This is what happened to Chris Henry, RIP: A Gwinnett County man was arrested Tuesday afternoon after allegedly putting his girlfriend on the hood of his SUV and ignoring her screams as he drove on I-85, Channel 2 Action News reported. But other drivers couldn’t help but notice the woman and are credited with helping her to safety, police told Channel 2. Others on I-85 called 911, took pictures of the woman’s ordeal and surrounded the SUV until the driver was forced to pull over. “We start motioning to each other, like can you believes this,” Adam Marlatt, a witness, told Channel 2. “One guy is showing me he’s taking pictures. He can tell I’m on the phone. And, I kind of mouthed to him, I’m on with 911.” Thanks to the Good Samaritans, the SUV finally stopped near the Mall of Georgia and officers quickly arrived and arrested the driver, Jonathon Lozano Salas. The woman, whose name was not released, was not seriously injured. Salas, 29, of a Lawrenceville arrest, was charged with aggravated assault, reckless conduct and simple battery. Racism is alive and spitting in Louisiana… Via WBRZ News : A contractor from Plaquemine monitoring hurricane cleanup in Grand Isle was spit on and called the “N” word, and captured the entire assault on her cell phone. “It was humiliating,” Brandi Worley told News 2. “It was just so hurtful.” Worley said two of her other coworkers were also hit by the man, who was arrested after the incident. Grand Isle Police identified him as Josh Jambon, and said he was charged with battery. As Worley began recording the racial slurs on her phone, Jambon noticed she was recording him with her phone. That’s when the video shows him going into a rage. “I’m pleading with him not to touch me and leave me alone,” Worley said. “Nothing was said to him to upset him, then he goes and spits in my face. He did the cruelest thing he could think of to demean me, break me and make me feel less than human.” When News 2 reached Jambon by phone, he defended his character but acknowledged his arrest. “I’m a really good guy,” Jambon said. “I’m a really good businessman.” When asked if he used racial slurs and the “N” word, he said, “I’d like to talk to you in front of my attorney.” When asked who is attorney was, the line disconnected. Attorney Cleo Fields in Baton Rouge watched the video News 2 obtained. He said it clearly shows a hate crime. “There’s no place in our society for that type of behavior,” Fields said. “I think he acted totally inappropriate.” As Worley tried to forget about what happened, she said her family is helping her get through the bigotry she encountered in Grand Isle. “I’m crying today because I’m upset,” Brandi’s mother, Susan Worley said. “I haven’t slept all night and the fear is just in me.” Police Chief Euris Dubois said further charges against Jambon could be coming. Sucks that a sister was demeaned in such a terrible way by this man. We hope that she gets justice for what happened. But we don’t want to make this all a negative. Via NYDailyNews : A frisky farm hand cuffed after allegedly telling police he pleasured himself with a donkey told a Florida court Tuesday that he wants his burro back. “There’s got to be due process here. I paid $500 for her,” said 31-year-old Carlos Romero, according to the Ocala Star-Banner. But Marion County officials want custody of the miniature donkey named Doodle, and plan to put her up for adoption, the newspaper said. The animal appeared in good condition after the alleged abuse. Romero pleaded not guilty to charges of sexual activity involving an animal and animal cruelty. His bail was set at $2,000 and was placed into Marion County Jail. He was arrested Monday at an Ocala farm after farm proprietor Gerald James told police about the Aug. 15 incident. According to a police report obtained by thesmokinggun.com, James said he was delivering a horse when he allegedly saw Romero shirtless and with his pants pulled down, appearing to have sex with a donkey in an equipment room. When police interviewed Romero, he allegedly told them he had used his fingers to clean the animal’s genitals and generally becomes aroused seeing animals in heat. The sexual contact, he allegedly told police, was an accident. But police said he also admitted to pleasuring himself with the animal five or six times and called Florida “backwards” because people frown on zoophilia. In an interview with the Star-Banner from jail, Romero said he has “never been a people person” and has always had an attraction for horses. “I’ve had a sexual excitement with animals more than humans. … I would’ve eventually had sex with [Doodle],” but told the newspaper that he didn’t because “she’s blooming into maturity.” In a twist, Romero said it was James who should have been arrested for invasion of privacy and being a “Peeping Tom.” James, however, told the Star-Banner that he doesn’t want the randy Romero, who’s vowing to get out of jail and go back for Doodle, anywhere near the farm. “No one feels comfortable around him,” he said. Didn’t he just