ve already placed one doomed foot in , comes freighted with its own perils and miseries. But nothing is as bad as what lays behind us, dead and buried. Long gone, long gone. Last night was basically just picking the remaining Top 24 . Which means there was much crying and, in the end, horrible awkward hobo dancing (see video below). Who got through? Did your favorites go through? Did you have favorites? Be honest. You had favorites. You did. You liked someone. You were sitting in a tree and you were eff you see kay eye en gee ing someone, weren’t you? That’s OK. Everyone does it. It’s perfectly natural. That’s the whole point. I had favorites. Was there a Melinda Dandy Doolittle this year to fill my heart with manic joy? No. But there are people in the Top 24 that I enjoy. And others I do not. Ashley Rodriguez is from Boston, so theah ya go, kid. Plus she can sing like a pack of songbirds in the rafters of the Mormon Tabernacle. (Is the Tabernacle a place? Is that where the Choir lives? Or do they live in space with Joseph Smith?) Crystal Bowersox has the best name since Amethyst Boomerknickers and has a nice sorta folksy wail that ought to provide nice, shivery slow moments. Yes, she has a bad case of Brown Toof, but as we discussed yesterday, that’s curable. Hopefully she’s working on it right now . Go, Blunderstockings, go! I’ve a funny feeling about Alex Lambert and Tim Urban , because they have the last names of other famous singerz (one of whom was on Idol — circles!), and because they’ll likely be the beat-beat heartthrobs for the enormous and undeniable Tweengirl voting bloc. Though they could cancel each other out. Sister will fight against sister to elect their favorite shag-haired moppet to the office of President of Being Famous For a Few Weeks In May, and thus neither will win. Shirtless Casey James could become a slightly-less-awful Ace Young, all cheesy attractiveness and diminishing star presence. He might also be something of a Michael Johns, a bit too grown-uppedly rugged and Handsome for, again, that all-powerful Screamcreature teen voting bloc. Perhaps the Pinot-Slurping Horny Mom bloc will keep him in the game, though. John Park , Shania Twain’s magnificent magic Asian, and Andrew Garcia , our growly Egghead Latino and heir to the bespectacled Danny Gokey throne (though farrrrr less annoying than the Gokes), will be the real Singers of the boys, I suspect. Whether John Park can transcend the Anoop collegeboy a cappella nerd ghetto will be his big story arc. And I’ve said it a million times before, but I really think Garcia will be on this show until May. Holy God is Haeley Vaughn going to get annoying. Remember Paris Bennett? Remember how annoying she was? Well, imagine Paris Bennett singing country music . Like pop-y, Swiftian country music. It’s terribly grating already, and we really haven’t even begun. I feel like Vaughn had a strange sort of momentum early on, but maybe lost it after we saw her unbearably wretched final performance at Hollywood Week? But who knows. The whole nation is just going fucking nuts making out with Taylor Swift under the high school bleachers of their minds, so maybe Vaughn will sell like hotcakes. Really warbly, cloying hotcakes. Katie Stevens is that kiddie powervoice from Connecticut who is, yes, a terrifically good singer, but… I don’t see much personality there. What I do see I find a bit unpleasant. There’s something sort of unexpectedly sharp about her. She’s not the gooey, bubbly teen girl you usually see on this show. I know this sounds horrible to say about a teenage girl, but… she seems a little too confident! She acts like a pro or something, and that’s, well, it’s kind of not endearing. Not endearing in the way that kids need to be to advance the iron wheels of their vocal Wehrmacht across these Idollic fields. Other than that? I don’t know. There’s a bunch of random pretty girls, as always. There’s that one weird chick who died her hair gray, of all colors. This Paige Miles is intriguing, mostly because we saw the judges going a bit apeshit over her, but didn’t really hear her sing. So! She could be a pleasant surprise. Or just another random nobody. That weird Tyler Grady character, the one who everyone calls ’70s-esque because he wears boot-cut jeans and has shaggy hair I guess, is probably going to flame out in the vocals department early on, but the fans could rally around him like a Sanjaya or John Stevens before him. He’s got pizazz on camera or something, so it could play well. Oh, hey. Let’s talk about something. Angela Martin. She’s the nice lady who’s got a daughter with some kind of developmental problem and a mother who’s gone missing (though they didn’t mention that sad fact on the show… maybe she wasn’t missing yet?) Well everyone loved her and felt bad for her and this was her third time on the show (and her last opportunity to do so because of the age cut-off), but… she didn’t make it through. In a prime example of Kara DioGuardiablo being the most annoying fart-faced idiot on the planet, she was all “Angela, I’m gonna come sit next to you.” And then she walked over there and made Angela sit on the arm rest while Kara sat fully in the chair. It was just… Kara, stop. Just stop it. Don’t treat the woman like a child and just tell her the hard truth. Everyone was all “You’re so good, keep pursuing this,” etc. etc. Hopefully some go-getting record exec will see her and hear her sing and decide to give her a call, but… Who knows. Who really knows. Kara said “I’ll remember you… forever.” Oh you’ll remember her? Forever?? How nice! How about you maybe call her once this season has wrapped and actually help her do something, Kara? Instead of mugging to the camera to show America how warm and kind you are, in a sad attempt to make America love you. Because America doesn’t like you, Kara. You’re an awful interloper. “Get out of the chair sweetie. You’re talking to a celebrity now.” BAH. Awful. OMG, that’s it. I’m done with this recap. No more. NO MORE AUDITIONS, guys. It’s all over. Many people are sad, some people are probably happy. Last night, after the last person had received word of their fate, Ryan started cleaning up. Throwing out water bottles, putting chairs back in storage closets, turning off lights. But before he trudged up to the booth to turn off the still-buzzing spot, he stood at the lip of the stage, basking in that warm, warm glow. Here we go , he thought. Another year. The room was quiet. No more tears or shrieks of joys. Just the HVAC whirring high up in the flys, and the sound of his own weary breath. He almost turned to leave, but then stopped himself. He looked at that pool of light, still and hot on the floor, waiting. He laughed to himself. He stepped back into it. He took a deep breath. He thought about all the voices, all the tears and croaks and worry and wonder that had sputtered and died and lived on this stage. Just in the last week, even. He thought about the weight of all of it and, with a strange swell in his heart, just for the hell of it, he began to dance.

The Palins Want Some of Levi Johnston’s Dirty, Dirty Playgirl Money

Remember when Sarah Palin went on Oprah and scoffed at Levi Johnston for getting paid for “pornography?” Well now she wants a piece of the action. The Palins have subpoenaed Playgirl for Levi’s check stub. The Levi Johnston/ Bristol Palin custody battle is getting ugly. The Palins are trying to get as much cash out of Levi as they can, which means discovering just how much money he made last year. In their quest to uncover the total salary from his media appearances and disappointing “naked” photoshoot, Bristol has subpoenaed the magazine to find out what they paid him in the deal. We’ve been running under the assumption it’s around $25,000 and some revenue sharing, so based on how much the photos made, Levi might have scooped up even more (hence the subpoena). However, Playgirl also heard from Levi’s enabler/exploiter/lawyer Rex Butler telling them to keep mum about the sum. Bristol is seeking $1750 a month in child support, but Levi is trying to pay less because his income is “erratic.” Considering his income is built upon exploiting his Sarah Palin connections, which have been severed, no wonder it’s erratic. And this public shaming is just the Palin’s latest attack to disgrace Levi, America’s stupid high school boyfriend, in the press and make themselves look better. If, by doing so, they have to rub elbows (and other parts) with the filthy vermin they turn their noses up at, then so be it. Isn’t it great to have principles?