get out of jail?? Floyd Mayweather could be in hot water again following a domestic dispute with Melissa Brim, the mother of his daughter. Las Vegas police responded to a 911 call on Sept. 9 made by Brim claiming to be in a “verbal altercation” with Mayweather according to reports. Police arrived at Brim’s address and found “no signs of physical violence,” according to police spokesperson Laura Melzer. Brim declined to press charges and it’s unclear whether the alleged altercation could be deemed a violation of Mayweather’s parole. Mayweather is serving a year’s probation following two months in jail after pleading guilty in December to domestic battery and no contest to two counts of harassment in the assault of Josie Harris, the mother of three of the boxer’s children. This is the third time police have been called to handle a dispute between Mayweather and Brim. The first two occurred in 2001 and 2003. Floyd needs to keep as far away from her as he can and when he needs to see his daughter, have an aide or one of the many moochers he keeps on his payroll pick her up. End of physical disputes. According to TMZ… Former NFL wide receiver Antonio Bryant was arrested Tuesday morning … for allegedly strangling his baby mama back in April. A warrant was issued for Bryant’s arrest in South Florida on Tuesday … stemming from a domestic violence incident that allegedly occurred April 10 between Bryant and the mother of his child, Dianne Helne. According to reports … Helne told the police Bryant pushed her in the face … put his hands around her neck while she was holding their young child … and then continued to kick and punch her, after she put the child down. Shortly after the warrant was issued, the 31-year-old turned himself over to police. He was charged with domestic battery by strangulation, domestic violence and culpable negligence. Bryant — who played in the NFL from 2002 to 2009 for the Cowboys, Browns, 49ers and the Buccaneers — was later released on $15,000 bail. Although this ninja finally admitted to assaulting Ev , it looks like the charge isn’t phasing him one bit. Hours after the news broke, he did what any person taking this situation seriously would do…he tweeted: According to TMZ… Chad Johnson has officially been charged with misdemeanor battery after allegedly headbutting his wife Evelyn Lozada during a nuclear argument last month, this according to the State Attorney for Broward County, Florida. If convicted, Chad faces up to a year in jail. As we reported, Chad was arrested for domestic violence in Florida on August 11th after a fight over a condom receipt allegedly turned violent. Evelyn told police Chad headbutted her. At the time of the fight, Evelyn and Chad had barely been married a month. Evelyn has since filed for divorce, claiming their marriage had become “irretrievably broken.” Chad is refusing to sign any divorce papers, insisting he’s still in love with her. New York freelance TV producer William H. Masters III was busted near his family’s Michigan vacation cottage Saturday after allegedly exposing himself to two undercover officers posing as kayakers as part of a local sting operation. Masters’ family owns a home in super-exclusive Pointe aux Barques. “It’s a very rich, wealthy gated community,” explained a local source, “with cottages built by families like [tire magnate] Harvey Firestone.” The incident occurred nearby on the Pinnebog River when, according to the Huron County sheriff’s office, “a 60-year-old New York City-area man yelled for [the] attention” of two women kayaking by. He was on the shore and “was completely undressed and making obscene gestures.” But the boaters were “part of a combined law-enforcement-agency sting operation, working out of a two-person kayak on the river.” The women, a deputy sheriff and her volunteer assistant, then “beached their kayak to pursue the suspect” and “called for backup from [a] Michigan conservation officer . . . who was on foot in that area.” Masters, who lives in Manhattan and Southampton, was released on $5,000 bond and arraigned yesterday on one charge of aggravated indecent exposure, which could carry up to two years in jail. “This sting operation was prompted by many incidents over the years such as yesterday’s,” said a release from Sheriff Kelly J. Hanson. Masters’ father was half of the Masters and Johnson team that wrote the groundbreaking best-sellers “Human Sexual Response” and “Human Sexual Inadequacy.” Showtime is making a series about the duo, “Masters of Sex,” starring Michael Sheen and Lizzy Caplan. Pope pled guilty in 2001 to stealing a lesser amount, but admitted she inflated expense reports, fabricated receipts and turned in phony invoices. She then used a wire transfer to move the money from a bank in Delaware to a different account in Chicago. Pope created the scam by claiming she attended an educational course for work. Turns out … the course didn’t even exist. Pope served 5 months in Federal Prison. FYI — Ryan dated Pope approximately 10 years before she was indicted.