Report: Ex-Boyfriend of Vienna Girardi Arrested For Stalking Her

Vienna Girardi is one of two women left on The Bachelor. As she battles with Tenley Molzahn for the final rose, America learns one shady thing about her after another. Yesterday, we reported that The Bachelor bad girl was involved with a secret boyfriend before, during and since returning home from taping the ABC non-reality show. While Vienna Girardi has been accused of stalking her ex, Brian Lee Smith, he personally was arrested in October of last year for trespassing at her parents’ home. Smith was arrested oshortly before Vienna left to film The Bachelor. A Girardi source says the two are over, and Smith was refusing to let go of their relationship. Here’s the mug shot of this classy fella … Vienna Girardi’s ex: Even crazier than she is! Vienna has been accused of not leaving Smith and his new girlfriend alone since returning home from taping The Bachelor . But a source close to her says contrarily that Vienna has not seen Brian since he was arrested in her yard. The source claims that Smith simply could not accept they were over and was even banging on the front door at Vienna’s parents house the night he was arrested. As for Vienna’s take on the drama? “She’s pretty much over it,” the source said. The friend claims that when Vienna found out in the summer of 2009 that she was going to be a contestant on The Bachelor, she decided to break up with Smith. That’s when she set her sights on Jake Pavelka. But does she deserve him?! Who should Jake choose on the season finale?

LeBron James Predicts Another New York Yankees Championship In 2010

‘I think the guys are gonna come back, be ready to play,’ the Cleveland Cavaliers superstar said. By Shaheem Reid Lebron James Photo: MTV News Ah, the first day of spring training. Major League Baseball pitchers and catchers end their vacations and report to their teams’ spring camps to start early workout regimens. For baseball fans, it’s a time of hope for the new baseball season. And if you’re a New York Yankees fan like Jay-Z and Cleveland Cavaliers superstar LeBron James, you can’t help but be very optimistic that the Bronx Bombers will repeat their championship run of last year. It seems like only yesterday Jay-Z and Alicia Keys were performing “Empire State of Mind” at the World Series in Yankee Stadium. On Saturday night, during the “Two Kings Dinner & Afterparty” at the W Hotel in Dallas organized by Jay-Z and James, the b-baller gave his prediction for the Yankees’ chances to win a 28th World Championship this season. “I think so,” LeBron said on the red carpet when asked if he thought the team helmed by Derek Jeter and Alex Rodriguez would be keeping the championship in New York this year. “With the loss of Johnny Damon, it may hurt us, and also Matsui, but I think the guys are gonna come back, be ready to play and we looking forward to spring training,” he added. The Yankees have made several roster alterations during the off-season, most notably choosing not to renew contracts of two vital cogs of their championship run, outfielder Johnny Damon and World Series MVP, designated hitter Hideki Matsui. James and Jay-Z also share a love for America’s Team, the Dallas Cowboys. And on Sunday, James got a chance to play in Cowboys Stadium during the NBA All-Star Game. “I’m honored. To be able to be in Cowboy Stadium, one of the biggest stages, it’s an honor for me,” James said. Before Saturday’s evening’s festivities, Jay-Z and LeBron James were at a Dallas Boys and Girls Club donating scholarships to kids. “Growing up where we grew up, we didn’t have much as kids,” James, standing next to Jay-Z, said. “[One of the reasons] why we’re so close is we both always believed in if we ever became successful and had a chance to give back to the community — not just ours — we would.” Jay added, “There are not a lot of people that make it out of neighborhoods we made it out in the first place. And the people that do, we don’t have many examples of a LeBron James that’s still moving around the neighborhood. Any chance we get to come back and touch and inspire, we’re always up for it.

John Mayer Playboy Interview Fuels More Debate

Some commenters are still angry, while others say it’s much ado about nothing. By Hillary Crosley John Mayer Photo: George Pimentel/ WireImage Last week, singer/songwriter John Mayer made some controversial statements in his now-infamous Playboy interview, dishing personal details about his past relationships and using the N-word. The public’s reaction was immediate, with some decrying his comments and others saying John was just being John. Mayer has since apologized, via Twitter and onstage , but many of you have continued to sound off about the interview. So we grabbed a few of our favorites down below, lightly edited for grammar and content, and please note that the opinions expressed therein are those of the commenters, not MTV News. But don’t think the debate has to end here. If you want to have your voice heard, sound off in the comments below, because the discussion isn’t over. And now, we turn the floor over to you: “Goodness, so much hate out there on the Internet. John Mayer is not racist in my opinion. He’s trying to handle his own public relations, and he stumbled a little bit. He made his apology, that’s all he can do. Does the public want blood too? What about forgiveness?” — Barkthedog “What a disappointment. I really liked his music, even though his last album was a letdown and rather weak compared to his earlier work. Unfortunately, I am not surprised that the fellow said something really ignorant. Having spent a great deal of time in the entertainment/music industry, I learned long ago that talent and brains were rarely found in the same person. John just exposed himself as another dumb singer/ songwriter/ guitar player. Disappointing, but not surprising. Time to sell some CDs.” — zeppyled “Mayer had me in the interview. It was V-E-R-Y. Then, when the ‘hood pass comment came into play, I kinda shrugged. Maybe his peers are that accepting, playful and act that way with him. As I read on, ‘Oh hell no’ crossed my mind, and through to the end, I had to ask the question ‘How could you?’ Come on, John Mayer. As adults, our sexual perversions are our own. I don’t fault John Mayer for flaunting those as a highlight of his life. I don’t even care that this man doesn’t date Meagan Good. I just hate that so many can excuse this John Mayer interview with a simple word: honest.” — Vivian “I don’t believe John Mayer is racist. I understood his intent with those comments. However, he — as he admitted in his bid to save himself from his mouth — tries too hard to be clever, provocative and witty. Usually the people and topics he talks about are too insignificant for anybody to care, but this time people cared and now the foot that usually is in his mouth choked him.” — Micdis “Wow, as a black woman who ‘was’ a fan, I am completely shocked that you would be so heartless to mention white supremacy in referring to your lack of attraction to black women. If you indeed had a ‘ ‘hood pass,’ trust me, it has been revoked.” — Nikki2006 “Geez, quite a few of you are simply morons. Bottom line: He is a human being, imperfect and allowed to be complex and say things that may or may not piss you off. He is also allowed to change his mind on day two if he wants or go in any new direction he wants: philosophically, spiritually, as well as musically. WE ALL DO. Personally, I find him refreshing. I am sooo sick of all these celebs who kiss the public’s ass and are terrified to say something that may upset a toad living under a rock in deep Madagascar.” — aspenAEROplane “First and foremost, Mayer is no gentleman. A gentleman does not kiss and tell. You would think that the ‘girls’ that he’s been with would see the red flags waving all over the place when they first meet him. (I wonder what Sinatra would say to Mayer if Frank was alive today, probably something like, ‘Kid, be happy you’re in the game and get the dames. Now shut your mouth up or I shut it for you!”) This being said, it’s obvious that Mayer has an inferiority complex. He wants, craves and thrives off of attention. The fact that he wired himself into the Internet so we know every time he takes a piss is silly, sad and illustrative of the fact that this man/boy has issues with himself in this world. What Mayer does not realize is that while he has what seems to be people (fans) hanging on his every word/tweet/whatever, 99 percent of them don’t care. He makes himself look ridiculous even in the eyes of his youngest admirers. Mayer just doesn’t realize this because he is insulated from the everyday routines of normal, productive people. (Excuse me, but living on the high end, writing songs and not caring about bills, work and all that is not a normal life.) I think that Mayer is self important.” — PaulfromProvidence “I loved his music, and he can date who he wants, but comparing his penis to David Duke is hard to get over. However, I think he meant what he said, and if that is the case (and it is), why apologize? He should man up and let the world know these are my true feelings and tell everyone to respect them instead of crying onstage.” — Manuel “I swear, two things people in America love to do is, 1) Call racist, and 2) Get offended when someone (a stranger) calls them the N-word when they don’t mind that their friends call them it. In short, if you don’t like the N-word, then don’t EVER freaking use it. I don’t use it and I don’t like it. Plus, I don’t consider myself the N-word, because I’m not ignorant. So him saying the word does not offend me.” — Cleo What do you think of the debate over John Mayer’s Playboy interview? Are you surprised people are still talking about his comments?
